We had a great stay at Dennis's home in Solara Resort. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. When searching for an Airbnb, my top priorities were plenty of bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The private pool in the back is cute, and being directly across from the resort amenities was a huge plus. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Dennis was exceptionally attentive and checked in periodically throughout our stay. Parking was easy with space right in front of the house, and check in was simple with the keyless entry pad. My only suggestion would be to add a small shelf in the showers to hold soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I did see a previous review mentioning loud music and late night parties, and we experienced that one night, Saturday into Sunday. One thing to note is that the drive to Disney was longer than 15 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The Good: The house is spacious for a large group, resort amenities are nice, and check-out instructions were simple with no extra chores. The Bad: The listing falsely claims multiple times it's "10 minutes from Disney." The host blamed traffic, but mapping the route at 4 AM with zero cars still takes 20–25 minutes minimum. A 10-minute drive is physically impossible under any condition. When we caught this before the trip once we received the actual address and tried to cancel, the host admitted the listing was misleading but refused a full refund, forcing us to stay or lose a 50% deposit. The Arrival: We arrived to an active ant infestation inside the front door due to old food left behind. Furthermore, the turnover team left the thermostat on "Emergency Heat" in 90+ degree weather, making the house over 80 degrees when we walked in. Summary: Decent house, but management uses deceptive marketing to trap bookings. Budget double the advertised drive time.

The place worked out great for our Disney vacation. We found plenty of room for our large family and were able to relax and enjoy our time. The townhouse has everything you’ll need. If the small pool isn’t your thing it’s a quick SHORT walk to the clubhouse and pool. There’s a big kid and little kid section and it was never crowded. The gym is pretty great as well. Dennis was very responsive when we reached out which was helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Orlando.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The hist, Dennis, was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and realistic about everything from check-in to the house rules, which made the whole experience stress-free. The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. You can tell Dennis really cares about making guests feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The home is spacious and great for large families, with a clean backyard pool, a working propane grill, and plenty of parking. The resort has a lot to offer, especially for families with children. The host was extremely responsive and addressed issues quickly. On the downside, the carpets need shampooing and the furniture is worn. The living room chairs are on their last leg, and the bedframes are poor quality — my 70-year-old mother-in-law's bed frame broke on our second night. Maintenance came, determined it was not salvageable after multiple repairs, and replaced it entirely. Note: that they entered the unit while we were away, which some may not prefer, but we appreciated the quick turnaround since on vacation. Overall, a nice stay and we would return if the furniture and upkeep are addressed.

The pool/splash pad on property was being refurbished unfortunately, but the playground was great to use as well! We had a great trip.

We had a great stay at Dennis’s place in Kissimmee. The house was beautiful and exactly as described, and the location was perfect with a close drive to the parks. Dennis was very responsive and helpful. For example, when we had an issue with the dryer, he responded right away and arranged for it to be fixed quickly. We did a lot of cooking during our stay, and the only small thing I’d mention is that the kitchen could use a few more cooking supplies, but it wasn’t a big issue at all. Overall, a really nice place and a great host.

It was a great stay overall, Dennis is a great communicator, quick to reply to all my questions. The place was clean and neat, love the space and the common areas, a very comfortable place to spend days with family with great AC, cable, internet, everything with the property was spot on. To me the only downside was the distance to the parks, no quick route, mostly back roads with some traffic and it would require 30 min to get to Disney Springs and or some parks.

This place was amazing! We had 9 people stay and there was plenty of room to be with family but also space to do your own thing. It was great to have reminders from Dennis before the stay with his hospitable suggestions and clear instructions. He was also responsive within minutes! The house was beautiful and super clean upon arrival. Also fun themed rooms for the kids. Great location from the parks but also secluded enough for downtime after a long day at the parks. We didn’t get to fully experience the amenities at the resort because we had a stacked itinerary, but my husband and son took time at the gym which is great if you need up with your regular routine. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such a beautiful home! We truly enjoyed our stay, the home was absolutely stunning and only about 20 minutes away from the parks! The only thing is that we did not get in the pool as it had bugs in it, but maybe that’s expected for FL weather. Regardless, loved our stay so much!

For a house this size there were zero to no pots, the ones that’s were present were not in great condition. The A/C was not working and the house would never go below 70 degrees when we wrote to the host the answer was that that doors should be closed (which they were) and that the A/C lower than that could be damaged… we live in FLORIDA and people like to sleep or unwined in whatever temperature they choose not what you say! We then fast forward 4 days later and are running late (about 45 minutes) we chat with the host about it and Ask to please allow up more time of which of course the answer was no. We all said the same thing at the end we should’ve spent our coins elsewhere!

Had an awesome time with friends and family at this AirBnB. Dennis was very responsive but sometimes felt a little like an auto response. I asked if there were more garbage bags and got a response only about my checkout extension. Checking in 1 hour early was 50 dollars additional as well as checking out early being 50 dollars for a 3 hour late checkout (was not badly priced.) House was very clean except a couple of dead bugs that might have come from outside from us walking in and out. The pool was not clean I will say but we managed to make it work. The grill was an awesome additive to the whole experience as well as the Wii for the family gaming! The checkout didn’t really have any clear instructions on what to do with garbage, blankets, towels. So we cleaned as best as we could and neatly put garbage bags in kitchen and washed all dishes. Overall was a 4/5 for us and would definitely stay again!

Review: Dennis is a great host! The house was perfect—spacious, well-equipped, and in an unbeatable location close to the resorts and waterpark. The private pool was amazing; it took two days to warm up, but once it hit 90 degrees, it was the perfect way to relax after long days at Disney. The kids loved it! The three-bedroom suites with private bathrooms were incredible, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone. There are also two smaller Disney-themed rooms, perfect for the kids, which made the stay even more special for them. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We were hesitant that what we booked was actually what we were going to get, it was. The value was unbelievable. We had an issue with the dryer not working. This location offered so much in the community itself. It was like checking into a resort (with all the amenities to partake in). Dennis was a very responsive manager. Anytime we needed something or brought something to his attention, the response was almost immediate and the follow through was speedy. There were some small things we noticed at checkin but Dennis had someone out asap to correct/fix any issues. From what I heard of everyone else staying there, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. It’s not like traditional Airbnbs were full kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook or clean, but it had the basics and items like a couple trash bags, dish soap, and a roll of paper towels to get you started. I didn’t realize that when I booked so I’d just recommend you count on bringing those items with you. It was a small thing that didn’t ruin our trip though! Would stay here again!

Beautiful place. With traffic, it can take any where from 17 minutes - 35 minutes to drive to the Disney parks. We knew it was a small pool. we didn't expect a lot. I paid $140 to heat the pool for 4 days in hopes of using it after a day at Disney, but every night the pool was hotter than a hot tub. Extremely hot. That part was disappointing and a waste of $140.

My main complaint is that Airbnb shows it as 5 minutes to Epcot, but it’s nowhere close. It’s more like 30 minutes away by car. Other than that, the place is fabulous. The resort amenities at Solara are unreal! Exactly as pictured. They have a main pool, kids pool, and this cool wave rider thing (pay per use). They have a restaurant and bar, which delivers to your pool section. Even a nice playground park for kids too. The gym is great, for a resort gym. It has everything you need. This specific unit is an end unit townhouse, so you get lots of light and it’s one of the closest units to the amenities. The 5th bedroom is on the main floor, which may or may not be important to you. It’s a gated community so it’s safe. The direct access pool is a bit small and cold because it doesn’t get much throughout the day, but it wasn’t important to us because the resort pool was so close by and is really nice (and you can order food and drinks).

It was a very relaxing week. The only concern was the pool needed to be heated and due to holidays it didn't happen for 2 days and we were charged for jan 1 but we checked out. We were told they would adjust bill but we haven't seen adjustment yet.

We had a group of 6 women for a long weekend Disney trip! The house was immaculate! Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. All amenities you would need! Good location, super close to the clubhouse and pool. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Plenty of room!! Only a couple of things we would suggest: 1. Directions for pool. There were times when it had jets going and other times they weren’t. 2. In two of the bathrooms there are no shelves inside the actual shower so we had to place our bottles on the floor. Maybe just place a corner shelf or even a hanging one would be beneficial!

House is as described. Just as a previous review mentioned, carpet’s definitely need deep shampooing but otherwise pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors were quite loud. I my biggest complaint is that I had someone break into my vehicle. I’ve been using Airbnb properties for a while and have NEVER had this happen to me. When I notified the host, I asked him to call me to discuss the details further and he texted me back instead. Stated that the property has no cameras at all, and I would have to contact the police department. I understand notifying the police, but I think outdoor cameras at a high tourist area resort should kinda be a given.

We had a great time, the place was perfect. The carpets could use some deep vacuum and cleaning. The walls in the living room has some stains, but all in all, the place was absolutely perfect. The pools were so much fun for the kids. Resort has so many amenities. The beds and sheets were sooooo comfortable. Close enough to the Disney parks but an honest 25 minutes drive away from the house. I’d recommend and stay here again.

The space was amazing and great for our bridal party! We had so much room and everyone had their own bed. The space wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, but probably because we had an early check in. Some of the outlets in the room were not working properly. It was really close to Disney which we loved! We would stay again.

The location of this condo was excellent. Not only is it 15-20 minutes to Disney parks, on the days when you want to spend the day at the pools/restaurant/bar, it's right across the parking lot from all of the amenities. We had a 2 year old so walking back & forth for naps and/or supplies was super easy. The condo was very clean, nice & I would have given it 5 stars, but ants dropped the score to 4. It's Florida, ants are to be expected so we did not let that bother us. The pool is cold, so make sure to purchase the heated pool upgrade if you want to use it. We did not as we planned to use the community pools instead. Our big kids used the surf pool one day, that was really fun & reasonably priced at $35/half hour for surf lessons. We didn't eat at the restaurant on property, so I cannot speak to that. We did have appetizers delivered at the pool & that was really convenient. I would highly recommend this property.

Great house for the price and location. Disney parks were about 20-30 mins away depending on traffic conditions. Stores were nearby but we used DoorDash and Instacart for all of our food and house needs like toiletries. The check in wasn’t super seamless only because the code didn’t work when we got to the house. But, Dennis and his team were very quick to get us into the house, we waited no more than 5 mins to get a new code. The home wasn’t 100% clean. Not sure if it was because we had requested an early check in and the clean up was rushed prior to us arriving or if there wasn’t a chance to clean at all in between us and the prior guest. It was mainly the showers that we saw could have used a deeper clean but everything else was great. There were 8 of us and it fit us perfectly with extra room to spare. Will definitely recommend this place and return again if we ever come back to Disney World.

This has been the best place that we have ever stayed at as an Air BNB. A pool with the house and then so many extras included - big pool, splash pad for kids, playground, ice cream parlor, etc. It was Excellent in all areas and we will be coming back. we recently stayed 9-nights at Dennis' place within the Solara Resort. We were a party of 8 and there was plenty of room for us. We loved the location, in/out privileges were smooth and plenty of parking directly in front of the townhouse. We found the house to be too cold for us for the first couple of nights and when we tried to adjust the thermostat, it was to no avail. We had to reach out to the host to adjust this for us, he did by coming back to the house while we were out. The beds were fair. not enough support and the small pillows were sadly not the best. Pros: spacious, great location, great parking, smart tv's in each room, fully furnished kitchen. Cons: bare minimums in the bathrooms, e.g. no place to set your shampoo, soap, etc inside the bath area, we had to leave our things on the floor. two of the bathroom drains were slow and when we went to open up the drains, there was hair and grime found. Would have been great to have an extra chair in ALL rooms, as there was only one in the King bed. on our second night, we experienced very loud talking, music, partying just across the way, at 2 in the morning, this was super unpleasant. The host provided us with a number to call the resort security should we have continued to have this happen, thankfully it was only the one night of disruption.

As “advertised”. Huge space with tons of room to spread out. Nice complex too with excellent amenities. Despite some less favorable reviews on proximity to Disney parks, we found it to be extremely close and convenient.

Look no further than this property. It has excellent access to the DisneyWorld parks and a fantastic clubhouse for fun away from the parks. Dennis was highly responsive, and we had no issues during our stay. Hands down my best experience while in Orlando.

A lot of times you find an Airbnb which seems too good to be true, and this really seemed like one of them. However, I can tell you after a 5-night stay, it is what it looks up to be. It is so spacious and can fit many people if you play your cards right. Here are a few notes I think would be helpful to know before staying: 1) The Airbnb is about 30-40 minutes from Disney property. I thought it was slightly closer, and it is a very doable drive, but just know it is not 10-20 minutes away. 2) A lot of the mattresses (specifically the twin beds in the Harry Potter room and Mickey/Minnie room) have dorm-like mattresses (ie hard as a rock). If you are someone over the age of 16, this might irritate you more than if you are a kid, thus causing some pain in your back and neck the next morning. However, this place does come at a great value, so of course, you shouldn't expect memory foam. 3) You will need to go to the store to pick up a few things (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap). While Dennis and the team do provide a few of these things, it is expected you provide beyond that. For example, we only had 1 roll of paper towels, and we did not realize this the first night we went shopping, which made it hard to clean once we ran out. I will say the private pool is the icing on top. We did not get to spend a ton of time at the pool since we were doing the parks open to close every day we were in Orlando, but it is nice to have. Lastly, Dennis is phenomenal with communication, and will be very responsive if any questions arise before or during your stay.

Very spacious clean unit. Good value. Great communication from property managers. Nice complex. Bit on the outside of all of the Orlando action in terms of location. One little odd bit is that the showers don't have anywhere to put soap/shampoo which is not a huge deal but somewhat annoying ;)

Great space for the value. Tons of room for everyone to have their own corner of the house. Kitchen was great for the group to make breakfast or late night drinks. Pool heater was broken but it was still nice to put our feet in the cold water after a long day. You only get one small bathroom towel per person, so bring some laundry soap to wash if you’re staying for more than a few days. It’s about 20-25 min to Disney, so make sure you rent a car or you’ll be paying a lot for Ubers. There is parking right outside of the house which is really nice. Community is gated and safe, and has a ton of amenities on property especially for kids. Would highly recommend!

The place very nice, I would have wanted to use the pool but we realized late that it was an extra value for the hot water and for the cost of the apartment it must have been included by the accommodation. If you're going to Disneyland, allow 30 minutes to get there and preferably go in your own car because an Uber will be expensive. There's a Walmart about 15 minutes away, which is good.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Perfect size for a large group, very comfortable and we were all able to spread out. My only issue would be that the map doesn’t accurately reflect where this is - it’s a bit farther from Disney than I would have liked to be, took closer to 25-30 minutes to reach the parks.

Great location. Very close to the Disney parks, restaurants, etc. Check in was quick and easy. Host management company was quick to respond to any issues. We would choose a different home to stay at next time we visit the area. Unfortunately, this home was not as clean or comfortable as we like a home to be.

Such a great experience. We've had vacation packages before and recently switched to airbnb. In all our vacation experiences, this was the best. Dennis is very responsive and hospitable. The actual property was off-the-charts gorgeous and stylish and comfortable and spacious. Wait.. speaking of comfortable, the BEDS! It's not that often that vacation beds are as comfortable as the one you picked for yourself at home. So comfortable. The kitchen well-stocked, the location was excellent. We went to Disney parks every day and the closest park was about ten minutes, the furthest was 20 minutes. Perfect. Close to Wal-Mart, we used that too. There's two nearby. This was such a great place to come home to every night. It was big enough for us to spread out when we'd had enough "together" time. :-) It's great to have laundry facilities on-site too - We washed clothes every day and came home with suitcases full of clean clothes. Beach towels are on-site, no need to pack your own - in addition to bath towels, that is. The four adults in our party highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Especially since we might now be addicted to RunDisney races after this week. I can't think of more ways to say, or more details to give. If you are comparing this property and this host to another, I can't imagine anything better than this. Just go. You'll be glad you did.

Great place and perfectly efficient booking process. Facilities are very good and can easily fill days of lounging and entertaining of both youth and adults. Easy access to everything one would need. Good comfortable bed as well as food wi-fi. overall 10/10, would give if a 11/10 with better light blocking drapes for master bedroom which sits right next to a bright street lamp.

Great location. Gorgeous home. Perfect for a family. He has a stroller and a booster high chair. All the TVs have on demand so we could play my sons favourite show on repeat! The house is large enough no one feels like they are on top of each other. The only issue is if you are staying home during the day they are building new homes and it is very loud. Also because it is a new development the club house has limited hours. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is really gorgeous when it comes to the decor and space. Nice pool on the patio. One main thing is that there is no negotiation for check in or check out, the only option is to pay $50+ to be able to do that. The location it showed on the map (really close to Hollywood studio and animal kingdom) is actually NOTT where the townhome is. It’s about a 20 min drive to the parks. We planned on just taking an Uber every day to the parks when we thought it was close, which ended up being WAY more expensive than we anticipated. Again, Dennis was great and the space itself was wonderful and clean, but in terms of location and check in, be sure you have transportation lined up before your trip, and confirm the location with him before booking, as we didn’t get the actual address till the week of the trip, and this really took us off guard.

This place was perfect for our group of 10. It was clean, spacious, well stocked with towels, toiletries, playpen, and even a stroller. The home is new and the amenities are amazing. Our host was extremely quick about responding to my inquiries which I really appreciated. Check in was a breeze. Lots of nice touches on the decor. We had a great stay. HOla, we have really enjoyed the stay, we have stayed 2 families with girls, a total of 8 people. We found the house to be very clean, the rooms were spacious, all with their own wardrobe, the bathrooms were perfect and very comfortable, the living-dining-kitchen area is great for enjoying being all together. The resort has 24-hour security and is very quiet and peaceful.
