What a wonderful place. We enjoyed the property. The space was very clean and the pool is such a bonus. Kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed cooking. The washing machine is such a bonus too! In addition, there were strollers, high chairs, beach towels. The space was very well thought out. The decor was awesome. Dennis was incredible and very communicative. We used the community pool and enjoyed the water slides. We really enjoyed our stay and it was very close to Disney and not far from Universal either. There were grocery stores nearby and some restaurants. Great property.

Our family rented this unit for a volleyball tournament. The space was perfect and the host was very responsive, often responding to inquiries within minutes. We used the pool in the back a few time when we didn’t feel like making the drive to the clubhouse or didn’t have a lot of time. It was great to let the kids play around. The location was great, just a quick drive to lots of nearby restaurants and stores.

Dennis is a top level communicator and manager! The location could not be beat. Families have everything they could possibly need from soaps to high chairs. You are steps away from private swimming to water slides, then mere minutes away from major parks. One trick we've learned from our travels to Orlando is to request a QR code gate pass in advance (sometimes security itself provides the QR code). Don't hesitate to book this place and enjoy a slice of Florida paradise!!

First time walking in the house after check in. It was so inviting lights were on soft music playing. Very clean we loved the stay.

We loved it here. Right when we walked in the kids were all smiles and freaking out over the place. The themed rooms were a hit, lots of bathrooms, big kitchen, and private pool were awesome. On top of that, the resort amenities were a lot of fun. The pool, putt putt course, weight room, and tiki bar were a hit. We will definitely stay here again and I’ve already shared the place with family and friends to consider next time they are here.

Arrival instructions should say go to the main entrance where there is security present. Our GPS took us to the closest gate but without a gate code we couldn’t enter there. The cleaning service missed a tray full of the prior guests hotdogs and hamburgers, along with a leftover pizza that was shoved inside the microwave. Unpleasant to have to clean up after the previous guests when you’re paying $200 plus a night. The house was fairly clean. The kitchen counters hadn’t been wiped down well and the nooks and crannies of the home could use a deeper clean. The beds and toilets were clean. I let Dennis know about the missed food. Dennis apologized and later sent someone over to clean. They missed the dirty tray but I guess cleaned the microwave. I was pleased that Dennis tried to correct the issue. Everything else about the house was very nice and exactly as advertised. Cool themed rooms for kids.

Our stay was great! The home is huge with plenty of space, it's decorated in a way that looks great but is still super family friendly. All the essentials were taken care if, plenty of dishes and cups and cookware and pool towels. We had a great time and have no complaints. we had one slight issue with our door code, Dennis had it fixed within minutes. The only thing which wasn't really an issue for us is that the stairs are a little steep. But again, not an issue for us. This stay was great and we'd definitely stay again.

Great house and Storey Lake resort was top notch. We were hesitate to book after reading other reviews about the resort but honestly it was very nice, no rude people, loud music or excessive wait times like other reviews said. We would definitely go to this house and Storey Lake again. We also much preferred this location, was very easy to go everywhere; shopping, Disney, attractions etc..

Centrally located and spacious townhome. Had a wonderful time in the unit, lots to do in the area. However … beware there is a crack in the glass on the table which was covered up with place settings when we arrived which they wanted over $700 for so beware future renters.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was great, the water park was an easy 10 minute walk, as was Target and the Disney World theme parks were a quick 10 minute Uber ride. Daniel was quick to respond to messages when questions came up. The pool in the backyard was the perfect way to end a long hot day of walking the theme parks.

Arredores with supermarkets, restaurants, fast food and department stores, very good the facility. I only suggest putting a ladder guard underneath and replace the one at the top, it does not give confidence. At the same time, I would stay again, thank you.

Great host! Had a little issue getting a pass to enter but Dennis was extremely fast to response and had the confusion cleared up in a matter of minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Dennis and his team were extremely responsive any issue that came up was promptly resolved. Few minor things came up but overall great experience. There’s the Smokey bone across the street 3 dollar sangrias from 3-6 and 10-close make sure to take advantage! Overall would stay again.

Perfect place to unwind after exhausting days at Disney World. Communication with Dennis was great and the description of the listing was on point. Our little one loved the themed rooms and having her own pool!
