The space

Violet’s View has been recently refurbished to the highest standard. With premium furnishings and beautiful finishes, you can expect a truly luxurious stay.

Head to the living room and you’ll find a comfortable space with a large leather corner sofa and glass coffee tables. Turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows or spend quality time with your loved ones. Sharing the space is the dining area which includes a large glass table with seating for up to eight guests. A real social hub, this space is great for relaxing with your party.

Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals easily. Shaker in style, the light cabinets are super stylish and in keeping with the rest of the decor in the property.

Violet's View boasts five spacious bedrooms. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a single bed. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, and they include four kings and one single. Four of the bedrooms also include ensuite shower rooms.

There is a family bathroom on the first floor. Here you’ll find a delightfully modern space with a bathtub and overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside you’ll find a large rear garden with outdoor furniture. The perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening tipple, the garden is a real added bonus to this beautiful property.

Guest access

Guests have access to the full property. The keys are accessed via a key safe box and full details will be provided prior to your stay.

Private on-site parking is available for up to five vehicles at the rear of Violet’s View.

Voilets view is perfect for a large group, the house was very clean, it was well stocked with everything you needed a home from home. The house is a little out of Whitby on a really quiet residential road so peaceful surroundings. There is a pub at the end of the road that was family friendly and we got the bus into the town ( really easy just opposite the Sainsbury’s, 5 min walk from the house) Would definitely go back to this house if we visit again

Had a really lovely family stay here during twixmas. The ample off-street parking was ideal and the heart of Whitby really is just a 5 minute drive away. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of seating for all 8 of us. The multiple en-suite bedrooms also made for a very convenient and comfortable stay. Very spacious, well provisioned and the welcome gift from Botham’s not only was a wonderful surprise and treat but also introduced us to a fabulous local business we then went on to visit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Whitby.

Violet View was a lovely property. Ample room for large group with the added benefit of en-suite facilities in each bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Would stay again

me and my family had a lovely stay here for a few days great location not far from town and easy to get to, would definitely stay here again the house and everything we needed the only issue we had was the heating the radiators upstairs didn't seem to get hot so was very cold at night and in the mornings but apart from that was a lovely place to stay.

Stayed here for two nights with a group of 6 and it was a fantastic place. Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of toilets/en suites. The property was spacious and had everything we needed for a two night stay. The location was also brilliant for Whitby - it was a 5 minute drive and probably a 20 min walk all down hill. Will definitely stay here again with a group/family!
