The place is great. We especially loved how comfortable the space is and the thoughtful touches throughout: the decor, as well as the cookies, coffee, tea, and other small amenities, were a nice touch. One area for improvement is the check-in process, which isn’t clearly communicated in advance. While we received the door code, there was no prior mention of the different guard gate, the registration at the clubhouse, or the additional $21 fee charged at check-in. Overall, it was a nice stay despite a few minor hiccups.

We had a great stay over the Christmas week. It started a big rocky when I went to get in the house and the code provided didn’t work. I was tired from a long drive but Dennis actually responded within 15 minutes with the correct code and we had no other issues. Mistakes happen but fixing it quickly is what gets these guys 5 stars. The place was beautiful and very, very clean. We all LOVED how comfortable the beds were as well. Dennis also answered a message request from me late on Christmas Eve when I asked to add my nephew as a guest for Christmas Day (so he could get in the gate). I appreciate how friendly and fast communication was. I’d stay here again or with this company again for sure.

A great stay! Well equipped with necessities, comfortable beds, very quiet and secure, and most importantly for us, close proximity to the Disney parks. I frequent the area and am so glad to have found this gem to stay at. Hope to stay again for all my future visits.

Everything was great but I do think in the check in information you should let people know they will have to go to the clubhouse and check in and get a code for the gate and whatnot. And there is a 20$ resort fee. But other than that everything was great! Thank you! Your home is beautiful and the neighborhood is definitely safe. Close to everything. Thank you again! I hope to stay again in the future

The AC went out, and Dennis said someone would come “ASAP.” I asked multiple times for a real ETA since I was headed to the Disney parks and did not want to leave my dogs in a hot unit or with random people. All he did was repeat that the staff starts working at 9 and that he “sent a message.” No real answers—just stalling. My husband stayed behind and still, no one showed. I asked Dennis to call me several times—he ignored every request. Hours later, after my husband finally left to join us for my daughter’s birthday lunch, Dennis suddenly claimed the AC tech was at the unit but couldn’t enter because of the dogs. This was completely mishandled. The lack of communication was disgraceful, and the vague responses made it feel like I was talking to a robot. The entire day was thrown off because no one could give a straight answer. It took 11 hours for the AC to be fixed in 100 degree weather. I would not recommend casiola vacation properties as they are unable to effectively communicate.

Great place to stay for Disney. Very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Only issue was the description stated we could go straight to the unit but we had to go to a security gate, get a form, go to the clubhouse to fill out/turn in form, pay $20 resort fee (that we didn’t need) and wait for a pass. I do appreciate the security though!

The biggest issues were the owner being unaware that a pass was needed to get through the entry gate, The carpets were a bit old and dirty, and there was a live cockroach spotted in the apartment

Great location (very close to Disney and many, many places to eat/shop). Having onsite laundry was helpful and so was the fully stocked kitchen as we like to eat at home/pack food for theme parks due to dietary allergies.

The host was very responsive to any questions I had regarding the stay. When my family arrived, we were greeted with a clean and tidy home. The location of the stay was perfect for our week at Disney. I 100% recommend booking this location for a convenient and affordable stay.

We had quite a few issues at this stay. The home was beautiful and clean, however, there were no clear instructions on gate access, the washer machine was leaking with one small load we put in, and the ac broke while we were there. Unfortunately maintenance is not 24/7 and we had to sleep without ac with our pets.

Communication with the Dennis was always quick and straightforward. He was quick to take care of our concerns. At check-in we paid parking fees because otherwise we would not have gotten into the facility. This was refunded by Dennis.

Dennis was an amazing host! We had an issue while checking in after midnight but he still quickly answered. There was also a problem with parking but he helped us figure it out and make it right with us. The house itself was perfect for 2 dogs (one being a puppy) and having so much grass for them to get to quickly and explore. We will definitely stay again!

The place was nicely furnished and clean. we were close to Animal Kingdom, so that was a real benefit. Large TV, good beds, and adequate kitchen for the 5 adults and 2 kids. We came 15-20 minutes after the cleaning crew left, and the floors were wet, so we had to dry them with a towel to keep from tracking in dirt. But I'd rather them be clean and wet instead of dirty. I would certainly stay here again. I used AirBNB for years. This was my first rental after a long absence. It was a good experience.

Just got back after 2 weeks at this location. Lovely well designed spacious townhouse close to heated outdoor pool and spa. Would definitely recommend Emerald Isle resort. Lovely safe gated community.
