This spacious Tuscan-style Beach House with small pool, is nestled amidst beautiful tropical gardens & a short walk to the Salt Rock Main Beach.

Just 300m from the Salt Rock swimming & surfing beaches, a mere 5 minute drive to Ballito & even closer to the nearest shops.

The space

The house is fully equipped to cater to all your vacation needs.

A fully fitted kitchen, open plan dining and lounge area lead out onto a garden area with lawn, small pool and outside bar area.

There is a cosy inside bar area with a library of books, magazines and a great selection of games provided for your enjoyment.

There are 3 bedrooms:

The main bedroom has a Queen bed, aircon and ceiling fan, with stacking doors leading out onto the tropical gardens.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and aircon and floor standing fan.

The 3rd bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and floor standing fan.

The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
There is an additional guest toilet downstairs, as well as a fully private outside shower with hot and cold water.

The kitchen is fitted with Gas Hob, Electric oven, Microwave, Air Fryer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine for your convenience.

There is a smart TV in the lounge, with full DSTV package.
Free uncapped 150mb wifi is also available.

The light and airy open plan lounge and kitchen area has a ceiling fan and stacking doors on both sides leading out onto the private pool area, pub and tropical gardens.

Pool loungers outside invite lazy afternoons lounging by the pool after an invigorating morning on the beach.

There is safe and secure parking for 2 cars in the driveway behind a locked automatic gate.

Please note:
The house shares a communal parking area with another house on the property. Each house is fully fenced, enclosed, secure and private with separate entrances and gardens.

PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED!

* Only 6 people may sleep over at any time.
Any extra guests will be charged at R500 per night.
Day visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

- Bath Towels are provided.
- Complimentary coffee, tea and sugar is provided.
- Salt and pepper is provided.
- Swimming towels are provided on request.

→ No smoking inside the house or living areas
→ No parties or events allowed.
→ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

→ Please treat the property and its contents with respect and care.
→ Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
→ Please keep the property clean and tidy throughout your stay.
→ Please turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the property.
→ Please report any issues or problems immediately to the host.

Freshly caught fish and fishing bait is not to be cleaned or stored on the property.

The use of HAIR DYE, SPRINKLES, SPARKLES and GLITTER is strictly prohibited to be used on the property.

* Day visitors are not permitted.
Only guests who have been approved and paid during the booking process will be permitted onto the property.

* All noise and music should be turned down at 10pm, and off at midnight.

* Furniture should not be moved around and all accessories, equipment, fixtures and fittings should be left where you found them.

* Bath towels are not to be used for swimming and should not be removed from the premises.
