All the facilities and the location were wonderful. However, I hadn’t received a code for the key box in advance and ended up waiting outside for an hour and a half to get in, as I just felt like I was being sent on a wild-goose chase over the phone.

Wonderful! Our stay was perfect, the house is compact but has everything, very well set up, clean, with luxurious amenities, furniture and decor, impeccable bedding. We went at Christmas and there were even some decorative items that made the house even more beautiful. We love everything, we recommend it and we'll be back!

Very stylish, well equipped house that was perfect for all our needs. It's location is ideal with just a short walk into the centre of Hereford, and a friendly pub very close by. We would definitely consider returning, maybe in the summer to appreciate the garden area which integrates to the kitchen/sitting area via the bifold doors. Communication from the host was excellent and we appreciated the parking permit that allowed us to park one car in the road outside the house.

Wonderful air BNB, couldn't have asked for more! Very clean, well furnished, warm and had everything we needed, felt like a home from home. Location was great, we could walk into town in 10 mins, cathedral in 5. Was on the river wye which is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property as described with a stunning little outside area. My only tiny grumble is the hand soaps in the bathrooms were empty - didn’t spoil the trip though

Excellent location and home just like the pictures. Worth noting that it is being run by an external company who seem to outsource communications. The people we spoke to seemed unfamiliar with the property when we had issues (e.g. they didn’t know how to fix the extractor as they did not seem to know what extractor was in the home). The hand soap in every toilet/bathroom was empty, they agreed to refill and then didn’t come, then when I spoke on the phone they tried to argue not all their listings come with soap and became very argumentative and unhelpful over such a basic amenity (which was included on the listing). Gorgeous home so a shame that the communication is so poor.

A great accommodation! We felt very comfortable - the house is modern but cosily furnished. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The underfloor heating in the living room made the cold days very cozy. The small terrace is wonderful for enjoying the sun. We especially enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen. An all-round beautiful house and great hosts - highly recommended!!

Had a great week . The location was perfect as it was near the river and the parks and the Cathedral area which we loved , all walkable , we chose it for those reasons . The house was very modern and had all the amenities we wanted . My only issue was the parking , although we had a permit provided it was sometimes rather busy on the road . Otherwise could not find fault . Loved our time there .

The property has clearly been renovated to a very high standard fairly recently - and it shows. All fittings and furniture are immaculate. The outside space is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the showers (both en-suite) are excellent. It is a very short walk to the heart of Hereford which is a lovely town. The lovely walks by the river are very close.

The stay was amazing! The place looked exactly like the pictures. Very well decorated and came with all the things you need. The place was in a good location too, not being a far walk from town, the station or the hospital which were places we frequently visited. Would recommend.

This is a great house to stay in. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Looks like the photos and is accurately described. Everything finished to a high standard. Lovely outside space. However communication with the host was very impersonal. We received lots of generic responses. They were not flexible about check in and check out times at all. And furthermore we had to pay a £250 security deposit on booking in case of any damage to the property. They kept that until two weeks after checkout (so six weeks in all). I have never had to do this in any other Airbnb. It may put me off staying there again despite it being a lovely house.
