Beautiful view Managed to park one car in garage and one car outside on street parking. Near to everything so perfect location Please provide hand soap and washing up liquid We were a group of 7 and we had a great weekend here. The house is bigger than it looks on the photos Thanks

Great location. Just fell a little short of expectations. Could benefit from a deep clean, very dusty in areas and the stairs hadn’t been hoovered. When we first entered there was a very strong smell which I discovered the next day to be a crabbing bucket with bait left in the corner of the garage! As previously mentioned by others the garage is tight for size but we did manage to fit a Nissan qashqai in (issues with the door fob but the host did respond quickly), parking isn’t readily available close by it was very busy all the time even though we were out of season. There was no noise from the pub next door but the road outside the property was a lot busier than I had expected so if you’re not used to road noise it will be very noticeable. The view from upstairs is the selling point of the property and its location means all of Whitby is within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been more comfortable. The house was warm, spacious, and perfect for our group. The views from the lounge were absolutely stunning and something we particularly enjoyed. We would happily rebook and hope to return again.

This is a great property in an excellent location with good views. It does need a bit of a refresh and we would expect a coffee machine, bathroom soap etc if this is advertised as a luxury stay. I think the listing should note that the garage is only suitable for a small car also. It could and should be a great stay and wouldn’t take much for this to be a five star listing
