You cannot go wrong with this place! It is exactly as listed, very clean, lots of space, and short distance to area parks. Dennis was an incredible host. He was very responsive and accommodating. We had the best time! We would definitely rent this space again!

It was said everything was included but it wasn’t you had to pay for put put, volleyball, the tv in a room didn’t work and then found out neither did the dryer, which were fixed, immediately. The beds sucked super uncomfortable. Nothing extra. Any airbnb they have had condiments stuff like that . Nothing. Not enough wash cloths so had to do laundry like every day. The TV messed up constantly. Like you couldn’t just sit down and watch a show. We had to reset it every time. The house was amazing. Just needs to be more homey.

Amazing location. We wished the cleaning of floors and carpets and utensils were better. We were disgusted by the floors. Had to wash all utensils before using them.

Everything was great! Only wish the dryer worked better. Took 3-4 rounds before 1 load of laundry was completely dried. Otherwise quiet and peaceful. Took advantage of the kitchen as it was fully stock. That was a plus.

I had an awesome stay! I would definitely recommend this location. I was with my family and there was more than enough space for everyone to have a chill, quiet moment. The place was clean, very responsive host and an overall excellent experience.

Dennis responded very quickly and always willing to help. We had a small problem at the time of check-in at the condominium concierge (my name was not on the list), but nothing to discredit the great stay.

Great place. The modem for the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. Once it was brought to Dennis’s attention, a new modem was replaced.

Very nice house. The rooms are very well cared for and have everything you need for the stay. Very good decoration. It has all the necessary amenities. Dennis and the hosts always answered in less than 5 minutes and were very patient with all questions. 100% recommended. Perfect for a couple of large families.

The place was great it was very clean and cozy for our large family It’s in a great location close to everything We will book again the next time we come back to Orlando I would like to see in the future if there is a way to get the gate pass sent to you with your check in It took us 45 minutes to get in the gate everyday from 3-5pm the automated gate at the rear entrance was broken but that isn’t the owners fault it’s the resort problem

Checked in on Thursday only had one wash cloth and one bath towel per person no had towels or towels to dry my hair also it stated that there was extra linen in which it was nothing extra but what was on the beds also it would be nice to have a strainer for the kitchen and more than just one dish towel the ceiling fans could use a cleaning and the mattress on the bed in the first and second bedrooms downstairs are very hard I woke up with a hurt back for 5 days the sink in the bathroom was stopped up but we got that cleaned out but other than all the things that I name my stay itself was excited and I will stay here there again

I would definitely stay here again! Location was perfect, the home was very clean for the most part, just a small mishap that I was able correct on my own. Dennis was a great host and super responsive.

Great location, and Dennis was super responsive. We did have an issue with the pool not being heated the first 3 days and could have been cleaned. Also, under the furniture there was quite a bit of dirt and dried up play dough from previous guests. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend.

The resort was nice. Had nice pool with a lazy river. Kids loved it. The only problem I had with the club house was that it was very crowded. The unit I rented was nice but we had some problems. First off, the wifi password given to me at time of booking was incorrect. It took up until the day before we left for them to send me the correct password. As for cleanliness, it was just ok. Some of the bedding was soiled. Also, we found a cockroach in one of the kitchen drawers. We advised their team members and they wanted to send out terminex to spray. We declined because didn't want to breathe in poison with six children in the home. All in all it was an ok place but will look someplace else for our next visit.

Great property with a very helpful and responsive host. The amenities are really great including the community pool/fitness center/bar but it can get pretty crowded. Would definitely come back again!

The unit was BEAUTIFUL. We loved the stay and it was so close and convenient to local theme parks. We will definitely be back. They house had everything we needed for a large group (could do with a few more pans but it didn’t stop any meal prep) including a baby. There is a stroller, playpen, and high chair in the unit. However, the stroller would not be great for the theme parks. It’s available and works well for walks around the gorgeous community. The community offers an awesome water park that is nice for young and old. Honestly wish we had scheduled two down days so we could enjoy the amenities more. The water park/pool area is complete with bar and grill for convenience. It’s a little on the slow and pricey side but nothing more than what you would get in other facilities. Now to the negative cons we experienced. The first one is kind of stupid but if you book this unit with the Harry Potter theme in mind for one of the rooms be aware it was a neutral theme when we stayed. That could have been an inconvenient coincidence or they are in the process of re-theming the room. My Harry Potter fan teen was disappointed but for a teen that is normal. Again, a little disappointing because that Harry Potter room was kind of the siding factor between this property and another when we looked at booking. It’s not a reason not to book but something to keep in mind. Now something that was awful for everyone was the beds are so uncomfortable. It wasn’t just me but nearly everyone in our group complained about the beds (including the 6 year old) at least once if not multiple times during the stay. It seriously felt they ordered the cheapest mattresses they could find and put a pretty bedding set on it. If you have back issues or don’t do well on awful beds than you may want to stay away. Again, we loved the stay and the community is gorgeous and the unit was beautiful and very clean and well presented. If we have a need for an Airbnb in the area again with a large group we would consider going back (may question about the mattresses though, they were awful).

The house was great for us. We were traveling from Fort Lauderdale to DC with four kids under 4. Needed a quick, fun place to stay. The pool has a safety gate that works. Which is a bonus, when dealing with so many eager toddlers. It would be helpful to have had a map of the resort to know where the house is in comparison to the splash pad and kids park. This house is walking distance from an outdoor park that my kids loved. The splash pad and resort pools were farther enough away that we had to drive. Due to storms, we didn’t get to check out the resort pools and lazy river. The houses pool is small for adults and teens. Only 4 feet at the deep end. But perfect for our family of small children.

I love Story Lake it’s a perfect location. The townhouse was great. The place had cleanliness issues and there were no complimentary starter supplies (ie. toilet paper) when we got there. The problem was resolved but in an untimely manner. Overall the stay was awesome!

First of all, I'd like to start by thanking Dennis for the great customer service. the place is simply spectacular, extremely clean, well organized. The rooms are very very nice and spacious, the pool is very comfortable and spacious, the view is wonderful. My family and I had a spectacular vacation in this house. We will definitely go back. I decided to go with my family for a few days to Thanksgiving and we wanted to have a barbecue you consult the amphitheion if they had their answer was yes you I asked for photos what I award that she was new so she had no photos obviously the house or the bbq girl What took me a whole day to get a rented one to be able to do the load that I had thawed the Host took one a day before I left and he never let me know that he had left a bbq it was really awesome I spent a day going in

The place was beautiful! The furniture and decoration was exactly like the photos. The house overall wasn’t spotless but I cared more about the bedroom being clean which it pretty much was. But, the pool wasn’t clean. There was hair and a bunch of bugs in it when we first arrived so we decided to use the resort pool during our stay. We did ask if someone can come to clean but unfortunately, nobody ended up coming. The resort pool was amazing though! We definitely enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back soon!

Clean space, complimentary coffee, oreos with a thankyou note. Plenty of plates cups. Plenty of rooms. Beautiful pool area with table. Lake views right behind the pool area as well. Check in was so easy!! Just with one code you enter your house. The experience was so great we changed our flights for an extra 3 days😻

Beautiful home. The charge for cleaning is a lot, and the cleanliness of the place should be a thousand times better. It seems like they just tried to make the place look good, without actually cleaning it thoroughly.

A perfect home for a family vacation to Disney and all the parks. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. Dennis answered all our questions promptly and made things easy for a smooth stay. Special touches like finding our dinner table set and having Oreo cookies as a welcome gift were very much appreciated. The home is beautiful and close to the parks. We had a magical stay and truly enjoyed our stay.

The house was just as described. It was big enough for our whole group, with every bed occupied. We enjoyed hanging out there in the evening, especially in the heated pool! Dennis provided pool towels. We cooked a few basic meals and appreciated the hot water kettle for tea. We brought extra dish washer and laundry pods from home, to make sure we had enough. We could have used one more bath towel, but we just used a pool towel instead. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great place and amazing location. Will stay again. Disappointed that pool was not heated however despite three requests prior to have it heated. You have to pay additional in advance for this and I never received the instructions for payment from Airbnb

Perfect location to Disney parks and universal. Only minutes from Disney springs and many non Disney restaurants nearby along with food markets, Walmart, shopping. The pool at the house we didn’t use, instead going to the community pool. We loved the lazy river! The house was clean and amenities prices were extra bonus. Loved the Harry Potter themed room/bathroom (not going to lie, definitely chose this because of that haha) easy peasy check in process and check out. Would definitely come back here with a group again!

Great great spot! Nice and quiet, easy drive to WDW, or general dining and stores (Target). Sparking clean, all the amenities you need. We had four teenage boys with us and it was so nice to be able to spread out and everyone have their own room. The pool is super small and we never used it, more designed for little kiddos, just FYI. Such a great value over cramming everyone into two hotel rooms.

Don't think twice!!! This is your home in Orlando!!! The place is great!!! Exactly as seen in the picture. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped. VERY CLEAN!!! It has everything you need to relax when not spending your days at the parks. Besides, what you have in the house, there is an incredible club in the condo you can use. The location is good, with lots of services a few minutes away from the house (Walmart, Publix, CVS...) And it is very close to Disney World. At last, Dennis is a great host. He answered all our questions very fast and made sure our stay worked fine.

From the moment of the reservation, questions in the process, arrival, checkup, etc... everything went perfectly. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy down to the last detail. We had the unforeseen hurricane before arrival, but Dennis treated it professionally and we were very pleased with the solution given. Excellent condominium, great leisure AREA, swimming pool, etc... let's go back for sure.
