Views were fantastic. Road to property and Driveway would be a challenge to people not used to Island driving.House was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Pool and pool deck lights not working. Ceiling fan in one bedroom broken needs replacement. Shower head in rear bedroom clogged.Overall Great place. Would stay again.

The outdoor space and view are the stars of this home. Really enjoyed our getaway and loved the view! The neighborhood location was also a plus as it was close to beaches and restaurants, not too far from the boardwalk area either. Overall a great stay!

Great stay! A few notes:
1- Robin is very responsive & helpful, eg.
- I misplaced checkin info & she hooked me up almost immediately
- the cleaning crew didn't leave enough TP so she brought more asap
- one of the AC's broke the first day and they replaced it COMPLETELY the next morning!
2- the house is wonderfully located
- easy access to all East End (esp Ziggy's, which we love)
- amazing views of Buck Island & beyond
3- the house is big & user friendly
- 3 great master BRs (2 en suite & one bath is effectively private unless you use the 4th bedroom which we did not; would have been fine to have a 4th couple bc one of the beds in the 4th BR is a Full)
4- VERY well stocked!
- TONS of towels
- all the gadgets in the kitchen
- good wifi (much better in middle of the house but fine elsewhere)
- grill, W&D...
- in fact, some of the pages for the property indicated that certain things were NOT available but they were...in our experience, it had EVERYTHING!

We have stayed here multiple times and always love the beautiful East end location with great views, pretty plants and cool breezes! We spend a lot of time on the deck in the wonderful deck chairs! The road below got fixed, so getting there is even easier; love the Sausage Shack at the foot of the hill too for a quick bite and great drinks! House set up is great with four bedrooms.Small things to improve - would love a bench of some sort in the master to sit on or for my big suitcase & white couch could be steam cleaned. Otherwise all was great!!

We stayed at Bougainvilla-which was an upgraded home due to original booking had to switch because owners wanted it on the dates we booked. Bougainvilla was fantastic-comfortable, quiet, clean, & the views were amazing.The only issue was the response time of Robin; 2 of the smoke detectors started going off at 9:00am (beeping every minute) we sent messages right away-actually,we sent multiple messages and left multiple phone messages -about 4:00pm we finally got a reply. This was after taking batteries out, going to store and buying new ones and climbing up on chairs to reset —all attempts did not work. Alarms going off for hours non stop making that one day impossible to enjoy at house. Once Robin became involved the issue was fixed within a couple of hours. Just wish she would have offered to repay us for the batteries, offered a discount on that day and responded quicker. That was the only issue. This house was wonderful to stay at

The Buck Island views from the pool and house are fantastic. Enjoying Morning coffee and evening cocktails poolside with a carribean back drop is hard to beat. comfortable spaces for entertaining/relaxing indoors and out, while still allowing for privacy in the bedrooms.
Great east end location, Close to Ziggys, Cramer Park and Point Udall for hiking.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our son has lived on the island for two years in a small apartment, so we needed space for three families, West Virginia, New Jersey, and Tennessee. We wanted a pool, and the room layout was perfect for our needs; the bedrooms are enormous. Kitchen was satisfactory, and the appliances, large and small, were sufficient. We tried to broil our kebabs in the oven when the nearly new grill didn’t work properly, but we couldn’t get the broiler flame adjusted to a safe level; that may have been due to some error on our part. Plenty of fluffy beach towels, and a nice supply of pool toys. Only real deficiency in the house other than the grill was in the fitted sheets; elastic in the corner pockets was gone, so after an hour or two each night, we were sleeping on a bare mattress with the fitted sheet piled in the middle of the bed. The grill and the sheets weren’t big deals, and could easily be remedied. The really nagging problem was the road. I’ve lived in West Virginia for the entire 73 years of my life, and the first 500 yards of Seven Flaggs Road just off the main highway is probably the absolute worst stretch of a public road I’ve ever attempted to drive on. Many of the homes on the road are very nice, and you would think (I know nothing of island politics) that if the owners would coordinate with each other, they could convince someone in government to bring in and grade some crushed rock, at the very least, Annoying, but manageable.

We enjoyed this property very much and would stay there again. Plenty of room for six adults with comfortable beds and furniture, well-stocked kitchen,spacious bathrooms, and lovely pool area. We stayed week of Dec 17 and pool was a little too chilly for us, but really enjoyed sitting around it at night and enjoying stars and moon. Loved nearby Ziggy’s for brunch and dinner (both eat-in and take-away) and essential grocery items. Bedrooms are bright in morning, so if that bothers you, bring an eye mask. Robin was a helpful and responsive host. Sometimes wished we were closer to Christiansted, but mostly happy to be away from the masses and having a big house for all of us to spread out. Recommend getting groceries on the way to the house from airport or having them delivered. Big bummer to go out the next day and drive 20 minutes each way for big grocery run. Used several of Robin’s suggestions for snorkel gear rental, taxi, and restaurants… all good! Favorite restaurant other than Ziggy’s was The Goat, also very close to the house.

The property was really lovely. We especially loved hanging on the patio. It was comfortable with fantastic views. We ate most of our meals at the outside table. The kitchen was better equipped than most places we've stayed.
Up on the hillside gave us not only spectacular views, but great breezes to keep the bugs away. We didn't need to run the ac to be comfortable.
My only criticism was that I didn't get directions and check- in information until the day before which made me stessed. A few minor issue arose during our stay, and Robin, the property manager, was quick to respond and address them.

Loved the great deck overlooking the ocean and Buck Island - so beautiful. Lots of space to spread out/read/relax/eat/swim. Nice home that 3 couples could all find space in nicely. Not too far to drive to several east end beaches either. Liked Ziggy's and Castaways right down the road for a quick bite. Small issue was that one king mattress & the washer were a little rough - but repairmen showed up for both, so it must have been noticed earlier and was being attended to near the end of our stay. I would definitely recommend this home if you are coming to St. Croix!

The house was nice and spacious. Our grandchildren loved the pool. I also swam every morning. My only real complaint was lack of timely response when the power went off, the battery was dead on the generator, and our party of 8 had no water until the next day.

What a great venue!! Views are spectacular; pool is inviting; price is good; house is very accommodating and well stocked; very private setting as well. Will definitely come back in the future. A few issues: not well maintained as far as cleanliness (closet rods and shelves have built up grime and dust, outdoor deck was full of bird droppings when we arrived that took me an hour to clean up, grill not functional altho that got resolved in 3 days), pool people, air conditioning people, yard workers show up unannounced and are there for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, house is set up with beds for 10 but not enough outdoor lounge furniture for more than 5. Love the property but could be so much better if cleaned up and outfitted for the capacity it has.

Our first Christmas away from home & this rental was perfect! The location is perfect - it’s quiet & even though a tad further from town, it’s worth it because of the VIEW. Highly recommend renting a car for that reason. The amenities in the house are great. It was very clean & spacious. The property manager was very helpful. I recommend Stones Throw restaurant & Big Beards Adventure for snorkeling. Shop at Plaza East (least expensive). FABULOUS experience & we will definitely look to rebook if we return to beautiful St. Croix!

This property is phenomenal & the views are spectacular!!! We recently stayed with our 2 boys (12 & 15) for our 1st visit to St. Croix, but 5th to the USVI. The house is spacious, updated, perfectly appointed with everything you need and very clean! It's in a great location in a quiet and safe neighborhood near Christiansted and the marinas to meet charters. The pool and patio areas are both large and there is plenty of comfy seating to relax and enjoy the views. An extra to note, the room with twin beds in the pictures is now a double bunk room with 1 set of twin bunks and a twin over double bunk bed. Robin is the best property manager we have every worked with...so knowledgeable, helpful and prompt to answer any questions. We really appreciated her meeting with us prior to arrival to discuss everything we needed/wanted to know. It made arrival to the island so smooth and easy and helped us finalize plans before arriving! We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing this lovely property with us!!!

I have stayed in numerous VRBO's and Airbnb's. This is by far one of the best places I've ever stayed. It was so clean, comfortable and we felt at home. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the pool has great pool tools, the furniture is all super comfortable.

The property manager communicated with us well and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay and can't wait to be back some day!!!

We literally have no complaints about this place!!!

Side note: make sure you rent a car - its is the best way to see all of St. Croix. Cabs can get expensive quick - and a car gives you the freedom to go where ever whenever you want. There are so many beaches and there is a book at the house that breaks it all down for you with beaches, restaurants and things to do!

This beautiful 4 bedroom home is wonderfully appointed with many amenities. It’s large pool overlooks the Caribbean Sea and Buck Island. On clear days, which is most of them, you can see the other USVI’s in the distance. The house is conveniently located near wonderful beaches and restaurants. Once you come you’ll never want to leave.

Villa Panorama has gorgeous views of Buck Island and the east end of St Croix, and is easy to get to. A well appointed and maintained vacation home with ample space for our family of 5. You could easily have 3 couples and 2 children stay here comfortably. We used to live on the island years ago and it was fun to return to visit many of our favorite beaches and old haunts. Had a great dive with SCUBA and Cody as our dive instructor. The only thing to note on the home is that the twin beds in the 4th bedroom are not comfortable, and need replacing, they maybe fine for young kids, but my 19 year old ended up bunking in with her brother as she did not want to sleep in them. There were plenty of beach towels, small coolers for taking food to the beach, pool toys and they had some baby items as well for those who'd find that helpful. The kitchen had basic spices, oil etc in the cupboard which made cooking easier! Cheryl, the property manager, was quite helpful in answering questions and giving suggestions on restaurants and things to do.

My family spent nine days at Villa Panorama in April. We spent many a day lounging by the pool on the extremely comfortable chairs and cooling off in the pool. The views from this villa are amazing. The pool deck is secluded and has a table with seating for eight and a gas grill. We utilized the grill several times.
The house itself has two master suites plus a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. The twin bedroom is best suited to children since the beds are rather small. Each room has its own AC unit. Some of us used this feature while others chose to sleep with doors open and fans running.
The kitchen ha plenty of plates, cups and pots and pans for cooking. The corksicle cups were a definite bonus! There also were plenty of beach towels and a few coolers and beach chairs were available.
WiFi usually worked well although phone service was spotty if you have Verizon as your carrier. TV was much appreciated so my sons could watch the Pens games! The couches and chairs in the living area were very comfortable too.
Be aware that there are chickens who visit frequently and the rooster crows at the crack of dawn! Not a problem for us, it’s Island life!
This villa is a good choice for families as well as couples. It’s priced reasonably and the East End location makes it easy to get to Christiansted. It’s also very close to Ziggy’s Island Market which has just about everything you need. They also serve some delicious food! I definitely recommend Villa Panorama!

My family spent nine days at Villa Panorama in April. We spent many a day lounging by the pool on the extremely comfortable chairs and cooling off in the pool. The views from this villa are amazing. The bedrooms are spacious and the furnishings are clean and beautiful. There is a well stocked kitchen for those who dine in. We had a great experience and visited many of the beaches. Awesome hiking experiences. Numerous snorkeling experiences. It was nice to come back and relax in the pool and scenic patio area.

This beautiful property is set in the hills with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. It is situated so that you feel that you are the only one enjoying the amazing view. The home is well appointed and equiped. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Great television and access to Direct TV programming. Plus strong internet in the living areas. The location on the island is very convenient to restaurants, stores, and beaches. Truly a wonderful place to stay!

We recently returned from a one week stay at Villa Panorama Paradise with 3 couples and 1 adult. It is a house with beautiful appointments that is extremely comfortable, but it's the outdoor area with it's spectacular view of the Caribbean and Buck Island, beautiful pool with great lounging chaises and covered patio complete with outdoor dining table, that make this 5 star property. The location is also very convenient to other attractions on the island. Whether you want to stay in, and enjoy the fabulous pool, deck area with dining alfresco, hiking to different island vistas out your front door; or hop in the car to nearby beaches, restaurants or Christiansted, this villa is the perfect place for an island getaway. The three large bedrooms with a bath, lend itself to privacy for each couple. With the fourth bedroom equipped with twin beds, this property also lends itself to families as well. We are already planning a return to this paradise villa with either friends or family!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Panorama! The house had everything we needed and more! Morning coffee in the deck/pool area overlooking the ocean, Buck Island, and a close by sugar mill was fantastic!

Our vacation included family and friends (2 couples, 2 kids, and 1 additional adult). The 2 master suites and other bedrooms provided more than enough room. It was our friends' first trip to St. Croix and staying in Villa Panorama added to their Cruzan experience and they said they can't wait to come back!

The property manager was great and went above and beyond to accommodate us!

Our stay was wonderful and we can't wait for our next trip back to beautiful STX!

Villa Panorama is ideally situated in St. Croix's East End. Close to town, beaches, amenities -- but completely private. The house is well appointed, we were actually spoiled for choice as far as bedrooms, as the villa has TWO master suites. This would be ideal for 2 couples + kids. For our family of 5, we actually left one of the rooms untouched. The kitchen is well equipped, the house has high speed wifi, satellite TV, comfortable seating inside and out. Every room has AC, but with the wonderful breezes you won't need or want it. The views are breathtaking. We were very happy with our stay and heartily recommend Villa Panorama for anyone planning a trip to St. Croix.

We have frequently rented on St. John, but this was our first visit to St. Croix. We were very impressed by how well Villa Panorama is maintained and the amenities provided. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy big breakfasts watching the sunrise and dinners watching the cruise ships sail by. Each of the 4 bedrooms is beautifully maintained, and each has its own perks. The views are absolutely amazing, and we were pleased with the ease of access to beaches and restaurants. Although we explored much of the island, we found everything we needed for a great vacation right on the East End. The owner was very responsive to questions during our rental inquiry and the dates leading up to our rental. The on-island property manager was also fantastic in coordinating arrival/departure plans and answering questions during our rental. I usually have include at least one "negative" or "needs improvement" in my reviews, but Villa Panorama was simply perfect.

I have rented VRBO houses a half dozen times and always have had a great experience. This was the best. Beautiful, large, four-bed house - complete with everything down more than a dozen bath towels, paper products, cleaning products - you name it. The house is in a great location with panoramic views. I think the elevation helped keep the house cool at night. I was surprised that we did not need the A/C most of the time. July!! Finally, the restaurants were very good - above average Cheeseburger, Dougans, Bombay Club. LP... New Jersey.

We had a ladies getaway at Villa Panorama and the 5 of us were so impressed that we are planning another trip to stay there. This house had all the amenities we needed and more. Whether we were drinking our frozen pina coladas by the pool admiring the gorgeous views or watching a movie or surfing the net, we had what we needed to be comfortable. Though we didn't need anything, the home owner and the property manager let us know they could be reached if we had questions or concerns. I have stayed at numerous vacation homes over the years but this one was my favorite. YES, we would definitely return to this house and I highly recommend it to others.

Oh, where to begin! First, dealing with the owner was a pleasure! I had many inquiries out to other villa’s, but the owner ‘sold’ me the villa with her welcoming email detailing all the amenities her home provided. Questions? Just ask, she'll promptly get back to you. Now, the villa! It was beyond perfect. Myself, husband, son and his fiancé ALL said the pictures did not do it justice. And they don't. For 2 weeks we woke up in the morning to the most beautiful view ~ overlooking the turquoise ocean, Buck Island, and the Sugar Mill..... it was heaven! Quiet and peaceful. The pool area is perfect for eating meals outside; a cool breeze surrounds you. The house is gorgeous, wonderfully laid out so that you have privacy. The property manager was a peach ~ met us at the airport and was accessible if anything needed to be addressed. It was hard to leave, but I know that if we ever return to St. Croix, we’ve found our home-away-from-home! Been to St. Croix before, this villa surpassed our expectations.

This is our first experience with VRBO and it was wonderful! Villa Panorama has gorgeous views and is an excellent place to stay. We are a family of grandma and grandpa with 2 adult couples with 3 children 8 and under. The four bedrooms worked out beautifully. We spent early morning and evenings by the pool but spent our days at the beach snorkeling as much as possible. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed being able to eat in the pool area. It was nicely shaded. I don't know what to add to the other excellent reviews. The property manager was very helpful when we arrived and we knew we could call her if we needed to. . We corresponded with the owner via email and pay pal and felt very comfortable in our decision to stay there. St Croix is a very beautiful low key place to stay. We would love to come again.

My wife and I and another couple spent a week at the house. If it had been possible, we would not have left. The property manager met us and took us to the house. She was very pleasant and helpful. The property is perfectly laid out for a family or couples. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces are lovely and very well equipped. The pool and outdoor pool deck with wonderful chairs, lounges, hammock and dining table are perfect. The view is "priceless". The location is excellent. The house has complete privacy. It is the best vacation home I have ever rented. We will be back.

Villa Panorama… What a beautiful house with spectacular views. I recently spent a week with my family at this home and what an amazing time we had. The house is spacious and well equipped with everything you could possible need. We all enjoyed sitting around the pool deck daily taking in the turquoise water and the perfect view of Buck Island while enjoying our meals and just relaxing. In the evenings it is so nice to sit out under the beautiful starry sky and watch for ships to pass by the house. The inside is just as great. All the bedrooms are decorated with a nice Caribbean feel and all the bathrooms are spacious. I can only say you have to see it to believe it. It is on the East end of the island near Christiansted and near local grocery stores and shopping and outdoor activities. I suggest you rent this villa. You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved the house! The view was breathtaking and the house was wonderful. The house was really comfortable, with many amenities, and the pool was gorgeous. We really enjoyed the large table out on the deck for eating meals outside and enjoying the peaceful, private location. The location was great - close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Our only suggestion would be to add some window coverings on the windows facing the pool area. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely book the house again in the future!

Four of us thoroughtly enjoyed our stay with a marvelous view, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and a great location. We had been to St. Croix many times and this property cannot be beat. It has four bedrooms, but we only used two of them. The outdoor space is wonderful with the mentioned terrific view of Buck Island. It is close to several nice places to eat on the east end, but also not a far drive into town if that is your preference. We would be happy to stay at this property again!

Villa Panorama is a great house. The house is wonderful and the view exceptional. Our family of 7 were there between Christmas and New Years and had a fabulous time. The house has everything you need and the homeowner adds some nice extra touches. The location is nice, with plenty of grocery options and restaurants nearby. If you travel at Christmas time you will most likely see Joe Biden as we often did since his house he stayed in was at the bottom of the road. Recommend waking up for the sunrise at Pt. Udall! All the suggestions that the homeowner gives are spot on!

The house is very nice. 4 bedrooms. However 1 bedroom has single beds for young children. We had 4 couples all in our 50's and 60's. I drew the bad straw and had the childrens beds, very uncomfortable to say the least. We left the house clean as we found it but had to write after almost 2 months asking when our deposit would be refunded. Agreement stated 30 days. Owner then claims there were unusual cleaning that had to be done and only half of our deposit would be refunded. I suggest taking pictures before you leave as not much we can do now...ripoff

This home was absolutely wonderful. The views were just breath taking. House was clean and even had regular supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, soap, even bug spray. It may not sound like much but this is a huge convenience as you will never use a whole bottle of shampoo or laundry detergent during your stay. Maybe an extended stay but... we were on this trip as a celebration for my daughter who had just graduated high school. We made a great choice as far as homes to rent as this was clean, spacious home. The furniture was comfy. We only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms. I wanted to stay in the master that opens to the pool but I have back issues and the bed was just not comfy. May be fine for someone else though. I was very pleased with this rental. I wish we could have gotten there on time (flights delayed a day) and able to enjoy it more. I would recommend this house to the next person and I am very particular on where I stay. Thank you for having such a wonderful home and sharing it with us!

We just returned from a one-week stay at Villa Panorama in St. Croix and found the home, pool and outdoor living area, the amazing unobstructed near 180 degree view of the Caribbean and Buck Island and the home’s location near various beaches, hiking areas, grocery stores, bars and restaurants to be just perfect. The indoor living area provided three adult couples with all the comforts of large bedrooms with wonderful views and cool breezes (they have new AC units too), individual bathrooms that are large and well-appointed, reliable Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and nice great room with television. The overall home, linens, cooking and eating utensils, floors, bathrooms and pools were spotless on arrival.

The roof over a portion of the outdoor living area provided wonderful cover during a couple of light rains as well as some shade when a break was needed from the sun. The outdoor furniture was top notch and comfortable.
The on-island property manager was very helpful in not only explaining the various accommodations of the home but also in navigating the island.

We had a great time and everyone plans to make another trip to St. Croix and Villa Panorama in the near future. It was a wonderful home and value.

As soon as you enter the home welcome to the zen zone where you can enjoy an incredible view alongside a gorgeous pool and patio area. Great location on the island close to restaurants and fabulous beaches. If you want to venture into Christensted it’s only a 15 minute drive. It’s truly a wonderful getaway!

This house has everything you need and the view doesn’t get any better! Owner and property manager are both very quick to respond should you need anything during your stay. We had an incredible time exploring the island. Our favorite memories are the tide pools at Monks Baths, Rainbow Beach, Snorkeling Cane Bay, and hiking to Jack and Isaac’s Bay! We can’t wait to return!

Another wonderful stay at Villa Panorama. What a comfortable house that has everything that you need. It is quiet and private but not very far from some of the East End restaurnants and beaches. Had a wonderful Buck Island sail with Lewellyn and spent lots of time on the deck and in the pool just enjoying the beautiful view.

My family and I had a great week in St. Croix. Villa Panorama was well stocked with everything we needed and more, we appreciated all the little touches throughout! The outside space was our favorite; the pool, luxurious lounge chairs and a view that can't be beat! The property managers, Cheryl & Shelia, were super helpful and helped make our first trip to the island a memorable one.

The home is a wonderful spot to celebrate and relax . We were here for an epic island wedding with 100 guests . The grandchildren adored their time in the pool.
Eachid the four bedrooms is spacious and beautifully decorated. Sunrise is stunning over the hills . The turquoise waters and views of Buck Island are serene
The property manager is cheerful and gracious
You will definitely enjoy a stay in this home

Another spectacular 2 weeks in this lovely home. Great house, great views, and very private. All guests had nothing but great things to say about their sleeping arrangements and all comforts of home. We'll be back again and again until we are neighbors!

I drew the bad straw and had the childrens beds, very uncomfortable to say the least. We left the house clean as we found it but had to write after almost 2 months asking when our deposit would be refunded. Agreement stated 30 days. Owner then claims there were unusual cleaning that had to be done and only half of our deposit would be refunded. I suggest taking pictures before you leave as not much we can do now...ripoff

We just returned from a one-week stay at Villa Panorama in St. Croix and found the home, pool and outdoor living area, the amazing unobstructed near 180 degree view of the Caribbean and Buck Island and the home’s location near various beaches, hiking areas, grocery stores, bars and restaurants to be just perfect. The indoor living area provided three adult couples with all the comforts of large bedrooms with wonderful views and cool breezes (they have new AC units too), individual bathrooms that are large and well-appointed, reliable Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and nice great room with television. The overall home, linens, cooking and eating utensils, floors, bathrooms and pools were spotless on arrival.

The roof over a portion of the outdoor living area provided wonderful cover during a couple of light rains as well as some shade when a break was needed from the sun. The outdoor furniture was top notch and comfortable.
The on-island property manager was very helpful in not only explaining the various accommodations of the home but also in navigating the island.

We had a great time and everyone plans to make another trip to St. Croix and Villa Panorama in the near future. It was a wonderful home and value.

The house is very private yet convenient to some great snorkel beaches, restaurants, and hikes, and an easy drive to town! The property manager met us and guided us to the house, and provided lots of great information. Best place we have rented through VRBO! Pictures don't do it full justice.

My wife and I spent the Christmas holiday at Villa Panorama with our two adult daughters and husbands/fiancé. I have been to St. Croix several times but this was the best place I have ever rented! The location, house, and views were incredible. The two en suites and other bedroom and hall bath were perfect for the six of us. It provided privacy but also great places to gather. The house had everything we needed from an IPod docking station to beach towels. The kitchen has everything needed plus more. The pool/pool deck and outdoor dining area are fantastic for daytime fun and evening meals and relaxation.
