My family of eight and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home looks exactly like the pictures. There was more than enough room for all 9 of us. We had a nice welcome gift and oreos cookies. The water park was a hit for the kids and us adults enjoyed the heated lazy river. You'll never have to leave the community to have a fantastic vacation! I recommend Dennis Place!

Dennis was a responsive host but this villa does not have a working dishwasher. We had to spend more time after long tournament days washing dishes for a big family after meals. There was no cooking spatula or wooden spoons either. The pans were very used with no lids to steam veggies with. As pretty as it was we had to put away a ton of dishes left out on display both dining room and kitchen just to eat. I would strongly recommend rugs on the cold hard floors. Make it feel more like a home. The pool was great! Kids loved swimming daily. The waterpark on campus was good. Very restrictive HOA rules to get in. The beds were very comfortable!! We never located the gym sadly. The Champions Gate community is a vast area of neighborhoods and such. It’s safe but takes awhile to drive through. The gates can be confusing. We ended up with 3 different gate codes but got in with assistance from host or full time attendant. This is a very affordable place with great perks. Highly recommend!

Just ok. Worked for what we needed, place to eat, sleep and visit parks Issues we experienced: -This unit didn't have a gutter over front door. Not a big deal...until you arrive at night & unload kids & bags in the pouring rain & have to walk in a waterfall. It is a big deal -Keycode to get in did not work. Dennis responded in a few minutes, asked for videos of it not working...I finally got a hold of Casiola from my emails and they gave me a new code. Again, in the rain with no gutter over us -Towel rack fell off a number of times & washing machine closet doors not on tracks -pots & pans dirty on arrival -A bright light in the pool started to strobe at night. Asked about a switch & no one knew how to turn it off -Dishwasher died -bunk bed in Mickey room is shaky, didn't trust it also -note the window in the master bedroom shower. Just a clear window so that you can see all the cars drive by as you shower, and they can see you. 2nd story of unit, but still top 1/4 of my body

Absolutely loved the house! Beautiful and in the middle of everything. Easy drive to Disney. Loved the baby gate around the pool since i had my 2 year old with me! Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit :)

Cute house with nice decor, plenty of towels and overall very comfortable. We had a few issues with check-in but the team was very responsive and helped us get in with relatively no trouble. Championsgate has two pools and while we didn’t know this until the end of our stay we had a great time. The neighborhood is primarily rentals and the amentities are nice. Wish we had known about the second pool as the clubhouse had to shut the smaller waterside/kiddie park pool down due to someone being sick in the water allegedly. Our little dipping pool back at the house worked well for our needs but my family would have massively enjoyed the lazy river so that was disappointing. Also - the house is super cute but the dishes setup on the kitchen island and table are actually a point of frustration. Navigating getting settled could be a lot easier if the dishes were simply put away. Thanks team for being so supportive during our stay, we would happily come back!

Excellent house with impeccable facilities. The host, Dennis, was very friendly throughout the whole process. He helped us sort out check-in even though it was midnight, as the key didn't work, and he responded quickly. He was always attentive to making us feel comfortable. He also left a little gift for our little ones. The house is about 20 minutes from the Disney parks and is in an excellent location; I would definitely rent this property again – it feels like home.

Everything was nice. Just a few hiccups. The dishes were dirty in the cabinets and needed to be washed before use. There were very fine ants on the kitchen counter so be careful. Also there were tiny little dust bugs around the lamps in bedroom downstairs. I reached out to Mr. Dennis sent him videos and pictures and he sent the exterminator. Once he arrived he sprayed and let us know it happens all the time.

the home is a great size for multiple family or groups . the location to amenities in the community was a little further than i imagined . But access to all the airport and parks was with in 25 min drive .the home is set up , for visiting , no pool toys no games for stay at home days from parks . the kitchen is a large kitchen. it can accommodate a large group . we had a few hiccups, but Dennis and staff were very responsive .

Overall an enjoyable experience. A little bit of confusion as to getting past the gate. The address given is of the actual accommodation but if you don’t check in at the main gate you won’t be allowed in and the gate is at another entrance (also depends on which way you’re gps sends you). Had no issues and my family felt comfortable and safe.

Dennis was quick to respond and provided valuable information prior to our arrival about the home, park tickets, and things to do in the area. All instructions were clear and available via the app, sent via email, and throughout the home. The home is exactly as pictured and has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our family. The community amenities (water parks, gym, etc) were perfect!! The home is located near dining, shopping, and the parks. My family and I will definitely return soon.

Extremely considerate host. The house perfectly met the expectation and exceeded in some aspects such as accommodations, electrical and electronic appliance structure (Stove, Oven, Micro waves, washing machine, laundry machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc.) Excellent, safe and quiet location. We enjoyed our stay at Dennis's place. The house was clean, and it smelled wonderful when we entered. Dennis went out of his way to leave a special treat for my boys, and they loved it. The ambience of the soft music playing on the TV when you walked in was a very nice gesture as well. We will definitely be back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the house, photos and descriptions were spot on. We were greeted with easy instructions and a warm welcome with soft music and a treat upon arrival. While we were at the house we had a minor problem that was amazingly corrected in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The house was tastefully decorated. The house was very clea. The kitchen was stocked with garbage bags and many other essentials such as dishwashing soap ect. We enjoyed the backyard and eating outside by the pool. The beds were soft and comfortable. Dennis was very responsive with any questions that we had. The kids really enjoyed the included free amenities at champions gate including the lazy river and pools that are heated. Checkout was easy. Overall a really great stay!

From start to finish Dennis was very responsive. The house was very welcoming, and the pictures matched the actual house. The pool was perfect for the kids, very clean. The check-in process was very fast, and front door parking. There were lots of amenities included in our stay. I love the open concept of the house. Bedrooms were very spacious.

Home is as described , clean , beds are nice. Further out than noted for travel. Had to toss out groceries due to the faulty freezer. He sent someone out who said the fridge was bad and I appreciate that but then later host returned without notice and wasn’t expecting it and fixed it so it seems like this is a known issue. Water dispenser was non operational and the tap was horrible. Overall clean area, quiet and nice place.

The area is literally in the middle of everything (restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, & other shopping plaza’s). Thank you Dennis for the amazing stay. We stayed in February, definitely recommend to heat the pool, the pool was always at the perfect temperature. The area had great restaurants and plenty of activities to do. Dennis was very responsive for any questions asked. The home is clean and provided the basic necessities needed for our stay and more!

The house was nice & as described.We received the entrance code at 4pm, had some issues getting in, but Dennis was very responsive and helpful in solving that. The kitchen cleaning kit wasn’t enough for a 3-night stay, so ended up buying more dishwasher tabs, especially since the cutlery & some crockery were dirty & had to be put through the dishwasher before we could use them. I found an oily, dirty cutting board in the cupboard. The pans were sticky with oil on the outside & black on the inside, so they had to be cleaned too before we could use them. The dishes came out of the dishwasher with water marks so I guess the machine needs salt. We weren’t fans of the plastic cooking utensils and they could definitely use updating. Maybe some wooden spoons to stir food would be better. Rooms were nice, ample space, but very thin blankets. Ice cold pool; didn’t use it. Good WiFi, and washer/dryer in excellent condition. Good stay overall, just a bit more thorough cleaning would be great!

Unnecessary charges put on the final bill. Host did not provide extra blankets that was needed and was told to be send the next morning. Pictures were different than the real place and pool was way smaller.

My family and I enjoyed the stay. Very accommodating. Perfect if you have children. We absolutely enjoyed the water park. The kitchen was well equipped. Ample enough towels and pool towels. Unlike other AirBnB’s, they had back up essentials. If you like to sleep with it cold at night, bring a fan. Home is set on 75 and gets pretty toasty at night.

My family loved this place for our trip to Disney. It was super close to all the amusement parks and the place itself was clean and very spacious. The only problem we had was with the outside gate to enter the community but everyone was very helpful and we resolved the issue quickly.

The place IS incredible. This was our first experience with Airbnb and it really was amazing. My wife and children were delighted with the place. It exceeded our expectations and the price was unbelievable. I think it's excellent. We'll gladly come back in the summer, if they accept us, of course 🙈. For English speakers, the place is beautiful and just as described. It was worth it, and the price is very good. I think it was one of the cheapest I found. Excellent.

Great experience this home. It was decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable beds and more. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Everything was new and beautiful. The club house was a drive, not Walkable. Such an awesome clubhouse though! Multiple pools, theater and nice gym.

Our family of 12 stayed here over Christmas. It was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable for all of us. Dennis was immediately responsive even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We had an issue with my sister in law needing security gate clearance, and Dennis helped make this easy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was a very nice air b n b. Our only complaint is that there were a bunch of bugs in the bedroom downstairs and on the kitchen counter. They looked like ants but had wings and we realized they were termites. There were some upstairs in one of the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Great home they just need to fix that issue. My mom had to vacuum up the bugs....and my parents really didn’t even want to stay in the room. Dennis did respond but he only said he’d create a work order ticket for it and didnt answer when I called.

Beautiful home! Looks exactly like the pictures. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that were slightly disappointing, we didn’t get much phone reception in the area and the internet connection was out majority of the trip. Other things were easily solved by Dennis. The drive to theme parks averaged about 45 minutes but the drive didn’t seem far at all. Publix was right around the corner so if you need some groceries you won’t have to go too far. The resort water park is a 2 minute drive, the resort is so big they had to put it in a separate place. I will most definitely stay here again when visiting! Thank you Dennis!
