I really loved the place and it’s beautiful but you need to wash your own bed sheets because I don’t think they wash them 😪 I had to wash mine 2 times because they were so dirty but the place was beautiful!!!!

The stay was WONDERFUL!! The house matched the pictures. Any questions we had were answered within 5 minutes. The only thing I would change would be for them to leave an info paper with the address to BOTH of the resort locations. We were unaware of the other swimming location until our last day. If I am ever in Orlando, I would definitely be staying with them again!!!!

This was by far our favorite Airbnb ! The house felt like a home.. had everything we needed! The kids never wanted to leave the pool ! And when we did there was so much near by to do. Dennis is truly a super host who left a sweet treat for us upon arrival. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential appliances and all the themed rooms were perfect! 10/10 recommend.. can’t wait to go back again!

The house was perfect for a group of friends coming for a few days in Orlando. Plenty of space for the whole group all day and night. It was spotlessly clean and well staged for our arrival, including a fully equipped kitchen and all the various household essentials we needed. Communication with Dennis was fast and effective, though little was needed as instructions were clear and check-in was well prepared.

House was everything!! Beautiful, spacious and super clean. Had one issue with one of the bathrooms shower drain being clogged but was resolved immediately. Dennis was very responsive and a great host. Will definitely be back!

Pros: -Dennis is very responsive and is proactive if any issues arise. -The place is shown just like the photos, all the amenities and more! He was also able to remove the smoke smell from the poker room as others described before so no issue there. Cons (all relayed to Dennis so no surprises): - there was an ant problem throughout the entire house (not sugar ants but fire ants and big black ants). I contacted Dennis and he was able to send over Terminix to spray the house but unfortunately this made the ants come out even more (due to the smell) and we ended up having ants all over our clothes and my baby was even bit 3 times during the night. - there was mold found on the bottom of the kitchen placemats. I’m guessing someone washed them before and just stacked them on top of each other without letting them dry. - after midnight if you try to enter the community, you just warned that you will have to wait in line for the visitor side as security placed cones on the resident side.

The place was exactly like in the photos. It was really convenient to have 5 full bathrooms for each of the five rooms. Having the screened-in pool in the backyard was awesome. Overall, the stay was great and Dennis was very responsive and helpful. This is a great place for families or even a group of friends visiting the Orlando area. Minor cons: - The check-in instructions should be in the reservation page in the app, not in an email we have to search for. Check your emails because they don’t communicate anything through the app. - A previous guest must have smoked in the poker room. It stunk bad. We didn’t mind, and just ran the AC and kept the door open to air it out whenever we were in there. I do wish the host had warned us that the home had been smoked in before arriving. Dennis was responsive when we reached out, but be warned, the smell wasn’t fixed. - The HOA staff that run the community amenities were not very welcoming. But the shuttle driver was awesome.

Arrived and immediately felt at home and comfortable. House was spacious enough to feel alone even with a full house. Pool was great to relax in with friends and the open living room/gaming were awesome. I am to report though that at arrival there were 2 things. 1. A smell in the gameroom that I notified about and was told there would be a team sent to come spray. Unfortunately, they never arrived. 2. (Second day) The left cabin door under the livingroom Tv was not bolted in so if you tried to open it, it would fall off. Aside from that, the house was perfect for all of us that resided in the home. Would give this neighborhood another stay

We left a bag that belonged to a family member that passed away, I contacted Dennis as soon as we got home and noticed the bag was not in our car. It took him from Saturday to Wednesday night to say they didn’t find the bag but I know exactly where the bag was left so they either threw the bag away or took it.

our stay was excellent! the home is modern, clean, and private. my fiancé and i loved the pool and spa. the king bed felt like a dream! the beach towel’s and fully-stocked kitchen was super convenient :) the only downside was the AC not working in the game room, so please be mindful. a fan should cool off the space nicely. dennis was a wonderful, responsive, host. we would definitely stay at a casiola vaca home again 🩷

We stayed for a week to enjoy Disney, Universal and the ocean. The house is very clean and new and has very comfy furniture and beds. Having a private pool was very nice! We did use the properties/ resorts pool which was nice but you have to bring your own towels (which we found out after the fact). They also don't allow you to bring any drinks or food even for your littles. Which is not a huge deal but they didn't have anything open during the time we were there to buy. All in all a great stay and would come back again!

The home was amazing and was perfect for our little family. Will definitely love to come back. The only thing I would mention is the check-in registration can take a little time to get through, especially since everyone checks in around the same time but once you get checked in, you can go through quickly the rest of the stay.

Our stay was the peaceful retreat we needed for my bachelorette weekend staycation. The home is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming. The amenities offered on the property ensured we didn’t need to leave once we arrived. The game rooms and themed rooms made it extra special. The grill was perfect for our steaks and family style dinner. The customer service offered was very responsive and helpful in solving any questions we had. Paying extra for the heat in the pool was definitely a must and we were happy it was an option due to the cooler weather. All in all a perfect place for our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property which was conveniently located to all amenities. Dennis was very responsive and accommodating with all questions and requests. The home is very beautiful, well cleaned and quality furnishings. Everyone had great night sleep. Having a jacuzzi attached to the pool is great at nighttime or even daytime! We would definitely stay here again. We loved it!!!

Unbelievable location! Clean and comfortable has all the amenities you would desire on a family vacation. Host is very responsive. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a 5 star accommodations!
