Great business! The house was absolutely well located in a gated community with wide access. The house was spotlessly clean, organized and still left some pampering to facilitate our arrival. Communication was another strong, active, solicitous and flexible. We love the house that perfectly accommodates 3 couples and one child. It has a large and complete kitchen, 3 comfortable bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms, as well as one bedroom with single bed. The house has all the most used appliances, cable TV and washing and drying machines (separated). Anyway, footnote 10!

I had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with, the place was just as described. It was very clean, cozy, and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect as well! Close to everything such as stores, groceries, restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend! And would definitely be coming back!

Dennis' place was great! Close to all the big Disney parks, lots of great restaurants nearby. There's a small playground in the neighborhood and lots of sidewalks/paths for nice walks. 2 king beds and 3 full baths made for a super comfy stay. Dennis did a great job communicating from check-in to check-out. Would stay again!

There were many very good things about this home. The location is good, the neighborhood is nice even without having access to the pool and gym, the home is nice. Dennis was very responsive with communication until we had a pretty major issue. The air conditioning broke a few weeks into our stay and the effort and communication to resolve the issue was mediocre at best. I felt like I was managing Dennis and Casiola to get the issue resolved and fixed. I had to send numerous messages and photos showing the temperature in the house rising up to 86 degrees and had to hound Dennis and Casiola for status updates of the repairman coming out to fix the issue. Finally, the issue was fixed over 24 hours later. If Dennis/Casiola would have offered me a nominal credit (like $50 or something) for my significant inconvenience, which is what I do for my own house that I rent on AirBnB, then I would have still given them 5 stars, but they didn't offer any concessions for the issue.

Dennis was an absolutely great host. We loved staying at the house on Lost Shaker Ln and definitely plan on staying again in large part to how easy Dennis made our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary Oreos ;-)

The condo was spacious and clean. Thelocation was great as it is close to all of the nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. I would definitely stay again.

This stay was great. The area that this resort is in was PERFECT!!. Everything you could need was within 0 to 3 mile radius. Absolutely will return. The reaort itself was clean and welcoming. One downside is that you do not have access to the pool and other amenities. Qhike the waterpark is literally adjacent to this resort no one wants to pay 40 to 50 bucks a day for water play.

Home was absolutely stunning. Dennis responded back quickly and offered suggestions for places to visit. We would definitely stay at Dennis's homes again.
