3 major Issues: #1 returned from daily acitivity and Property Management was standing with our front door wide open. Asked why she was there, Ana appologized and said they had the wrong work order. SHe quickly got in her van and left. Called property management team to ask what was going on, they said they were wrong for entering our place. There was never a work order for her to enter our place. #2 Issue- Next day 9 am. A man in plain clothing showed claiming to be there to fix the electic issue. No ID, no company uniform, no marked vehicle driving a Ford Focus (not a maintance van, I have license plate#) . I told him there wasnt any issue we reported. He looked at his phone and said there was a mistake in the work order. 2 days, 2 wrong work orders for our rental #3 Dennis was HORRIBLE at responding to my concerns. Every response was a "form-letter" thanking me for my inquiry and they will investigate. Never got any clarity from Dennis as to why/who these people were.

This was a spring break trip with our kids and we absolutely loved the pool and option to have it heated. The home was clean and in a great location. We did have a little difficulty obtaining gate access however we were able to get it resolved. Dennis was very responsive and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The pool and hot tub were not operational upon arrival. Management fixed it quickly , but when you travel to Florida from a cold climate with three excited little kids, that's a lousy situation to walk into. Making matters MUCH worse, the neighbors were blasting music -- I mean, *blasting* -- until 2 in the morning our first several nights. We finally had to call the police to come and break it up. Apparently that's not a property owned by the same management company, so we don't hold that against them. But it was indicative of a more basic problem: This rental community was loud, crowded, not well maintained (trash bags all over the driveways and curbs) and definitely not secure. Despite being advertised as a "gated community" the gates were wide open our entire time there. No security, check-in, nothing. We've stayed in Florida several times; this was the most disappointing rental we've had. A comfortable, well-appointed house, but you'd rather spend a bit more to stay elsewhere.

My family had the pleasure of staying at Dennis' place after our family cruise. The inside of the house was beautiful. My family was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The master suite and the upstairs living room were the highlights for my family. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

Dennis’s place is exactly what he described and what the pictures show. Its beautiful and spacious the area is also nice and the panoramic view is stupendous. This place definitely deserves 5 stars but we were highly disappointed with the pool heat service. We didn’t have the pool heat which was a huge factor for us since we were with kids. Dennis did respond back , but could not resolve the issue . So we did not have pool heat despite paying it in advance.

we had a great. location was good, close to parks. we were very pleased with out stay. We did wish we have more privacy in the pool area as the neighbors are extremely close. other then that we loved our stay and loved the house.
