I celebrated my daughter 6th birthday here and everything was as expected. Dennis payed attention to detail to make the Airbnb feel like home. He even welcomed us with Oreos that the kids enjoyed. Whenever we come back to Florida we will be staying again.

The inside of the house was great! Clean, spacious and comfortable. The Pool and pool area were unfortunately not clean. There were ballon pieces in the pool when we arrived, multiple cigarette butts on the pool deck, a smashed beer can, and a piece Of broken glass in the hot tub. The Casieloa staff was helpful although I’m not sure there was always consistent communication between staff. The QR code to access the gate was challenging until a security guard told us the correct way to do it.

Would not stay again or rent from Casiola management company. The house was as pictured. Very cute and well decorated. However, we ended up leaving early because we paid to have the hot tub and pool heated and it wasn’t. The host told me “maybe it just isn’t as warm as you’d like” and then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have they heat on and that they only heat it 6-8 hours a day. So it’s not usable in the AM or PM. When you go to Disney you’re only home in the AM or PM! Tried to get help getting at least the hot tub to be hot and it was like talking to an AI robot. No help. Finally we got Airbnb involved and they cancelled the rest of our stay. Then the host wouldn’t return the money I paid for the pool/spa heat even after he had already agreed to for the first 2 days and the rest of our trip was cancelled. Many other problems too….the bed was broke and we had to pull the mattress off and fix the slats, there’s no ceiling fans, no throw blankets, no tub stoppers…list could go on..

Everything about my stay was AMAZING ! Dennis was very responsive when I reached out, the house exceeded my expectations. My family and I enjoyed this home. It looks EXACTLY like the pictures. VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. He left a small complimentary gift with a note. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be booking this space again. It was well worth the money.

Place was great! Super clean! Amazing host! Resorts are amazing, really great having a pool at the house. Awesome gaming area kept the kids very captivated Kitchen has everything you’ll need for family dinner pots,dishes, grilling supplies. Everything you’ll possibly need is in the cabinets. Love! Can’t wait to stay again.

This place was amazingly beautiful it had lots to do if you are vacationing with a large group or kids! The kids absolutely had a great time! The rooms were perfect for the kids! Just to be clear you do have to pay a separate fee if you want the jacuzzi part heated, me thinking a jacuzzi should automatically come heated as that is what it is made for and we specifically looked for a place that has a jacuzzi , but did not really understand that we had to pay a 35$ extra fee each day used,had to pay for someone to come turn it on and taxes, I think is a bit ridiculous but just be aware when it does say spa/pool heating that’s also mean jacuzzi heating. Other than that the stay was great!

Overall great home. Backyard and pool are smaller than the pictures. Also minion playroom is really just an under stair carve out space - though it’s cute. Overall nice home. Decor and themes are on point. Garage turned move room is also nice especially for kids.

My family and I were very very pleased with Dennis's home it was definitely everything we anticipated the children were so happy with their themed rooms. It was enough space to fit us comfortably. and it was spotless. I would definitely stay there again wen we return, and it was worth the price we paid. Thank you Dennis for making my Grand babies 4th birthday a blast their room with the slide in it was the highlight of their trip. Thanks again

Perfect stay for disney princess’s, teenagers and the whole family. The pool was warm and we really appreciate the child screen around the pool. The theatre room was super cool. The games upstairs were perfect! The usage of the water park was great! There were 2 full master bedrooms with baths and 3 additional themed rooms. Our 4 year old is obsessed with Frozen so the princess room was beyond incredible for her. The small bunk beds in the room were perfect and super cute. We will definitely be staying here again! Our stay was amazing! The home was spotless, cozy, beautifully decorated, and the themed rooms were such a fun surprise. Each one was unique and so thoughtfully done. Our kids absolutely loved the game area; it was definitely a highlight of the trip and kept them entertained for hours. The host was welcoming and responsive, and every detail was clearly designed with comfort in mind. It was the perfect family getaway, and by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in and we can’t wait to come back!

Dennis’ place was perfect for my kids & family! The frozen room & movie theatre is what sold me & the kids absolutely loved the games! The only issues we had were, first getting to the place as it did not take us to where we were supposed to be at initially. Then, the system kept going down & we had trouble getting into the gates 90 percent of the time. Some staff was helpful where others were not and rude. And second, the pool never filtered while we were there, so the water was murky. Dennis was very responsive, but the issues we faced unfortunately swayed our opinion on our stay. All in all, though, we enjoyed ourselves & are very appreciative of you having us!

Overall great place to stay with relatively easy access to Disney and other fun stuff around Orlando. The place was big, spacious, clean, and well taken care of. The pool was a particularly nice amenity that we used almost every day. Support staff was helpful to us when we had trouble getting in initially during our stay. Couple of things to be aware of: - There can be a lot of traffic on the interstate travelling to Disney, particularly around the peak times of year. Plan for it to take 30 - 45 minutes to get there. - Uber, DoorDash, and Instacart drivers can have a lot of trouble getting inside since this is a gated community. You can either direct them to the main entrance to sign in, or you can walk to meet them at one of the gates a short walk up the road.

The place was nice. The theme was fitting. Po and hot tub were warm and just right in size. Mattress were comfortable. Getting in the community gate was difficult. Lots of people trying to stay in the community seemed like they weren’t sure where to go including myself. Outside of that the experience was great.

The house is just great! Very beautiful, complete and perfect for those seeking comfort and fun. There are various activities and games for children, both girls and boys. The rooms are fantastic and super cozy. We were surprised to arrive in winter and realize that, even with the cold weather, the pool was amazing, looking like a real cauldron so warm and relaxing! It was a wonderful experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recommend it to everyone!

The house is very nice, as shown in the photos, everything is very clean and organized. The only thing is that when looking for the address by waze he sent us to an entrance that was not the one indicated but we solved it thanks to Dennis's prompt response who was always very attentive.

The house is amazing! Our kids loved it and there’s something for everyone. It was perfectly clean and really an awesome house. If you decide to pay for the pool/spa heating, know that it takes time. Well after 24 hours, the spa was only at 86 (which is warm, but not jacuzzi hot and it never got hot in our 4 days there). Dennis was great in answering all questions. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home! Our kids loved the game room, home theater, pool & Frozen dream bedroom! Everything was spotless. We also really enjoyed the Championsgate clubhouse and pool with a lazy river and splash area for the kids! Make sure to go thru the main gate to check in. We did not have those instructions or address for the main gate beforehand, which was a little confusing.

The place was beautiful and clean. Getting through the gate was difficult. We received an email asking if we wanted a late check out which we accepted and paid for. We chose the 6pm time slot since our flight didn’t leave until 9:30pm. We had our day planned and as we were walking out the door at 10am we received a phone call that we no longer were able to have late check out and needed to be out in an hour. We had clothes in the laundry, some still needed showers, and we needed to finish packing. If we knew the day before we would have had everything done the night before. We had to throw our wet laundry in the suitcase which we then had to all rewash once we got home at 3:30am.

Loved our stay. Dennis was extremely quick to respond when I had a question. Extremely kid friendly! House was beautiful. We would definitely rent again! Only issue we had was gps takes you to the wrong gate. There are multiple gates but only one with a guard to get your pass! So clearer instructions to the guarded gate would be helpful

All in all, we had a really great time. The home is beautiful and has lots to keep busy with all the games, movie room and the neighborhood offerings. My main concern was a lack of communication. Don't get me wrong - Dennis was extremely quick to respond, however obvious things weren't addressed until asked. Main concerns: 1. Based on a previous review, I requested a QR code to get in the gate Google Maps directs you to - we only received this day of and only after I requested it. 2. The pool was not heated and we were not offered to have it heated prior to arriving. Because we did not request it prior to arrival (even though not offered), we had to pay an extra $35 fee to have someone come out next day which didn't occur until late afternoon so it wasn't even ready until the following day. 3. This location is a solid 45 minutes from Disney. 4. A map of the resort would be helpful. There are several entrances and several different pool/club houses but they are spread out.

The house was beautiful, clean, very organized, the kitchen was stocked up in terms of plates and bowls and silverware. The rooms were all very clean, including all the carpets. Bathrooms were clean and organized. The decoration was also very pretty. Our children loved the little movie theater and the water park within the complex. The community is very well maintained and great to run. The gym only opens at 9 (5-9 is for residents only) so we took advantage to run on the sidewalks close to the golf courts. And obviously, the frozen room! The kids spent most of the time on the slide and absolutely loved it. 100% recommended. Publix and cvs are really close and there’s a bunch of restaurants at 5-10 min driving distance.

First of all Dennis was very nice I wish there was better way to contact host by phone instead of just messaging. One of the games was missing parts to it which was a bummer because it was the main game we wanted to play. Upstairs could only set the heat temperature to 75 which made it a little warmer. Other than that Overall tho the home was great Dennis was a great host always responded I would totally recommend the home read the fine print I’ll look forward to checking out some of the other properties.

Place could have been a lot cleaner (trash in pool, food stains on counter, place mats.) They did send someone out to clean the pool, but not what was dirty on the inside. With the strict check-in at 4pm, you hopped that was due to a complete cleaning. With that being said, the location was great, love the gated entrance, nearby grocery and food options. Being only 30 mins away from the parks was a huge plus. The resort water park was very nice as well. It would have been utilized more if they allowed drinks to be brought in. Great vacation spot!

Beautiful home, nice location, very nice inside. My family and I enjoyed our stay there especially the littles with the frozen themed room. Truly a magical experience. I had a little trouble getting into the property but Dennis was responsive and helped us right away with any and all the questions I had. I would give specific instructions as to getting to the property to go through main gate of Champions Gate with security personnel to give pass to your Airbnb and pass to all the amenities in the neighborhood. Overall, we had a very positive experience!!

I absolutely love this place. Exceptionally clean and spotless. The best air b&b I have stayed thus far. Exactly as the pictures, I appreciated all the thoughtful details. My only suggestion is that clear instructions and details be given regarding the gate access. Google maps took us to the side gate, which was closed. We had a hard time finding the main gate and when we did, we didn’t know how to gain access. However once we went to the water park the next day we got a printed QR code which made entering the premises a breeze.

What a beautiful home! The house was exactly as described. Our kids had an amazing time in the themed rooms, the home was spacious and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Our only complaint was check in. Our code didn't work at first and to get into the community was not easy. Google maps took us to the gated entrance that required a QR code to get through and we were not told that beforehand. We were told to take the main gated entrance which always had a HUGE line to get in. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

This place was one of the best Air BnB's I have stayed at. I surprised my daughter for her 5th birthday to go to Disney World and she was stunned when she seen her room!! Dennis was very responsive and so friendly. The house looks exactly like the pictures. We spent a whole day at the house and exploring what other amenities Dennis had included in the stay such as the gated water park, fitness gym and tennis court. You cannot get any better than this. Me and my family will be back and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Dennis for your great hospitality.

Our stay was amazing. The house is very spacious, clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and games. Our kids were so excited about their theme rooms. It’s very well located, about 20min from Disney World and part of the Champion Gates resort which give you free access to community areas like water slides and lazy river. We would definitely recommend.
