We loved everything about Beach House with a Pool! Gorgeous place, super well equipped-kitchen, pool toys, sunscreen, beach towels, etc. Extremely well maintained, beach & pool immaculate. Woodwork through out house impressive. Driveway onto property could use some work, but all-in-all our family of 10 extremely happy! Thank you

House is huge, bedroom's are spacious, more than enough bathrooms, decks and patios cover the back of the house, with a huge pool and direct access to a private beach. There were huge common areas for us to gather and hang out in the house. Section properly where we could all be in the same space without crowding each other out. The kitchen table seated like 14 people! The kitchen had 2 of everything literally, stoves, refrigerator dishwashers! The house was beautiful inside and out. The hostess was responsive and accommodating, no issues. I would strongly suggest you have transportation as this place is not walker friendly and nothing is close enough to walk to. We would definitely stay again!

Honestly one of the most beautiful locations I have ever had the pleasure of staying. Check in was authentic and felt like Robin genuinely wanted me and my family to have a great time. Would love to visit again, and will definitely check if her place is available every time.

The house was large enough to accommodate my group of 11 very comfortably. Although we had some issues to start, the property manager was extremely responsive and got all issues resolved quickly. My family enjoyed the pool, sitting on the deck hearing the ocean and walking on the beach. There was too much seaweed to enjoy swimming, but I was told there was a recent storm. Location of house was convient to grocery store, restaurants and downtown. A no further than 10-15minuyes away. We all enjoyed our stay!

We were traveling with 2 other families for a graduation trip. We had 8 boys from the ages of 16-21 and had plenty of space in the house. We never felt over crowded. The patios are fantastic for morning coffee and hanging out, the pool area is spacious and the beach is right there. There are 2 washers and dryers so laundry is never backed up. The only disadvantage that I wish we were informed on was the main dishwasher in the kitchen is broken. There is a second one but it’s half the size. With 14 people, we were washing dishes a lot. I would however, definitely recommend staying here. It truly is a beautiful property.

We (a family of 9, ages 17 to 80) stayed here 8 nights. The place was perfect for us. We wanted a peaceful location with wonderful views and a comfortable house. That's what we got. The home was very well equipped with all we needed. It was easy to get to any outside activities we decided to do. What I was most impressed with was the host's willingness to help us when we had cancelled incoming flights and instead of us arriving as a group, we ended up arriving a various times. It was particularly nice because the first to arrive and check in were our two 18 year old grandchildren.

Great place for big family. Rooms were great. The view is incredible overlooking Buck Island. The beach is like your own private getaway. If the wind comes out of the north you do get a lot seaweed.

We stayed at this property, and it was amazing. I don’t think I’ve been in a larger house before. It had large bardrooms with king and queen beds and had rooms for kids so families could sleep over. Guest relations was very professional. This place is very clean and well accommodated. Also, we could just walk right into the beach. All rooms had amazing views. It was a dream house.

Exceptionally beautiful views from this oceanfront/ beachfront properties made our stay.
We enjoyed the direct access to the beach just steps away.
We had everything we needed.
Property manager very responsive and the ambassador who met us for checkin was a nice touch.

This huge house had plenty of space for our family group of 16. The layout was perfect for our mix of adult couples, teenage kids, and our 80 year old mom. The home has two large gathering spaces for watching TV, reading, or playing games and there are large dining tables both inside and out. The pool and beach were great, though the beach is better suited for paddle boards rather than swimming due to all the seaweed and grass there. The furnishings and linens all seem new and the house was very clean.
Like other reviewers, we did find some things in the home were not working. Some of the older built-ins in the kitchen were not functioning and some of the new things had problems too. We had a functioning dishwasher for only one day of our stay and the were some plumbing issues with the disposal and water backing up in the second sink. Throughout our stay Jenn and Robin were quick to respond and did have repair folks out to look at the problems, though those issues were not resolved. We got the feeling they just need to take a week to work on the kitchen, the septic, and do some simple things like tighten door handles and faucets. Although we were aware of these issues, they were a minor inconvenience and did not detract much from our fantastic stay.

The property was perfect for our group of 13: lots of big, well-furnished bedrooms, lots of common space. The kitchen, with double appliances, was perfect also, and easy for several people to be in at once. The view is breath-taking and the pool was fabulous, and the kids really appreciated the pool toys. We also liked the neighborhood, with a great little, very private public beach about 5 minutes away and pickleball courts for hire at The Reef, practically next door. Our main quibble was the internet service, which was spotty at times. Overall, however, we loved our week at the house.

We felt that the listing did not accurately represent the current state of this house’s condition.
We had a wonderful trip. St. Croix is a special place. This house and its pool are sited beautifully for breezes, views, and the beach. It would be fun for a party or large group depending on your needs. We chose it based on photos that show a well-maintained island home, but there are so many issues of deferred upkeep and care.
Because of some reviews I reached out to management with my concerns about arriving to trash and a not clean house with broken items. I was assured they were resolved.
Unfortunately upon arrival there was a huge pile+ overflowing trash can of empties and party stuff. Then we noticed that almost every window on that side of the house is broken- and worse has aging, clear tape “repairs” peeling away. There is also a large hole in the Palladian window opposite the entrance. Even with the lovely view, it is a creepy first impression.
We entered to a heavy smoke smell in the newer part with most of the bedrooms. We found empties in drawers and cigar butts around the porches. Pool inflatables and the odd collection of misfit, aging outdoor furniture were strewn all around the pool. The pool table’s triangle was shattered and there were wrappers for a beer pong game on it. Many many light fixtures didn’t have working bulbs. The mini splits do all work, but are old and give off a musty smell. But we got bulbs and opened the doors to breezes and gave the house some TLC.
There is a new property manager so perhaps things will improve. Robin is very responsive, but there was only so much she could do. She did get the trash in front cleared though there were three overflowing cans next to the garage that were never emptied.
Neither dishwasher worked; she sent a repair person who determined they were leaking and that we needed to hand wash. Not a huge deal, but also not expected. The kitchen faucet broke off. The manager was quick to get it fixed. There were other faucet handles falling off and drain issues that we fixed ourselves.
Other minor things you might want to know: pots and pans are all very scratched up non-stick if you are concerned about PFAs, sheets are all 100% polyester, wifi does not work well but AT&T cellular data did. Cleaners did a great job in such a small turn around on a Saturday, but this house is overdue for a deep clean and real repairs and replacements of aging infrastructure.

It was a birthday celebration with a group of friends and this was a great place for it! The house is beautiful, well appointed, and has the most amazing views, water access for snorkeling, beach for sunning and walking, and one of the most perfect pools in the USVI. You cannot beat the East End to help you disconnect and fall right into a Crucian lifestyle. There is ample space for time together or for time apart, indoor and outdoor, and a view from almost every place in the house. Breakfast overlooking Buck Island on the outdoor veranda is a little piece of magic. Lots of great opportunities for fun or for naps. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. The property is secluded and quiet and feels like your own private enclave. It is a great place to celebrate, refresh, float in the pool or simply enjoy the occasional iguana sighting. Robin and her team are amazing and quick to respond to any requests or questions. Grocery provisioning? Sure! Something not working correctly? They are on it. Need restaurant ideas? They know the best places. It's a great, responsive, wonderful team with whom to work. We'll go back (soon, I hope)!

A gorgeous 10–15-minute drive up East End Road to this tucked away location. The views were incredible, and the nice breeze kept it comfortable outside by the pool and on the beach. Rented some sea kayaks and paddle boards and spent lots of time on the water, some windboards would have been a nice addition. Lots of turtles near the Yacht club and lizards around the property. The house is large with lots of room. Large rooms to gather and comfortable quite bedrooms for privacy. The pictures accurately represent the house, but they are not current. Some Pros & Cons we found with the house were:
PROS:
• Nice boardwalk from the pool down to the beach has been added that is not shown in pictures, make the trip back and forth much nicer.
• Very quiet and secluded, only heard minor noise when the landscapers were working on the neighboring homes.
• Mattresses are awesome.
• Home has a backup generator that kicked on almost instantaneously when power on the island when out and switch off when power was restored
• Mini-Split AC everywhere works great.
• Big Kitchen for large group cooking, dual washer/dryer, nice BBQ
• Ne blender we bought for the house the one there didn’t work.
CONS:
• I’m sure the house was really nice for a lot of years; however, it appears to have been on the market for 4-years, and they have taken a minimalist approach to maintenance. Many light bulbs were out, fronts fell of dishwashers, many cracked windows around the house, landscape hasn’t been maintained.
• Wi-Fi is very sketchy, works well in the “Den” end of the house but is almost no existent in the kitchen/great room area.
• The house cleaning could be better, especially the showers. There were full garbage cans when we arrived.
• There are no kitchen towels and a minimal amount of paper towels and TP, no cleaning supplies plan to pick up some on your first shopping trip.
• Outdoor furniture has seen better days.

The location of the house was perfect. It was very private and the beach in front was very nice and clean. The house was large and fit our group of 14 very well. We enjoyed the snorkeling equipment and beach chairs very much and also the pool was very nice to lay by and swim in. We also enjoyed sitting on the covered porches and enjoying the view. We did have some issues with some appliances, a broken air conditioner was repaired while we were, but the dishwasher that was broken was not. There were also several lightbulbs that needed replaced and trash that was not emptied before we arrived. It could have been a little cleaner, but I have high standards fro cleanliness and not all members of my party felt the same as I did. But overall, it was a very nice house and we enjoyed our trip so much!

Our group of four families totaling 15 people had an unforgettable trip to the Beach House. Tons of space for everyone with a room to spare. Dual dishwashers and washers and dryers was extremely convenient for our sized group. We enjoyed many beaches and activities St. Croix has to offer. The pool got tons of use and we enjoyed the newly constructed walkway and deck near the beach. We found starfish just down the beach towards Duggan’s. If we ever return with such a large group, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location is perfect, and the house itself is a nice place. It is picturesque and there is plenty of outdoor space to hang out. Having dual washer/dryer and dual dishwashers was a huge benefit. The upstairs masters are those huge oversized high beds which are difficult to climb in and out of - you must use the step stool and if you miss it, you will hurt yourself, so be careful (spoken from experience).
Overall, the house was suitable for our needs, with just a few exceptions, which I have already advised the host of, but I will recap here. The box of pastries and one bottle of rum was a nice touch at check in, and the guy who met us for check in was very nice and waited for us to get there after a delay at the airport with the rental car place.
Areas for improvement:
The beach is ROUGH, with lots and lots of sandspurs / pricklies to get caught in sandals, and unfortunately our kids' feet (OUCH). Due to the overgrowth and lack of sand on this little beach, it is really not useable - I hope this gets taken care of for future guests, because it was a HUGE selling point for us and we were disappointed that our kids couldn't really enjoy it. The volley ball court was directly in this lot of pricklies but there was no ball anyway.
The house needs a DEEP clean - many clumps of dust on every fan and every wall A/C unit. Also the floors were swept but not mopped outside of the kitchen. My first night there, I swept and mopped myself, because the floors were really grimy.
The game room needs to have its supplies replenished. There is a useful multi-use table for inside fun, but many of the accessories were missing.
Finally, if you plan to use the pull out couches, bring your own linens, as they will upcharge you for it - despite it being listed in the common space. In our case, the room configuration of having one BR with four beds didn't work - I had two adults that I couldn't put in twin beds in that room. The host then told me to pull twin sheets off the beds I wasn't using to put on the pull out couches, which is a full/queen. I spent HOURS begging for sheets and pillows. I did finally get them (and a request for more than a thousand dollars for additional occupants over the reservation - which was untrue and I declined), but talk about stressful!
Other issues related to construction during our stay without advising us that it would be happening, should not be an issue for future renters.
The communication was immediate, and the property is a really nice one. Check out instructions were clear and followed to the letter, and as we were preparing to leave, the cleaning lady said she appreciated me puling all the bedsheets out and sorting them for her, as this was a big help with as many beds as she has to make. I had already washed most of the towels and washcloths, as well, to help her out.
I would book here again, with a few couples, as opposed to kids in the mix. It is perfectly set up for that, with 5 of the bedrooms having king and or queen bedding.

I have been to St Croix many times but this was my first time renting a house. Overall, we had a great vacation with extended family and the house was a good home for everyone for the week.
When renting a house of this size and expense I think details are helpful to know so here’s a few that are good to know.
The Beach - the view from the house is fantastic. You can’t beat being right on the water overlooking Buck Island. The sand is walkable and pretty soft. The water is not as clear as other beaches on the island because there is a large kelp bed in front of the beach and it’s a docking area for the yacht club. So it’s not the best water for leisurely swimming and splashing about. Better if you have water shoes. It was good water for snorkeling (on calmer days) - we saw turtles and some very big starfish in the keep beds right in front of the house.
The Pool and Outdoor Decks - These were excellent. Great outdoor spaces for hanging out. One deck is entirely enclosed (with a gate) which was great for having a baby proofed outdoor space for our toddler.
House Common Areas - the kitchen and other common areas of the house provide a lot of space for hanging out with a big group and are setup in very functional ways. There’s both a drip coffee maker and keurig in the kitchen and 2 dishwashers. Some of the appliances are older but all the necessary stuff is functional. There are a ton of TVs, a pool table, and laundry room.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms - 5 out of 6 of the bathrooms are modern and very nice - 1 is functional but smaller and not as updated. The rooms are all as pictured. You should know that the beds in the two 2nd floor primary suites (biggest bathrooms, private balconies) are very high off the floor - they require using a step stool to get in and out of which can be difficult for anyone who has any physical limitations. All of the mattresses were comfortable with varying degrees of firmness by bedroom.
Kids - if you’re bringing kids and need accommodations for them - make sure to ask for what you need ahead of time. The house is a great space for kids but not all kid-friendly amenities (especially for babies and toddlers) are available. Plan ahead.
Overall it’s a giant house that I imagine requires a ton of upkeep. I’m giving this property 4 stars because there was so much that was great and it’s hard to find a property like this on the island but it also may not be a fit for everyone and there are small things here and there that aren’t perfect. Hopefully I’ve helped give more info for you to determine if it would be perfect for you!

VI premier vacation rentals was amazing throughout the whole process. The original booking had an unfortunate surprise leak, which was clearly identified and shared with me two weeks prior to my trip. Because VI owns multiple properties throughout the USVI they graciously upgraded my group to a larger house on the water at no additional cost. Also, Laurel (from VI) was extremely responsive. We had two tropical storms during our stay. Because of these we requested a slightly earlier checkin and slightly later checkout to make it possible for us to get to and from airport reasonably. There was never a hiccup. We also utilized VI to secure a cook at the house which was such a pleasurable experience. The cooks came and prepared a three course meal, while respectfully interacting with myself and the guests and accommodating dietary restrictions such as vegetarians and gluten free. I couldn’t recommend this property, and the host (VI Premier Vacation Rentals) for your next trip. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you again!

Our party of 16 had a great time staying at this property. It was plenty big enough for all of us. The pool was perfect, except for the resident iguana that liked to poop on the pool deck every morning. The kitchen was nice but could use some more utensils, hot pads.

My wife and I, along with my sister and some friends stayed at this beach house for a birthday celebration. From the minute we walked in, it was amazing. Laurel could not have been a better property manager. Two minor issues arose and they were fixed the same day. The pool was clean, they had an ample supply of toys for the pool, plenty of space, wonderful rooms, and the kitchen was outstanding. We cooked all of ours meals there. The beach was a work in progress, but still beautiful, with access to the sea. It’s also close to grocery stores and Christiansted. Conrad and his son were also very helpful!
If you are looking for a place to host a large group of people and aren’t looking for the “resort life”, I absolutely cannot recommend this place high enough.

This is the perfect retreat for large families! We traveled with ten adults, twelve children, and a two-month-old and had comfortable accommodations for everyone. There was even a high chair there! I stayed on the property with 19 other family members. We used the property for our small elopement on the beach. Although the beach was very overgrown, it was still beautiful. A little ways down, the beach was clearer and more user friendly. The house is beautiful and spacious enough for large groups. The property feels very remote and secluded which was nice, most excursions were about 20-45 minutes away. The host was always available to answer questions and address concerns. I would definitely recommend using this VRBO!

We had an amazing stay here. We came with two other families who also had children. This is the first VRBO house I've shared with other families where there is truly plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of space to be together and plenty of space to also have quiet and alone time. The view was lovely. The kitchen is extravagant and lovely. The house had plenty of comfortable and beautiful hang-out spaces. The pool is perfect. The porch overlooking the bay is so lovely with a nice breeze continuously blowing in off of the ocean. The beach is a nice walking beach. In fact, you can walk to a lovely restaurant along the beach. We saw many green turtles on the bay. Sunsets were also exquisite from the porch and the beach. Laurel the host was lovely and so helpful. We highly recommend this stay! Thanks so much.

Beautiful home. Very comfortable for large group. Laurel the property manager was amazing. Very quick response to any question or concern I had. I felt kitchen was missing few needed items. We made do and where we could not I contacted laurel and they dropped off promptly. The house is beautifully decorated and loved the large porch and pool. East end location was what we wanted and loved the privacy we had. Would stay here again.

The views from the home were gorgeous and the pictures are exactly how the home appears the first day in there was flooding and several of the bedrooms due to a horrific rain storm yet the property manager was extremely quick and attentive to our needsWith the exception that we were having a wedding at the home paid an extra $2500 and it was the only home on the entire beach front that was full of seaweed you literally could not swim at all and no one came out to clean it it my fiancé and the wedding party had to go out for two hours to clean up all the seaweed off the beach in order for us to even have the wedding there which frustrated me to the upmost I wish they would not advertise a beachfront property when you literally cannot use the beach However we cleaned it up on our own which I feel we did not and should not have had to do the wedding was beautiful my guests were amazed of the views from the home and so for that I am thankful and blessed that I was able to find such a beautiful home for my event I recommend this home to anyone but if you’re wanting to use it for beach activity you will have to go to the neighbors beach unfortunately

Beautiful homes We could not have been happier with the home. We felt as if we also had personal concierge which meant the world. We will be back!

House was great. A few very minor issues. Property highlight is the pool. Location is not very convenient if the group wants to take advantage of night life or other activities in Christiansted. Be sure to have transportation arranged in advance if you don’t plan to rent a vehicle. Property manager, Laurel, was excellent and very helpful.

A bit secluded without much around, beach not as pictured, layout was great for large group, had a few issues but overall worked for us.

The only problem was the owners not giving us a working address and saying google maps didn't work.
They came to the airport to take us there but they were very sketchy about giving us an address. Given St. Croix addresses don't work well, but they refused to send us a pin until we were in the car driving over which was weird.
After that responses were very prompt and amicable. The property is fantasstic.

Overall, our group of 14 was very happy with the villa. It is very spacious and we never felt crowded. The pool and deck areas was great and where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was also well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The staff was great and accommodating! They even gave us a box full of Valentines Day goodies which was super thoughtful of them. We did have to ask for the billiard balls and ping pong paddles which weren't already in the villa. But we had them the next day. The beach was a bit rougher than we expected. There were prickly leaves on the pathway down to the beach so shoes were required. The water in front of the villa is full of seaweed so snorkeling wasn't really possible. There also wasn't enough sandy space to play beach volleyball. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this villa to groups who are looking for a large, comfortable space with a private pool and beach view. We had a great time!

3 families, totaling 8 people stayed at the Beach House and it was large enough to feel like we each had our own house. Beautiful views. Beautiful porches and balconies. Truly a wonderful time.
Cristina and Cari were most helpful and super friendly.

Stress of COVID lock down had my family seeking a stress free get away and we found it at The Beach House. There were six of us: my wife and I, two of our near adult kids, and their significant others. Home was perfect for us, though honestly a “little” bit closer to Christiansted would have been better, but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Everything was as advertised, including the yard iguanas!
The kitchen is huge and well appointed, Lots of space throughout the house really, enough that we never felt crammed in with 6 people for 10 days that spent every other day at the house just chilling by the pool. Point Udall and Cramer Beach should not be missed, highly recommend a trip to Buck Island with Big Beards, and if you can swing it, a full day on the Jolly Mon with lyricsails.com! Duggar’s Reef is very close, the Blue Water Terrace is great, and Castaways is fun! We shopped for groceries at Pueblo’s Golden Rock as well as a couple of places closer.

Views were breathtaking! Plenty of room for adults and children to have fun and/or privacy. Champagne Rental Co. answered all questions and concerns immediately! Ten 70 plus year old friends had a wonderful time!

The property was really nice and perfect size. We stayed two weeks with family the first week (14 people including 6 children) and friends (10 adults) second week. Accommodations were great for this. Loved the view of the boats at the Yacht Club.
Had Chef Ashley McKinnon a few times each week. Great.

We had a wonderful family get together at The Beach House. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 5 families including 5 teenagers. The house is equipped with anything you'd need (even two dishwashers). The porches with rockers and the BBQ were used every day. The pool was also great especially for 2 year old twins. Part of our group went to the Sunday Fun Day at Buck Island and 5 went on the fishing excursion and each one of them caught what would be our next few meals. Unforgettable!. As a bonus, an iguana passed through the yard every day. Laurel was so gracious and helpful. She and Kari responded immediately to any need.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was exactly as described. The management was very helpful. We happened to be there during hurricane Dorian and we felt very safe. Would love to stay there again.

Expectations were fully met in the size of the building and the accommodations it afforded.
Some TLC needed. Beach was somewhat disappointing. Managing staff was friendly, helpful with quick responses to needs. Extremely enjoyable stay . Would vacation here again !

We really enjoyed the location of the property. The property is large, but we did not need that much room so we can testify that a real large family would have a great time here.
We used the pool every day.
Five minutes by car to two great restaurants, which is great not having to go into town for dinner if you don't want to.
tks, Mark and Ruthie

Property managers are very quick to respond to any and all issues. The coffee pot has since been replaced from last reviewer and the beach path was cleaned up. The home was super clean and beds were cozy. Absolutely loved our stay here being on the east end away from traffic but still close to some very good restaurants. Abby who let us at the airport was so patient when our bags didn’t arrive and waited the entire time for us to sort it out before taking us to the house. Amazing amazing service from Champagne Vacation Rentals.

There was really no beach access. It is all grown in with shrubs, vines, and nettles. We tried to walk out our first day there and got covered in stickers. The house has a nice pool table, but you cannot use it because there are no tips on the cue sticks. It’s no ones fault and cannot be avoided, but the iguana poop in the pool is annoying, not to mention unsanitary. One of the coffee pots needs to be replaced as it is cracked. We felt that two Keurigs would be a good investment. With ten adults being there, the double coffee pot would have been an asset. That having been said, the house was beautiful for five couple, had more than enough bedrooms and just enough bathroom. That is why we chose this house, so that each couple could have their own bedroom and bathroom. There was even two extra bedrooms that could have slept six children!

This was a beautiful home especially for a large group. We had 15 people. Bedrooms were plentiful and the kitchen spacious for making and serving meals. We all had a great time.

Amazing home and experience! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and not be cluttered. Huge open space and table by the kitchen to congregate at night. Views, pool, porch, everything met and exceeded our expectations.
