Located in the popular town of Blyth on the Northumberland coast, Park House is a three bedroom holiday home. Sleeping up to six guests, the property is a fantastic choice for groups. Whether you’re travelling with friends or family, Park House will provide a comfortable and homely place to stay when holidaying by the sea.
The space
This expertly designed home spans across three levels and features a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, three bedrooms and one main bathroom. Stylish and spacious, Park House is a well-equipped home, in a beautiful location.

The living area features two mustard yellow sofas, an armchair, a flat screen TV and a coffee table. This thoughtfully decorated space is perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring Blyth and Northumberland.

The dining area is home to a table for six, along with a separate comfy seating area and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay. Amenities include an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.

There are three comfortable bedrooms in the property. You’ll find a double bedroom on the first floor, and two king size rooms on the second floor.

The double room has a feature fern green back wall which is complemented with a contrasting yellow headboard. This cosy space is complete with ample storage space in the form of bedside drawers and hanging space.

Sharing the first floor is the family bathroom. Featuring a bathtub, separate shower, wash basin and WC.

There is also a separate WC on the ground floor at Park House.

Head upstairs to the second floor and you’ll discover a further two bedrooms. Both boasting king size beds, these rooms are spacious in layout with calming colour palettes. Snuggle up in the luxury linens and enjoy a restful nights’ sleep.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

Pets are not permitted to stay at the property.

Kitchen was missing some bits and there was no welcome pack but generally a beautiful property. Good location and on road parking. Easy access. Just needed a little attention to detail. Back yard not very nice.

Very nice house, great location to travel around the coast, close to shops and the park is on your doorstep. Well decorated and big rooms with a little yard, it’s a truly lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Me and my friends felt very much at home. Would definitely stay here again, everything was very easy, a great stay!

Great size house, 2 living rooms both with TVs. Nice hot shower with decent power. Great kitchen.
