We had a lovely few days in the apartment over new year. It’s very well appointed, clean, spacious and modern. The beds were very comfortable and all of the rooms are spacious with lots of storage. We loved the modern, clean minimalist yet comfortable feel to the apartment and felt at home during our stay. We made the most of its central location with restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away. We didn’t need the car so basement car park is great as it is difficult to find parking in Whitby. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. Would definitely recommend to others.

The apartment was lovely, as per the photos. Very large apartment great place close to Whitby centre about 10 mins walk down the hill. Comfy bed, lots of storage, ideal for 2 couples staying together. Overall the apartment was very clean. What let the apartment down: Lots of dust on the blinds and artificial plants. The oven hadn't been cleaned. Photos sent to the host of the oven & dusty areas No information about how the electric heating worked. We struggled to get it to work. We telephoned the Host and they tired to explain the heating, but in the end we just figured it out. It would be helpful if there was a booklet of information in the apartment to give instructions on how the heating works etc. Additional information would be useful There is a code to enter the apartment block, if you are not in a car. One of the keys to open the internal door also opens the external door, this would be good information to know.

Lovely comfortable beds. Lots of utensils/equipment in the kitchen. Was a lovely temperature all the time. Good showers. Lovely to have the outside courtyard. Nice to have the underground car park! Good position, straight opposite Pannett Park. Lovely quiet area of Whitby.

A home away from home. We felt so comfortable from the moment we booked - with super responsive customer service all the way through to the end of our stay, ensuring that we had peace of mind there would be somebody to speak to, should we need to. The apartment was stylish, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host sent us a comprehensive guide which included everything we needed for our stay, plus recommendations for the local area. We will definitely be looking to book here again or at other properties the host has to offer!

property in quiete residential area safe parking. all areas were spotless, apartment was spotless modern spacious & good quality finishings well equipped our only problem was with the hot water it has 2 bathrooms so 4 people but not enough hot water for 4 showers at any one time you have to go and boost the system wait for 40/50 minutes before others can shower this isn't ideal if you've been out all day and need to all be ready to go out for tea. it seem like an older type system & no hot water on demand you don't always have the time to wait an hour after for first ones showered we thought it might be on a timer maybe we had a few days of very tepid showers before realising .only thing that let the apartment down not great water system for size of apartment 5* aptment 2* water only 5/10,mins walk to the main quayside and shops coop for food right next to rail/bus station this was down hill so easy walking bit harder coming up tho hist & stay were brilliant tho x

Amazing apartment .. I did have some issues retrieving an Invoice but after a "lot" of deliberation finally managed to view / download an Invoice, when you do finally find that page, save it to your favourites as it is not obvious, I spend over an hour looking and asking for assistance, which was a frustrating experience, room for improvement.

I have stayed in several AirBnB's while working in Whitby, and I am always very pleased with the properties, this apartment was amazing, fantastic WiFi, lovely thick carpet in the bedrooms, super clean bathrooms, while there I took advantage of the Amazon Prime TV account that was active and watched several TV shows, area is very quite, no loud neighbours which is super important, as I have to leave for work at 06:00 every morning, I cannot recommend this place enough and will try to stay here again in a few months when I am back in Whitby. There is complimentary Tea / Coffee / Sugar / Milk that will keep you going till you go and buy your own, the apartment has all the cool kitchen appliances that you would expect.

Immaculate apartment. Equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Great to have secure free parking. The location was perfect, far enough from town for peace and quiet, but close enough to walk in and out. The park opposite was a lovely way to make your way down and back as well. Would ceetainly stay again when up in the area.

Good location for accessing Whitby and a good apartment and our overall experience was fine. It wasn't immediately obvious this is an external agency advertising on airbnb so we had to pay an additional damage waiver on top of the very high cleaning fee so we wouldn't use this host again. We made a last minute decision to have a weekend away and so didn't read the listing in enough detail as the above is stated. If you are happy with the additional costs the apartment was nice.

The apartment was well appointed and in a great location. It just missed some of the homely touches of other places. No milk in the fridge, no washing up liquid, no welcoming touches at all. We enjoyed the stay however.

This is one of the best apartments we have stayed at in Whitby. We have stayed in a lot of places over the years and this has everything. The only downside was that the mattresses are a bit on the cheap side so were not very comfortable

Great location close to everything. Roomy apartment with lovely outside area. Linens did not have a scent which was appreciated by those of us with allergies and sensitive skin. Had some difficulties with keys for front building entrance and patio doors. Toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, and towels provided could have been more generous. Kitchen was fine for our needs and we cooked at least 2 meals a day for each of five day stay. Loved the park and museum across the street, and Trencher's fish and chips just a short walk away. Were able to find everything we needed for our cooking needs at the Co-op store down the street. Overall, a wonderful stay in a lovely apartment.

Lovely decorated apartment with plenty of room, went as 2 couples. In a previous review it says ventilation problem, both bathrooms end up with a lot of condensation, we did also struggle to get enough hot water to run a full bath. Constant messaging reminding you of departure time very over whelming, maybe because it is booked through a external agency. Overall this is a modern,clean,spacious and convenient apartment and would recommend.

An absolutely amazing stay! The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and check in was extremely easy. The property is very close to the centre of Whitby, where there is lots to do. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if back in Whitby! Thank you!

Excellent. The flat was clean and tidy, tasteful and with everything we needed. Very clear instructions made for easy access to the car park and flat itself whilst also being flexible. The flat is modern and furnished to a high standard, making it comfortable, easy to live in, and with plenty of space and all the facilities you need for any length of stay. It's located in a very quiet, secure block opposite Pannett Park so you're close to somewhere for a coffee (the museum cafe), and a short walk (10 minutes) into Whitby itself. Communication with the host was quick and comprehensive, including a very helpful online guidebook.

The apartment is spacious and equipped to a high standard. We had loads of room with everything we needed for our stay - the bed was very comfortable too! Although a little out of the town (10 mins up a hill), we enjoyed the close proximity to the park and fab museum on our doorstep. It was great to have parking provided too. The bathrooms are internal with no windows, plus the ventilation system didn’t appear to work in either so these do feel a bit dank in comparison to the rest of the property with some black mould in the en-suite. We also arrived during the end of a big storm and the property was pretty chilly whenever we left for any period, but there is an easy to use heating system. Dealing with an external agency (and needing to hand over a significant, refundable deposit before our stay), plus all the extra reminder messages about checking in, out or leaving reviews on top of the same comms from Airbnb was a bit much, but overall we had a great stay!

Great apartment with everything you could need and nicely decorated. Spacious layout for our family of four. The apartment block was safe and well maintained. Great walkable location within Whitby - through Pannett Park to the centre which was a gorgeous route. The outdoor terrace got the sun in the evening and the patio doors were great for that open, fresh air feeling. All the glasses, cups, plates etc were spotlessly clean (I always get frustrated at having to reclean them in most places). The communication from Host and Stay was brilliant - the app you use for info about the property during your stay was really stand out. I would definitely recommend this place and would rebook.

A lovely apartment to stay in for the weekend. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and more. In a nice quiet location but only a short walk to the centre of Whitby. My only criticism is that the bathrooms both smelled fusty. They were very clean but have a ventilation problem as they’re both internal rooms with no windows.

Stayed with two young children, and all in had a great stay. Very easy check in. Flat was very well equipped - we ate out, but you could easily cook full meals there. Really convenient location to walk into town and see all the main attractions. Just marked down slightly on communication - we’d booked in for a couple of nights and had an email on our first night reminding us that check-out was 10am the following morning! Also, the pictures show the second bedroom made up with twin beds, and during our stay, the beds had been joined together to make a double. Not an issue for us as our children just shared the bed, but under other circumstances might be a bit awkward, so just a word to the wise to request at time of booking if needed. Overall though, lovely stay and when we come back to Whitby, I’d be more than happy to book here again. Thank you!

My mother and I really enjoyed our four night stay here. The apartment is exceptionally clean and well equipped. We really liked the layout of the place, as shown in the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very eloquently designed and furnished. The location is just a couple of minutes drive from town or a short walk. It’s also very quiet, we never heard any noise from inside or outside of the building. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Whitby.

Amazing high end apartment, good size, great beds, real modern and fresh feeling. The underground parking was spot on and location was convenient, easy walk into the centre of Whitby within 10mins.
