Had a great week . The location was perfect as it was near the river and the parks and the Cathedral area which we loved , all walkable , we chose it for those reasons .
The house was very modern and had all the amenities we wanted . My only issue was the parking , although we had a permit provided it was sometimes rather busy on the road . Otherwise could not find fault . Loved our time there .

We live abroad and were visiting my wife’s father who was gravely ill. He died in the small hours of the morning and these miserable bastards refused to give us a late check out! Then next morning as we were packing the cleaning lady told us it would not have been a problem to change the cleaning rota as there was no one coming in until that night. We have used these horrible people before ( there is not much choice in Hereford) and they are about as nasty and unhelpful as you could ever have in a host. We know this as we ourselves have a holiday rental company. Thankfully we won’t have to use them again. Nasty. Mean and unhelpful, avoid!

Lovely stay and house.
My only recommendation would be to get some blinds so you can shut them in the front room as people can see into the front room/kitchen

The place was spotless, and the location was perfect!

The only negative was no blinds or curtains to block the sun when watching tv.

The property has clearly been renovated to a very high standard fairly recently - and it shows. All fittings and furniture are immaculate. The outside space is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the showers (both en-suite) are excellent. It is a very short walk to the heart of Hereford which is a lovely town. The lovely walks by the river are very close.

The stay was amazing! The place looked exactly like the pictures. Very well decorated and came with all the things you need. The place was in a good location too, not being a far walk from town, the station or the hospital which were places we frequently visited. Would recommend.

The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures, probably even better in person.
Very clean, beautifully decorated.
Walking distance to wherever we needed to go.

Excellent finish to the property furnishings

One of the bathrooms had an odour initially but this became less noticeable after run I g the shower

Location .felt welcoming when you walked in .

10am is an early check out time . Property was very clean and tidy . But there was an awful smell in smaller bedrooms on suite .

This is a great house to stay in. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Looks like the photos and is accurately described. Everything finished to a high standard. Lovely outside space. However communication with the host was very impersonal. We received lots of generic responses. They were not flexible about check in and check out times at all. And furthermore we had to pay a £250 security deposit on booking in case of any damage to the property. They kept that until two weeks after checkout (so six weeks in all). I have never had to do this in any other Airbnb. It may put me off staying there again despite it being a lovely house.
