Sea Breeze was a nice place to stay. However, the shower rooms were extremely small, the single mattresses have seen better days and there isnt enough seating in the frontroom for everyone to sit in the evening together. Also 2 keys would of been handy as when not everyone wants to do the same activity and returns at different times the first party are locked out until the party arrives with the key.

Lovely modern property in a very handy location in Amble. It’s a company not a host which I found you miss the little finishing touches a personal host gives you on arrival. Missing some key items at the property like salt and pepper, cleaning products which we needed as the property was dirty on arrival. Pet friendly but didn’t state till 24 hours before on the company’s extra check in details that pets are advised not to be upstairs.

A great family house in a great location. A short walk down the hill to the harbour a very short drive to the supermarket for amenities and fuel. Loads of options of things to do in Amble and the costal driveway through to Alnwick and beyond makes it an ideal location for a family holiday. Very peaceful as a retreat at the end of a busy day and plenty of space within the property. Which was depicted so well in the pictures on the site. We would highly recommend this property

ideal downstairs for a family with children and dogs. large kitchen with big dining table , comfortable sofa in this area and convenient TV for the kids. Washing machine and dishwasher very useful. Outdoor area rather limited but we could let the dogs into it as it is secure. No problem with on Street parking and peaceful. Short walk into town and open land to exercise the dogs . Lounge area also spacious with comfortable with another TV ( saves arguing!). Double beds very comfortable but single bed in one room not so great. Single beds in twin room fine . Good quality linen and towels.Shower rooms rather cramped but fine for a holiday experience. Downstairs toilet and sink very useful.

The owners would be wise to take some time out to give the carpets and furniture a deep clean and do some minor repairs which would bring this property back up to the standard they seem to want to achieve. The beds were comfortable and bedding was (mostly) clean, kitchen and bathrooms were clean but could do with some mold remover in the showers. Overall a lovely property that could be a great one and would stay again

the house was overall clean .... especially the bedrooms and shower rooms. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels beautifully white. The kitchen was well equipped...we particularly liked the large dining table. it was a disappointing that there was no hardcopy of a house manual or guests book....I know there was an online version but felt a hardcopy would be client friendly.

Property was very clean,airy and light. For a hub to explore Northumbria perfect.On street parking is a bit hit and miss but no problem. A couple mentions of the home would be the bathrooms upstairs have very small hand basins and no mirrors over them ,hard to see to shave! The double bed in the rear bedroom was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in!(what was the make please). And only one tea towel in the kitchen (had to use a bathroom hand towel) Will stay there again thanks.

Stayed at Sea Breeze for four nights. Very clean and well equipped. Lots of space for the whole family with a great kitchen for dining and socialising. The outside space was disappointing. Very small patio with not a good outlook. Amble is a short drive from many excellent beaches.

Sea Breeze was a wonderful place to stay. 4 adults, 3 children and a baby we had the place at full capacity and it felt like we had plenty of room. We had everything that we could have needed down to the smallest detail. The shower rooms are a tad on the small side, a bit of a squeeze to bath the baby but not impossible. Location for the town is perfect. Parking on the street was fine for us. We easily found 2 spaces for big cars right outside and just across the road. On the whole it was a really lovely stay. Thank you so much.

Lovely property. Based on an estate but plenty of on street parking. Good location for exploring Northumberland coast. Dog friendly as described. Kitchen well stocked with lots of crockery. Great layout of property for socialising. Bedrooms a good size and beds comfy. Bathrooms clean but some black mould in showers. Bathroom door locks didn’t work and many doors did not latch properly (problematic in downstairs toilet with entry to kitchen!). Key safe was very tucked away which is understandable for security but clearer instructions on location would have helped. Host communication good and helpful when I needed to call them. Overall excellent property for a family holiday, would consider staying again as so much to explore nearby.

We had a lovely family holiday for 3 nights. House had everything we needed, very cosy and clean. Quick responses and very helpful whenever we had a question, would stay again! We visited Alnwick Gardens, Holy Island, Druridge Bay and Bambrugh Castle which we’d highly recommend!

House was fine but the “ bathrooms” are a shower, a toilet and a 6 inch wide hand basin which makes it difficult to use. I object to being charged a £ 10 admin fee to return my damage deposit and to wait 14 days for it. Would use a private host next time . No adjustment made on £ 125 cleaning fee

This house is lovely on the inside and true to the photos, but there is a reason there is no photos from the outside, but don’t let that out you off! The house was warm, comfortable, large entertaining space in the kitchen and lounge and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet area too and you can easily walk 15 mins down to harbour area, shops, pubs and restaurants. Can recommend harbour inn for the most enormous Sunday roast! Tried to get into Jasper’s too but it was full! Warkworth is only a 5 min drive and beautiful. I had read previous reviews about lack of pans so we came prepared but the host replaced these while we were there and they were very responsive to a couple of issues. The large sofa in the lounge needs replacing as it’s very tired and uncomfortable and more seats are needed in the lounge so all 7 of us could be together, but overall a lovely stay in a very spacious home.

Had a lovely few days away at Sea Breeze. Beautiful, accomadation which was extremely clean. Restaurants, shops, harbour etc are all within walking distance. Lots to do within the area with a family and dog. Will definitely be returning in the future. Only plee would be to have more cutlery and bigger pots/pans for when people are cooking for a family. Also, water in the showers was quite cool, not sure if this could be looked into?

The house is a good.size with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 children staying. Everything we needed was available. The outlook does let the house down but as we were hear to visit the surrounding area, this didn't matter so much. A few sticking points for us. The bathrooms are OK, the doors do not open very wide at all but they would benefit from a shelf as there was nowhere to even stand toothbrushes. The sofa is extremely tired and not really fit for purpose. The cushions disappear into the corners as the frame is no longer strong enough, but other than this the space works well. Unfortunately we had to cut out stay short due family circumstances and the communication with stay was brilliant and much appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze, it was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It was clean, tidy and really nicely decorated. Especially loved that the rooms had dressing tables, mirrors and plug sockets, perfect for us all getting ready for a wedding! The hosts were helpful and responsive. We would stay here again if ever back in the area.

Had a lovely stay @ sea breeze, the accomodation was very clean & comfortably accomdated our party (4 adults & 2 kids). the accomodation is in a good location with shops (morrisons, co-op & tesco), bars & restaurants all close by (Rossini's was really nice) & within walking distance

We had a brilliant time. The house was welcoming and clean. We arrived an hour early and the host allowed us in as the house was ready. If i was to think of any negatives it would be the lack of an extra toilet roll and cleaning products. I would also have appreciated some person touches with local visitor recommendations, fresh milk and some local welcome treats.

The House and the actual owners were incredible - the company providing the listing on behalf of the owners - not so much! House super clean, presentable and lots of homely touches. No set parking but we didn’t struggle at any point and although the street isn’t the most aesthetic it was safe and we heard no neighbouring noice. No garden as such but a little enclosed area out back that’s absolutely fine for dogs to do their business. The whole family were so impressed by the space. Oh and If you want logs - try the esso garage just down the road! The company that we had to correspond with who post the listing for the owners on Airbnb were not great. Unfriendly, uncaring and lacking any type of customer service impacting the first part of our stay. This is such a shame because for this reason we probably wouldn’t book here again unless we could book direct with the actual owners.

Great place, it was ideal for 5 adults 3 children a baby and a dog. Kitchen was spacious and a great place to be able to cook and chat with all the family. Everything on your doorstep to play park, shops, restaurants, marina and wark castle less than 2 miles away.

Interior space is clean and well designed. Excellent location for centre of amble and easy parking. Bedrooms only have blinds which are good for privacy but very transparent so bring a sleep mask if you don’t like waking up at the same time as sunrise.

This is a lovely newly refurbished house which has plenty of room, great kitchen and showers and reliable wifi. The location is handy for town and the marina and it is also a good base for travelling to beaches and the main areas of interest in Northumberland. Initially we were unsure about the residential street and the lack of garden but these concerns were not needed - the street was very quiet and we didn’t miss outdoor space as there are so many lovely outdoor places to visit! Great fish and chips at harbour fisheries too!!

Very disappointed with the accommodation. It looked nicely renovated from the photos and generally it was acceptable inside and the kitchen was fine. However, the bathrooms were absolutely tiny and there was very little room to put anything, and the sinks were far too small to use. The house was in a terrace street and overlooked by other houses. It had no private outside space and nowhere safe if you take a dog. The area did not feel a safe and nice area and we certainly would not go back there. Amble itself was nice and it was nice to be able to walk into Amble, however I would find somewhere nicer to stay. Given these issues with the house it was vastly overpriced and not value for money.

We had a great time at Seabreeze. The accommodation was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive when it came to fixing a few niggles and answering queries. Being a few minutes walk to the high street was really handy with the coop nearby and a couple of great takeaways. Two Internet connected TVs and WiFi. What’s not to like? Will definitely come back to Amble.

Very clean and modern house, looks like it's been very recently upgraded. The location is fantastic with everything in Amble within a short walk and a variety of other towns within a short drive. We brought our small dog which was very welcome and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Thanks to our hosts.
