If everything was working in the house as expected we would have loved the home but I was told someone will come look at the tv & no one came the hot tub water backup into the pool which made the pool over full the front room tv was broken & the movie area tv had a deal & the kitchen keep backing up My family & I had to work with what we had but he did reply to everything I sent him

This property was absolutely beautiful. All my guest were very happy with this property. We rented 5 different properties to accommodate our yearly convention guests and this property was everyone's favorite. The decor made the home so inviting. The amount of space was perfect for our 14 guests. If we had one thing to address, it would be the media room. The media room is a really nice vibe and one main reason we rented home. However, we could never get the wifi to connect, we had at least 4 tech guests try and no one could get it to connect. I even reached out to host support and their steps didn't resolve issue either. Very frustrating since we only had one available evening and planned a big movie night and xbox competition as highlighted activities. I hope they truly get that fixed. Nonetheless, we were super pleased with our entire stay and would refer others to stay. Thank you Dennis for being a great and very responsive host!

First off the stay went smooth but there were some hiccups along the way. The TV remotes wouldn’t work, the AC went out on our second day and this really isn’t a children’s home. There is glass everywhere downstairs. The drain also was clogged. Yet after all that Dennis was super responsive and made sure every issue we had was fixed. While we were out the maintenance man came and fixed all the issues I had stated. If you have small kids just be very mindful but other than that I would recommend this place! Very attentive to our needs and that i appreciate it !

This home is more than expected!! Beautiful home quiet location.. Accommodating just for my family…The pool was definitely the highlight.. about 40min from attractions…THE BEDS SUPER COMFORTABLE!!!Dennis is an awesome host.. answering very quickly.. Definitely a must stay when in Florida..

Absolutely enjoyed this property! Not only is it absolutely stunning, it is in great distance to all of Orlando’s attractions. The host is also super responsive and easily accessible. We will definitely be returning!

Nice house but not very nice stay! We had a green pool for the whole stay and wouldn't able to use it. Host was slow to send the help and obviously didn't check the place before we checked in. Other than that house is nice just need some closer and faster maintenance .

House was beautiful. Unfortunately it was raining the whole time, so we couldn’t use the pool as much. The theater was amazing. Would stay here again!! 😊

It was beautiful just a few things. I wasn’t really happy about there was no broom the entire 4 days. A work order was placed but never received. One of the bed board had broke. Dennis placed a work order it was fixed the next day. The other thing was ac compressor went out in the movie theater room so it was hot. A work order was placed but we were told the air compressor went out so we went out and purchased a fan. Other than these things. The house was really nice.

Prior to our stay we had booked a different property with Dennis that looked much nicer and newer. A few days after booking/a week before our stay we were notified the property wasn’t available and Dennis gave the option to stay at this property for the same price or have us cancel! Yes this property had two more bedrooms but we really didn’t need the extra space and would have preferred a clean, updated house. Upon arrival we noticed a bad smell, carpets in the stairway were not clean and there was tons of trash hidden in spaces throughout the house. The pool was a dark green and not to mention needed to be heated (an extra charge) to use the hot tub as a hot tub. On top of that the dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there. Dennis sent out a site manager but they had no clue how to fix the dishwasher. Dennis was good with communication but the property was not my favorite.

Great house however there was roaches during my stay and boogers on the wall. I really think if those weren’t present it would have been a great stay. Game room and kitchen were very open and good for spending time with friends. Overall big house.

If someone looking a place for vacation I would recommend to get this house cause when you enter to the house you feel like you home, very comfortable and easy to check in. Overall, this place was okay. It was beautiful and as pictured. There were a few things that were not pleasant and I probably wouldn't book again. First, the check in, there were very explicit instructions given to us prior to the stay, but it did not include vital instructions about a gate code so we were stopped by security at the front gate and could not get in. We had to wait 15 minutes until the host responded with a code. The AC unit in the movie theater leaked badly, which made the movie theater unusable. The freezer didn't work properly and none of our frozen food could be stored. The jacuzzi part of the pool did not warm. Overall, okay for a larger group, but not worth the money in my opinion because the house did not seem as if it was kept up well.

Dennis was great! The house was just as pictured! Unfortunately, the pool was not. It was green, murky and had floating debris. Dennis responded to me immediately when I reached out to him about the pool not being in working condition. There was a team sent out for the pool but there was no change. We were not able to use the pool at all during our stay. However, as I stated earlier, the INTERIOR of the HOUSE WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN & JUST AS PICTURED!! I would book again, with proof of the pool being in working order.

Wonderful place we all had so much fun. The pool area is very nice and I appreciated the privacy screen! Dennis was wonderful and was very responsive when I had questions. Everything was fine. My only issue is that in Florida air b&b let the host separate charges for everything like pools & hot tubs. Ppl pick houses with pools for a reason to use just like the house. They do not charge extra to use the bathroom it’s already in the price. These Florida owners need to incorporate whatever price they want in the price of the rental that way whenever someone want to turn the jets on or the heater they can. Feels kind of predatory to a nation of struggling folks who been saving for a lifetime to come to disney. This is all in the instructions but need to come out & Florida need to figure out how to incorporate the price & charge for every single thing up front no excuses. Other than that host was great house great.

I must first say nothing is perfect, but this is the closest I have seen in a while. The only two things that went wrong was the internet went out (ISP was notified and on site the very next day) and the pool and jacuzzi was ice cold but was heated with a text to the host. I never had a chance to use the theater(by the time the internet was restore, I was in full swing with our other pre-planned family activities) although this was one of the main reason I chose this property, We still had an amazing time. The children all had enough space and the pool was a big hit. My family has already asked that I reserve this property for all of our functions being hosted in the Orlando area. Thank you Dennis for all of your amazing help in making this trip one that will not easily be forgotten.

House was perfect for our family’s stay. Very comfortable, bright and spacious, close proximity to the parks and super quiet/safe family friendly area. Beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! My kids LOVED the themed rooms and asked if we could stay longer. Take note that to heat the pool and hot tub it’s a separate fee you must pay and it’ll only run for daytime so no use of the hot tub at night after a long day at Disney.

The home was big and nice. Only thing I couldn’t help but notice that there was not any mop or brooms available. Dennis was quick to respond but the day of check in I had to ask him for the check in instructions. I was expected the instructions prior to arrival. I got to the gate security had to let me in the entrance gate. I finally got service connection to message Dennis and finally got the instructions. The movie theater room pictured had a bed inside but there was not a bed inside upon arrival. Overall the stay was good and the home was big and well decorated.
