Dennis was a very responsive and helpful host. Our biggest issue was that we did not have a working oven for the entire trip. This resulted in wasted groceries and take-out bills we hadn’t planned on. We were disappointed that nothing was done to compensate this inconvenience. We understand this was out of Dennis’ hands and was a decision made by upper management/owners. Any issue we had, that Dennis could resolve, he did so quickly. In regard to the property, the kids loved the game room and bedrooms. The one thing I would suggest is more lighting by the pool. There is a string of blue bulb lights, but that’s it. There are no additional lights, or lights in the pool itself. This made letting the kids swim at night difficult, as it felt unsafe. Additionally, grilling after dark had to be done via flashlight. Note: we were here in December - so it was dark by 5:00. Overall, I would rent with Dennis again and would stay in this property again.

We stayed with our entire family for Christmas! The place was perfect we were able to put up a tree and enjoy! Private pool and pool table perfect place for family trips! We definitely will be back! Host was super responsive and made it easy for us!! Will be back again!!

The stay was really enjoyable. Dennis was always so quick to respond and had amazing communication! I will say if you’re a clean freak i wouldn’t recommend staying here. The house was clean and nicely kept however all the walls had scuffs and there were cobwebs in the corners of the walls. Only thing i honestly have to complain about is that during the stay we had a pool guy just come over and we had to get out of the pool while he shocked it. Because of this the kids received rashes on the face and legs.

This house is exactly as advertised and is stunning inside and out. The open layout makes it perfect for a big family and friends holiday like ours. The central resort area is beautiful with a nice pool , great gym and fast friendly service for casual food and drink indoors or at the outdoor poolside bar. The foods pretty good too. Dennis is a great host and responds quickly and concisely to any queries , not that we had many other than the usual stuff about getting to know our holiday home.

Thankfully I didn’t need to contact Dennis during my actual stay, but he was very informative through the entire check-in/out process. Great Job and a beautiful home.

This place was better than described. Roomie comfortable lots of space and clean! GPS will give different directions in getting there but if you pull up at right gate (cause they’re several) by the house you’re good! I would definitely try get this place again! 5 stars

We had 18 guests in our party, this home was perfect for our family. The kids loved the theme bedrooms. We had enough space to enjoy ourselves and not feel crowded. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this home.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed so much so that we rarely felt the need to leave. It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Anytime we had a small issue or request, the host Dennis was quick to respond and took care of it right away. His attentiveness really made a difference. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Not only was the property beautiful and spacious but there was something for everyone to do. We had four generations of family and everyone had a blast. We were able to cook together and gather together in one room comfortably and watch movies as a family on a big screen. Also, we decided on arrival day that we wanted heated spa and although it was after hours for the management company Dennis responded and sent a link so I could send payment. Someone came out the next day to turn the heat on. There was lots to do on the resort but the house was so spacious and had its own forms of entertainment which allowed our family to spend our time at the home enjoying each other. Aside from trips to Walmart and Publix, which were close the house had all we needed . Lastly, Dennis responded in a timely fashion each time I reached out. I would definitely recommend this host.

The house was very spacious. We were able to sleep 37 people. It was clean upon check in, the only thing we had an issue with was the fridge wasn't as cold as it should've been, & had a hard time working the thermostat. Other than that I definitely recommend.

First off I want to Thank Dennis, very helpful. Friendly and always there to answer my questions. I loved the area and the Airbnb was just like the booking listed online. Me and my family really enjoy the stay and it was everything we expected. The family loved the Airbnb and I definitely will be booking with Dennis again. We also loved the area.

The host was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. The house was perfect for our big family what I loved most was that nearly every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made things so convenient. The pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic and got a lot of use! Our only minor issue was that some furniture and a kitchen drawer were a bit loose. It wasn't a big deal my brother tightened them up, and the host, Dennis, assured us he would send his team (though we had already taken care of it). One suggestion would be to have a few more pots and pool towels available. Despite the weather, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

This property was in amazing condition. Kitchen was well stocked. The decorations through out were peaceful and nice. The entire house was spotless and the pool was clean. We can’t wait to go back for be family vacation. Dennis was responsive and helpful with every question we had. Highly recommend this property and host.

ac was not working during our stay the beds were super uncomfortable and hard getting a pool heater is not worth it because it takes 24 hours to heat up and your aren't advise that in the beginning

My family and I truly enjoy staying at this home. If you are traveling with a large group I would recommend bringing your own bath towels and wash rags. We had to go to Walmart to purchase more because we got tired of washing them daily.

The villa was clean and sufficient with cookware, utensils, and even provided a grill. It has large rooms and clean bathrooms. Overall, a very nice place to spend time with big families. Dennis (the host) was very responsive and helpful.

My family and I are super pleased! We celebrate my mom's 65 years in company with my 94 year old grandma. It was a family trip.. and we had a great time! The children had the opportunity to enjoy all the games at home, the pool and super excited with their themed rooms! The spectacular house! The layout of the rooms, all the entertainment areas, the comfort the place offers is so you don't get out of there! The resort has a clubhouse with free access .. in which you can enjoy the restaurant, a heated pool with a bar on one side, music and activities, a small children's water park, a wooden park with lots of fun things for the little ones, a surfing area and massage service! The place is a dream! The house is very nice, super equipped.. and the service of our host Dennis .. without a doubt.. the best! We didn't want to go.. we even extended for one more day! The best place to relax and enjoy with your family!

Our stay at Dennis place was wonderful. The house is great and it looks even better than the pictures. My friends and I were really pleased about our stay. We will definitely come back.
