The space
Sea Breeze has a bright and spacious kitchen diner. Ultra stylish, this space includes a grey shaker style kitchen and a large dining area. Turn on the flat screen TV and enjoy slow, lazy mornings while you cook breakfast. Gather your loved ones together and enjoy your home cooked meals at the dining area.The living area has a statement brick chimney breast with a log burner, a chaise lounge style sofa, an armchair and a flat screen TV making it perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom in the property. Each bedroom has plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have the best sleep possible. Modern and clean, the bathrooms have walk-in showers, WCs and basins.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe box.There is free public parking outside of the property for up to three vehicles. Please note this is on a first come, first served basis and these spaces are not guaranteed.

A great family house in a great location. A short walk down the hill to the harbour a very short drive to the supermarket for amenities and fuel. Loads of options of things to do in Amble and the costal driveway through to Alnwick and beyond makes it an ideal location for a family holiday. Very peaceful as a retreat at the end of a busy day and plenty of space within the property. Which was depicted so well in the pictures on the site. We would highly recommend this property

ideal downstairs for a family with children and dogs. large kitchen with big dining table , comfortable sofa in this area and convenient TV for the kids. Washing machine and dishwasher very useful. Outdoor area rather limited but we could let the dogs into it as it is secure. No problem with on Street parking and peaceful. Short walk into town and open land to exercise the dogs . Lounge area also spacious with comfortable with another TV ( saves arguing!). Double beds very comfortable but single bed in one room not so great. Single beds in twin room fine . Good quality linen and towels.Shower rooms rather cramped but fine for a holiday experience. Downstairs toilet and sink very useful.

The owners would be wise to take some time out to give the carpets and furniture a deep clean and do some minor repairs which would bring this property back up to the standard they seem to want to achieve. The beds were comfortable and bedding was (mostly) clean, kitchen and bathrooms were clean but could do with some mold remover in the showers. Overall a lovely property that could be a great one and would stay again
