The condo was wonderful! It provided everything we needed. Great location for exploring the island. Food shopping close by. Enjoyed the pool and beach. Loved listening to the ocean at night. We traveled with son, daughter-in-law and grands 4 & 9. Plenty of space for quiet time.

As owners of a lovely, updated harbor view condo on St. Croix we entered into a rental contract. We were required to pause Airbnb & VRBO. In a year we received no bookings although we received requests to book via personal contacts.We decided not to renew the contract as we felt this co. focused more on high return properties. As our listing was to expire with Premier Properties we received notice of a 10 nt. confirmed booking. We accepted. At that time we had requests for those dates which we could not accept. About a month before the reservation was to begin we called the company as they had not been in touch. We were informed by the owner that the booking had long been cancelled. We were never notified. The owner had no explanation & there was no apology. (We later received a booking for 4 of the 10 nts. once we opened up the dates.) As stated, we believe this co. is more focused on high revenue properties. We also are disappointed in the lack of professionalism & attention to clients by management when we called about the expected upcoming reservation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Caribbean Getaway! Our stay at Villa Sunrise in St. Croix (STX) was absolutely wonderful! The property offered breathtaking views and plenty of space both inside and out — perfect for relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meals at home. There was also plenty of space to unpack and store our belongings, which made the stay even more comfortable. We especially loved spending time by the pool and sitting outside in the evenings, enjoying the gentle Caribbean breeze and peaceful surroundings. St. Croix is such a beautiful island with so much to enjoy — from amazing snorkeling and beachcombing to fantastic restaurants and tours. Villa Sunrise was the perfect home base to experience it all. We can’t wait to return!

Premier Properties provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. They kept us informed with timely reminders and made our trip truly enjoyable—from clear directions to the property, to thoughtful recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, and must-see attractions. Robin personally checked in on the day of our arrival to ensure everything was in order and let us know she was available if we needed anything. The home we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, and we will definitely be booking with Premier Properties again on our next visit to St. Croix.

We had an amazing vacation at gentle breezes by the sea! Gentle winds is a hidden gem. You can walk 50 steps to the pool or the Caribbean Sea. Snorkel right at the beach. Plenty of covered seating at the beach and pool. The beach shack has awesome food and drinks. You can easily access cane bay (10 min drive) or downtown Christiansted (15 min). The unit had plenty of space for my wife and I and our 3 kids. The kitchen appliances are updated. There are beach towels and plenty of beach toys in the unit. Robin the property manager was responsive and attentive. We are already planning our next trip back!

Pelican Cove - Unit D203 was a delight. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is decorated with some beautiful pieces of artwork, and it met all our needs. As a bonus, it is in a very central location. We have already reserved for next year!

We had a wonderful 4 week vacation in St. Croix. It was amazing largely due to the quick response from the management company whenever we had an issue. Additionally, this was the best stocked vacation rental that we have stayed in to date. The property owners thought of everything you need for an extended stay in paradise, and then provided it!! Myself and 8 family and friends stayed at the Sugar Bay house to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The absolute best!! The space and rooms matched the pictures and were actually bigger than expected. We didn’t use the bunk bed room, but it would be perfect for extra guests or kids. We had one friend stay in the solo bedroom in the downstairs space and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Each room having its own bathroom was amazing for the sets of friends and couples staying in them. The pool was used every day even with the beach being near. And the wifi and TVs worked great for one family member that preferred staying at the house for a lot of the time there. The only thing I would warn guests about, is how rough the road up the hill is. We had a rental car and a rental jeep, and the road was definitely better for jeeps! The car services we did utilize got to us easily and weren’t overly expensive. The home provided us with all the things we needed even to use the grill. Robin our host was very communicative, and so very helpful! She made things a lot easier and gave tips we didn’t know we needed. I would suggest the Premier Properties guest concierge take Ace Rentals off as a suggested car rental service and just put the ones located at the airport. Ace Rentals was actually connected to a local rental service Olympic Rentals, but if you didn’t book through the local site, there was a lot of trouble getting a vehicle. This happened twice with our group. The other recommendations though the concierge were great! Particularly the snorkeling trips. A half day was perfect for our crew! We were overall extremely happy about this trip, our stay at Sugar Bay, our host Robin, and our experience with Premier Properties USVI! We absolutely plan to come back! Thank you so much for making my birthday spectacular!

Colony Cove was a great location for our first time on the island and Premier Properties made it so easy. Dante's Paradise was comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy drive to town but peaceful and quiet at the condo. Will come again.

Hibiscus Beach House was as nice as the description and pictures. My wife I enjoyed the openness of the upstairs. Access to the upper deck and downstairs pool was ideal. The plants near the pool were a nice touch. The pool area was well maintained ( didn’t get his name) . The gentleman who cleaned the pool was very friendly and diligent. The house was very clean and well equipped. This was our first visit to St Croix. We found the rental location center north ideal for exploring the island . It was about 30-40 minute drive to the far points east and west from the rental. My wife and I enjoying walking and found a safe route from the rental about 1.5 miles round trip. The access to ocean out front of the property was nice for the days we didn’t want to drive to a beach.We swam, snorkeled and sat on the small beach area out front.

We would highly recommend staying at Cruzan Sunsets for your vacation needs. The condo is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. All the rooms are decorated with the essence of the Caribbean. We were a family of 5 and did not feel cramped at all. There are games available for keeping you entertained on rainy days. We are definitely coming back…and hopefully sooner than later.

For 11 nights I stayed at St. C Condos, Casa Bella, and it was amazing! The condo unit faces the sea, so the views from the living room, deck, and bedroom are simply breathtaking! The unit was quiet, clean, comfortable, and very secure. The condo staff and property management were super friendly and responsive. I enjoyed the pool onsite and took long walks through Judith’s Fancy. The condo complex is located less than 3 miles from downtown Christiansted, and there are food marts and restaurants nearby. All in all, I had a most fabulous stay here at Casa Bella! Thank you to all who made my trip so special:)

Robin and Premier Properties was an incredible help to as we arrived only to find out that our previous stay had stood us up. After contacting Robin she saved us. Not only did she have a property with a stunning view, she literally stayed on the phone with us while we drove to it to make sure we didn’t get lost! That’s what I call service. She informative and responsive and will definitely be the first call we make when we come back.

Great, amazing! My kids enjoyed their stay and they can't wait to come back!!! The property, the beach, the pool was perfect. With the island being small they still didn't get to see everything. But was still great. Thank you 😊
