This beautiful family home in the heart of the pristine coastal town of Salt Rock, is tastefully decorated yet warm and inviting, welcoming you into a tropical haven engulfing a glorious beach-style house, serving as the perfect seaside holiday home for up to 7 people.
Just a 400m short walk from the main Salt Rock swimming & surfing beaches, a mere 5 minute drive to Ballito and even closer to the nearest shops.
This slice of paradise is situated in a lovely, safe and established neighbourhood in Salt Rock.
BEDROOMS:
The spacious interior offers 3 private bedrooms, one queen, one double, and one with two single beds, as well as a single bed located in a room off the lounge.
KITCHEN:
Light and stylish, and well equipped to cater for all your culinary needs.
The gas stove is a blessing for those dreaded power outages.
BATHROOMS:
The two bathrooms comprise one shower and one bath, plus an additional outside shower.
LIVING AREA:
The spacious comfy lounge, complete with large flatscreen TV, and plenty of seating area, is the perfect breezy room to chill out and take a load off. There is full PVR DSTV available for your viewing pleasure.
Leading off the lounge is a lovely study for those needing to work, study or spend time in front of their laptops.
OUTDOORS:
There is a large undercover outdoor living area with fireplace and braai area, perfect for lounging and entertaining, leading onto a private wind-protected deck, featuring a table-tennis table and dartboard for your enjoyment, all set snugly within the picturesque tropical garden.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
- A gas stove makes life easier during power outages.
- The fully enclosed and private garden makes it pet-friendly, where dogs are welcome on special request, on condition they are suitably house trained and do not create a disturbance. Maximum 2 dogs permitted. Please provide your own dog beds and blankets.
ACCESS:
The property is easily accessible, situated just off the road. The driveway has a double carport and additional parking area for 2 other vehicles.
No garage.

- Salt and pepper provided

→No parties or events allowed.
→Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
→Please treat the property and its contents with respect and care.

→Please keep the property clean, and garbage correctly disposed of, throughout your stay.
→Please turn off all lights, aircons and appliances when leaving the property.
→Please report any issues or problems immediately to the host.
* Pets are permitted at the discretion of the host.
Maximum 2 large or 3 small to medium sized dogs will be considered.
Please bring your own pet bedding and dishes.
* All noise and music should be turned down at 10pm, and off at midnight.
* Only 7 people may sleep over at any time. Any extra guests will be charged at R550 per night.
* Furniture should not be moved around and all accessories, equipment, fixtures and fittings should be left where you found them.
* Bath towels are not to be used for swimming and should not be removed from the premises.
* Please return the house to us in the condition you received it.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
