My review has the intention to alert the next guests, as I was very naive and didn’t report immediately all the problems that were in the house when we arrived! The house is amazing and the host is very responsive and attentive, me and my family had a great time and tried to let everything the most organized and cleaned as possible. However for my surprise I was charged with a pre-existent smoke odor and a broken lamp that were already present in the house when we arrived! I try to not be the type of guests that complain on small stuff so I didn’t bother to report it. However they used past problems to charge our group! Make sure you take pictures and report any problems found right when u arrive to avoid this type of surprise! There are many reviews reporting problems and I should’ve believed them. Many things broken, poor cleaning of the carpet and strong smell of cigarettes. I was charged for the odor of smoke when no one on my group smokes! We also had issues with Wi-Fi.

The property met expectations. We booked to accommodate our need for a large space, that had in home activities, in the Orlando area. We’d return. We’d rank the place 5 if a few upgrades and minor fixes were made.

Our stay at the house was great! Our group of 16 had plenty of space. The house was supplied with plenty of pool towels. The amenties at clubhouse superceded expectations. The trip would of been 5 stars if the pool and hot tub was heated properly. It did not function deapite paying surcharge for the heating. The host was quick with response time but not any resolution. We also experienced a ceiling leak in the main master bedroom . Someone came to look at it and pool but no resolution. These issues definitely took the quality away from my family trip adding stress to an already expensive trip.

Dennis was responsive and I appreciate the emails prior to arrival with instructions. The pros: Overall the home was clean and spacious. Location is great and close to grocery stores, target, sams club. Ive stayed at several airbnbs in Orlando and Dennis' place provided the most starter supplies which we appreciated! We were a large group and never ran out of hot water :) There were plenty of towels provided so we never ran out. The cons: As with most airbnbs, the home was a little worn. As other reviews have mentioned, there were a lot of broken tiles in the game room and unsafe if barefoot. I would have thought they would repair it by now. There were also a several cracked tiles in the bathrooms as well. Again we were a large group and we did not feel like the pots and pans provided were big enough so we had to cook in several batches so just be aware of this if you are planning to mostly cook. Overall, I would still recommend the place and we all enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location for Disney Parks. Easy check-in. Gate to resort on one side remained open. So had to drive in the exit gate. I did not have a pass code to scan to open gates. I asked someone for one by phone but never did get one. All worked out though since one gate door was always open.

Dennis' place was exactly as described! He is an extremely responsive host! The decor a was beautiful and definitely had a luxury vibe going on! The bedroom layout is perfect for large groups. We had one minor issue and his response time was impeccable! I would absolutely book again!

The house is beautiful but we ran into many cosmetic and electrical issues within the home. Dennis was a kind host and very responsive but we were not able to get any consilation to all of the isuses and delays. We also were not able to get into the gate at first and our checkin was late. Neighbors are on top of you so there is no privacy. They did send maintenance in to fix a couple if the items while we were there.

House was really nice! Kids loved the game room and bunk beds since they came with slides connected to them. Only one complaint and it’s completely out of Dennis’s hands, is that we had really loud neighbors who played really loud music. Other than that everyone loved it! NBA finals is currently going on and it was really nice to be able to watch it on the 120” projector screen! Thanks Dennis!

This place is really a gem! First we were expecting double beds and to our surprise each of the 5 adult bedrooms had king beds! Secondly, the location was awesome, super close to everything plus shopping and restaurants. The game room and pool were an absolute hit with the kids and they really enjoyed the themed kids bedrooms. The home is absolutely enormous and beautiful, well equipped and maintained. Dennis was a knowledgeable and helpful host that gave us great advise and responded quickly to any concerns. This home is worth every penny and more!

The place was nice some stains on curtains upstairs bathroom Tile cracked and dangerous,game room had multiple big cracks on tile on floor no one could walk barefoot in there very dangerous.

We had a great time! Any questions were answered quickly, the house was great and gave us a ton to do on our rest day. We would definitely stay again next time!

This location was as advertised and then some. We had ages 3 to 59 for the 11 people staying on this trip. All agree that the space was enormous, the home was well stocked with cooking utensils for all kind of meal sizes. If Orlando is a family destination in the future, we will for sure be renting from Dennis again. Gameroom was a hit, as was the pool and attached spa and upstairs entertainment area. Close drives to Disney and Universal parks and just about every type of store within minutes of the property while maintaining seclusion and security in the well gated community.

Our first reservation was canceled due to selling the house just 2 days before our arrival. However, Dennis was super quick to help us find an equal or better alternative and it couldn't have worked out better! This house was in a perfect location for our cheer event with quick access to the main roads, stores, and restaurants. The house layout was great for a group of 12 and we didn't even use one of the big rooms. the beds were super comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for the week. Dennis and his team were super quick to respond to all inquiries. What a great trip!

The house had everything we needed. Plenty of room, great pool and porch. Location was good - close to grocery stores, shopping and easy to get to Disney activities. Unfortunately the house is located in what appeared to be a neighborhood of only rentals. The first 2 nights were wonderful. We sat out back and played cards and enjoyed family time. By Wednesday the parties started and they lasted ALL night. We could hear the music and yelling from inside and never went out to the porch again. It felt like we were in Miami Beach for spring break. The music, weed, drinking....it was on all sides. It started mid afternoon and went until 4am. The last night we were there they were drag racing up and down our street and revving their engines for hours. Thankfully we had teenagers who can sleep through anything. But I would not bring young children or grandparents. If you plan on using the neighborhood pool, plan on getting there when they open at 9a. Every chair is gone by 10a.

This Air bnb was great! Dennis was a great host and his communication exceeded my expectations. The rooms were great and matched the pictures accurately. The game room and heated pool was a hit for my family. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

The house was great - it looked just like the pictures! The kids loved the pool, game room and themed rooms! The home worked very well for the 4 families we had staying there! It was so nice to have 5 bathrooms! Check in was super easy. The property management company was always very responsive to my many questions before our trip! Just a heads up - the homes in the neighborhood are very close together on each side and homes behind are very close. There were 2 nights during our 5 night stay where a neighboring home's occupants were very loud yelling and having fun in their pool very late at night, which made it hard to fall asleep in the bedrooms in the back of the home. Not much you can do about that, but maybe bring a sound machine! Still very much recommend this home! A minor complaint I have is that we had to fill the propane tank for the BBQ because we were told the management company would not do that for us and propane is not included.

The home is great, we are a big family and have a few kids who all had a fun room and a fun time. our stay was great by far the best service I've received since using this app, and the best house we have stayed at. will definitely be back and I highly recommend using them for your future stay.
