We had a fantastic time. We come to Hereford every year and this is one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in! The house is amazing, it’s got everything you need and some. The location is perfect, parking was no problem and Charlie’s communication was spot on. We will 100% stay again and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

What a lovely house! Deceptively big and beautifully decorated - it really has a lovely relaxing ambience. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. The kitchen has everything you need, and the comfortable lounge and garden (comfy garden chairs and very private) were perfect for relaxing, eating dinner and catching up with friends. We were lucky enough to be there for the recent partial eclipse so at one stage had multiple mini eclipse shadows on the walls from tree shadows, which were quite special! When the temperatures allowed, we left the bifold windows wide open and I swear at different times it felt like being abroad and not just in lovely little old Hereford! 😊 Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely stay! Would highly recommend, perfect for two friends sharing together. We stayed during a hot week, so we were glad to have the bi-fold doors in the kitchen/lounge! If we’d known there was an induction hob we would’ve brought an induction compatible moka pot - to make iced coffees :)

Stunning place to stay for our short visit to Hereford. Absolutely loved everything about it. Spacious well presented property with lovely little yard with Mediterranean feel to it…great for alfresco dining. Great communication with host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The accommodation is beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. It's a shame that the cleaning isn't up to standard (the kitchen bin was full when we arrived, rubbish bags were piled up in the terrace cupboard and were attracting flies, and there was a lot of hair on the bed cushions). I reported it immediately and followed up for 48 hours, but no one came despite the commitments made. Very disappointing!

The School House is well designed with high quality fixtures, fittings and equipment situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The outside space is delightful. It is ideally positioned for exploring Hereford and the surrounding places of interest and countryside. A few snags – Mostly minor (no space for them) but one serious that the owner has not resolved in a satisfactory way. We arrived at a property just a minute or two before the 16:00 check-in time to see the cleaners draw in behind us. This was bad enough. They were then unable to gain access because there was no key in the key safe. We had friends arriving who had travelled a long distance, and we had no idea where we would sleep the night. I was googling hotels to try to ensure that we all had a bed. We also had perishable food purchased locally that was degrading in the car in the hot sun. Fortunately the cleaners were able to source a spare key. However, we had to stand in the street for 90 minutes waiting.

We loved our stay - the house was fantastic, especially for sitting out in the garden with the bi-folds open on a hot summer's day. It was well equipped and fitted out to a high quality. The location was great, with a nice easy walk of 10 minutes to the river, cathedral and city centre. Although parking was a bit of a challenge, we were always able to find a space within a couple of minutes walk of the property, and the streets were quiet enough to be able to load/unload the car from right by the front door.

Had a lovely stay at the School House in Hereford. Great location near the town centre which meant we could walk rather than have to drive into the town centre. The courtyard garden was a delight. especially when the sun managed to make an appearance. The house was tastefully decorated to a high standard and felt home from home. The only thing that could have enhanced the stay was having a coffee machine as we both love or caffeine hit.

All the facilities and the location were wonderful. However, I hadn’t received a code for the key box in advance and ended up waiting outside for an hour and a half to get in, as I just felt like I was being sent on a wild-goose chase over the phone.

Wonderful! Our stay was perfect, the house is compact but has everything, very well set up, clean, with luxurious amenities, furniture and decor, impeccable bedding. We went at Christmas and there were even some decorative items that made the house even more beautiful. We love everything, we recommend it and we'll be back!

Very stylish, well equipped house that was perfect for all our needs. It's location is ideal with just a short walk into the centre of Hereford, and a friendly pub very close by. We would definitely consider returning, maybe in the summer to appreciate the garden area which integrates to the kitchen/sitting area via the bifold doors. Communication from the host was excellent and we appreciated the parking permit that allowed us to park one car in the road outside the house.

Wonderful air BNB, couldn't have asked for more! Very clean, well furnished, warm and had everything we needed, felt like a home from home. Location was great, we could walk into town in 10 mins, cathedral in 5. Was on the river wye which is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and home just like the pictures. Worth noting that it is being run by an external company who seem to outsource communications. The people we spoke to seemed unfamiliar with the property when we had issues (e.g. they didn’t know how to fix the extractor as they did not seem to know what extractor was in the home). The hand soap in every toilet/bathroom was empty, they agreed to refill and then didn’t come, then when I spoke on the phone they tried to argue not all their listings come with soap and became very argumentative and unhelpful over such a basic amenity (which was included on the listing). Gorgeous home so a shame that the communication is so poor.

A great accommodation! We felt very comfortable - the house is modern but cosily furnished. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The underfloor heating in the living room made the cold days very cozy. The small terrace is wonderful for enjoying the sun. We especially enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen. An all-round beautiful house and great hosts - highly recommended!!

Had a great week . The location was perfect as it was near the river and the parks and the Cathedral area which we loved , all walkable , we chose it for those reasons . The house was very modern and had all the amenities we wanted . My only issue was the parking , although we had a permit provided it was sometimes rather busy on the road . Otherwise could not find fault . Loved our time there .

The property has clearly been renovated to a very high standard fairly recently - and it shows. All fittings and furniture are immaculate. The outside space is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the showers (both en-suite) are excellent. It is a very short walk to the heart of Hereford which is a lovely town. The lovely walks by the river are very close.

The stay was amazing! The place looked exactly like the pictures. Very well decorated and came with all the things you need. The place was in a good location too, not being a far walk from town, the station or the hospital which were places we frequently visited. Would recommend.

This is a great house to stay in. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Looks like the photos and is accurately described. Everything finished to a high standard. Lovely outside space. However communication with the host was very impersonal. We received lots of generic responses. They were not flexible about check in and check out times at all. And furthermore we had to pay a £250 security deposit on booking in case of any damage to the property. They kept that until two weeks after checkout (so six weeks in all). I have never had to do this in any other Airbnb. It may put me off staying there again despite it being a lovely house.
