The house was in a great location easy to walk to everything you needed. The house was just how it was described, everything was clean and felt very homely. The only thing I would say is the bed was quite small in the top bedroom.

Really great find and would stay again. Peaceful area, yet quick walk to centre of village. Good green spaces and river nearby for dog walks. House had everything we needed. If you are bringing dogs please note it's a rear paved courtyard, not really a rear garden. It was fine for us and there is a huge park nearby to walk dogs in. Thanks to the hosts.

Brilliant setting just a short walk from the town centre and it's many eateries. Easy parking, pin drop quiet and a lovely "proper" house that was a privilege to stay in. We will return. We will also go back to Corbridge Tandoori, bloomin fabulous.

Lovely property in an excellent location in close walking distance to village centre. Bedrooms were well laid out with clean bedding and towels. Showers were really good in regard to hot water and pressure. Loved the log burner in the kitchen which we used throughout our stay and made things feel even more homely. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful break and enjoy the charming village of Corbridge and the various excellent pubs and restaurants.

Wilson terrace suited us perfectly good sized bed rooms plenty of hot water lovey kitchen dinner and a super sittingroom The accommodation is in good order with everything you need and a short walk for the shops and restaurants This is this second time we have stayed here,and God willing we will be back next year

We had stayed in the cottage previously when friends had booked it so we knew what to expect but, it’s such a welcoming property. To be honest we spent most of our time when we weren’t out walking Hadrian’s Wall, in the kitchen over cheese, biscuits & port but, there are lots of ‘comfy’ spaces & the front garden is an absolute sun trap with a book & a coffee, even in Autumn! The neighbours are very friendly & you’re only a stones throw from the excellent pubs & restaurants in Corbridge 🙂 I’m sure we’ll be back again!

This is a great house. Very tidy and up together. Full of everything you need for your stay although we only used two mugs, two side plates, the kettle and toaster!! Used as a base for a four day motorcycle trip around Northumberland. Corbridge is a great location with all the convenience shops you need and plenty of pubs to spend your evening in. House is a short walk 2 minute walk from the village centre. Would definitely go back

We were visiting Corbridge for a wedding and this property was perfect for our stay! Very clean and homely…..I would definitely recommend! The host was excellent….very responsive and helpful. Timings didn’t allow us to explore the area, but Corbridge is lovely and hope to visit again one day!

The first thing that hits you as you open the door is the smell of damp and wet dog. The front room shocking we couldn't even use the room . The sofas and cushions dirty and worn out. The kitchen a bin was left full of last guests. The garage door broken so not a secure yard. We only used upstairs as that had no smell. Very very disappointed Nothing like advertising photographers.

Beautiful cottage, in a great location to fully experience the amazing village of Corbridge and its surrounding areas. It was very spacious, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The host was also fantastic, helpful, responsive and friendly, what more could you ask for. Highly recommended.

The property was clean and tidy giving a home from home feeling with all amenities. For those with children there was a park a few minutes walk away and within around a five minute walk into the town for all the pubs, restaurants and shops. Lovely comfortable stay 👍

Fantastic place to stay. Close to town centre, walkable to train station. The cottage was really well appointed and spacious. All three bedrooms were a good size - the cottage overall felt really spacious. We were only a party of 3 but it would have been very comfortable with 6. Hosts were great at communicating and warm and friendly. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely terraced house in peaceful quiet location. Street parking available and x1 private parking space at rear of property that would accommodate a small to medium car. Comfortable and relaxing space The two bathrooms was a great plus. A well stocked kitchen. A small patio with seating at the rear of the house. We had good weather and it was lovely to sit out. Less than 5 minutes walk into Corbridge with good plenty of pubs and good places to eat. The food at the Rat at Anick, Hexham was excellent. The Pele Tower in Corbridge a great little pub. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

A weekend stay with friends at The Cottage was very relaxing. Situated on a quiet residential street just a ten minute walk into Corbridge town which has a good choice of eateries, pubs and individual shops. The Cottage is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Parking although on a residential street was not a problem and the neighbours are very accommodating and let us park in front of their property as we had two cars. Unfortunately we could not access the onsite parking at the back of The Cottage as the shutter couldn’t be operated plus it would have been a tight squeeze to manoeuvre either of our vehicles into the space. This is the only negative we have and it did not affect our stay. We were blessed with great weather and it’s lovely to sit out front in the little garden after a day out. Clear instructions about the property and amenities were provided and communication is good. It would be nice to receive the key safe code earlier than four hours before check in.

The cottage was perfect and exactly what we needed to enjoy a wedding in Corbridge. As described in the booking information, the cottage has three large bedrooms and plenty of communal space. I would definitely recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Northumberland.

Large area of moth infestation on sittingroom carpet, discovered early on our 2nd day as concealed by a chair. We have had to dry clean our woollen clothes in case of cross contamination. No high chair as described in particulars and had to do considerable requests to get one delivered . Only one T towel in kitchen hardly adequate for 4adults over a 2night stay and maintaining hygiene. A tiny soap bar in bathrooms for 4adults and a baby . Due to the moth infestation we were very stressed in case of cross contamination. We informed hosts but no alternative accommodation was offered and we were attending a wedding.We vacated very early on the Sunday morning and stopped using the sitting room on Saturday where moths were so did not have a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The cottage is in a perfect location right in the heart of the village. It was clean and tidy apart from a few cobwebs on light fittings and around windows. Would have been nice to have a small welcome pack of maybe milk and teabags but within a short walk of the shops so not a major problem. We felt very at home and comfortable right away. Corbridge is a lovely village, with a selection of independent shops, restaurants and pubs and with plenty of interesting and enjoyable walks and historical sites right on the doorstep. Only a short drive into the market town of Hexham or Newcastle city centre…..perfect location!

We had a lovely stay here, the house is spacious, spotlessly clean and in a great location - only 5 mins walk to the centre of the village. We had to stay an extra night due to snow and the hosts were very flexible and helpful which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again.

Lovely place near the centre of Corbridge. Penty to do in the area. Very comfortable bed. You will be asked for an extra £25 for damages insurance or £250 deposit which will be returned after 2 weeks if nothing is broken. Also no tea, coffee, sugar, pepper etc was provided. We were left 1 bin bag and 3 dishwasher tablets for a 5 night stay. I felt given the price, this was not generous.

We enjoyed a much-needed peaceful stay at Dale's. It was in a perfect location to walk into Corbridge, and we quickly felt right at home. Dales was very responsive and friendly throughout.

We had a fabulous long weekend. The house was in a fantastic location all amenities in a walkable distance. Corbridge is gorgeous and very dog friendly. Loads of lovely restaurants, we ate out every night the food was fab as were the bars. Everywhere really friendly and welcoming. Also so many lovely shops and the most delightful bakery, cant remember the name..... Grants I think... an absolute must! I have one tiny criticism...... a few toiletries would have been nice and perhaps a few cupboard essentials ......salt and pepper empty, no sugar, teabags, coffee, bottle of milk etc! We will be returning, why would you not! Thank you x

Great place to stay. If you have kids there’s a large well maintained play park in the grass area nearby which was also great for our dogs! Lots of instructions and manuals included when we got there which helped using the oven/hob. Has a smart TV in the living room to sign into Netflix and the fire in the kitchen was a lovely addition! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the cottage to attend a funeral in Allendale, it was a beautiful house, plenty of space for all of us. The accommodation was bright, airy & spacious. It was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. It was a shame we were staying under the circumstances as we would have liked to have explored the area & Corbridge a little more. It was our first Airb&b stay, but would definitely do it again from this experience. Thankyou

Myself and my family stayed here for three nights to attend a family wedding. The house was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. The house is equipped and the agent was quick to respond to any questions we had. A great location for a The location was lovely on a quiet residential street, no issues with parking and we were able to walk into Corbridge for some great meals.

On a very cold weekend it was lovely to come into this beautiful house with the heating already on! The bottles of shampoo and shower gel for each person staying were also a lovely touch. We were visiting family in the area so we only slept here but would definitely book again.

Cottage was really nice, great location for easy parking but v short walk to pubs and shops. Warm and clean. The experience was soured a lot by communication around the £250 security deposit (link didn’t work, was told to ring a number and give bank details over the phone to someone who was clearly not from the UK). I asked if the money was actually debited or only if there is an issue. I was told sometimes! Oh and it would be 7 days to refund it! The whole thing made me very uncomfortable, together with having a £10 admin fee and £90 cleaning added on (for a 3 day stay!) If we hadn’t been desperate (family member in hospital) I would have found somewhere else.

This is a very homely, comfy cottage with good-sized bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Its location is ideal - tucked away and quiet, but a short walk to Corbridge’s shops and other amenities. Well-equipped and supplied with good-quality white towels. Would recommend.

The Cottage in Corbridge was a perfect property for 3 of us to base ourselves in. Immaculately clean on arrival and in a great location with local amenities within easy walking distance. The cottage is as described by the hosts, is extremely well equipped & other than basic essentials/food everything else is provided. Instructions for arrival & access were very clear as was the helpful property guide which is downloadable. We would definitely stay there again. With regards to Corbridge we already know the area well (Parents live there) however just to note it is a lovely little town with plenty of history, restaurants, pubs & coffee shops and for those not so familiar Northumberland & the surrounding areas/tourist attractions are very easy to get to.
