We had a wonderful stay at Sunset and we will definitely be back! It was perfect for us and our two dogs - plenty of room and a footpath leading from the apartment to the beach - no walking on the road required. Great location, 10 mins walk from the beach, or a few minutes into central Newquay with all the pubs, cafes and restaurants. The hosts were great and provided us with all the info we needed for a seamless check in, and the scones, cream and jam were a very sweet and welcome gesture! Only thing we would say is the toiletries and loo roll were a little sparse, but there’s a Spar round the corner so no massive drama. We didn’t have the best weather, but we still had a wonderful few days with this lovely cosy and comfortable apartment to return to after a blustery walk on the beach. 10/10 would recommend for an awesome dog-friendly family holiday, at any time of the year!

Another fantastic stay. The accommodation was pristine and so comfy. The Xmas decorations and cream tea to welcome us were a lovely touch. This is the best accommodation we have found in the Fistral Beach area location wise. It’s close to both the beach and the town. We had a lovely lunch at the Fish House. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, close to everything and really convenient for exploring the area. The apartment is bright, beautifully presented and very comfortable with a lovely welcoming feel. It’s also excellent for guests with dogs. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the dog bowls. Check-in was smooth and communication was great throughout. We would happily stay again and definitely recommend to others. Thank you for hosting us.

We’ve had a great few days in a spacious and well furnished apartment. It was in a brilliant location. Great views. Close to the town centre and also Fistral beach. Perfect. We know the area well and enjoyed visiting The Fish House ( mussels were superb) and The Stables Pizza . Our dog had a great time on Fistral and Towan beaches. We look forward to returning to this property soon.

We have just returned from a nice, relaxing break in this lovely apartment. We found everything within the apartment great - the kitchen has everything required and is well stocked with cutlery, crockery etc. There is ample space within the cupboards and fridge/freezer. The beds were comfortable and the heating responsive during one colder, windier, day. There is plenty of space and everything is well laid out. We went to Sainsbury’s just prior to 1600 hrs check-in and so had some frozen food to get into the freezer - The only issue we have was that the code for the gate was wrong in the pre-briefing material and the text from Charlie and so we had some delay trying to enter the property on arrival. This was resolved within about 30 mins luckily. Aside from this, we had a great time relaxing and taking the short walk to Fistral and Newquay. We would recommend the apartment and would like to return soon. Thank you.

Phenomenal place. Huge apartment, beautifully decorated. The most amazing views and so well located where you can walk literally everywhere (even with little legs in tow). 100% recommend

Stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. Absolutely fantastic location, sea views from the balcony and a picturesque 10 minute walk to fistral beach. And only 15 minutes into the town centre. Apartment itself was spacious and very cutely decorated with nice little decor and ornaments. The communication with the host was also superb, rapid responses to any questions or worries, and just all in all very helpful. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend.

What a perfect stay!! The apartment is in the best possible location in Newquay - right next to the town so you can easily walk in and out with the supermarket really close but then set off the main road overlooking the golf course and down to Fistral beach so you feel totally secluded. A path goes directly to Fistral from the apartment block which is amazing. ‚Basket‘ is opposite too which is perfect for your morning coffee! Communication was superb from start to finish with clear instructions on how to check in and out and all details you need to know for such a stay, plus local restaurant tips and much more. Definitely want this to be our new go-to apartment in Cornwall!

We come to Newquay frequently , often looked at this building from the outside , great location , west aspect so perfect for evening sun and sunsets looking over fistral , only downside which is nothing to do with the hosts is that the parking bays are extremely tight . Though with good cooperation from neighbouring parking bays it all worked out fine . Will look to see if available next time.

Was such a shame we had a problem with the electric gate number to get on the premises being incorrect leaving us waiting for a while after a 5 hour drive not ideal but it was sorted by the following day so can’t fault the efforts in helping us. Nevertheless what a great apartment it is, really spacious bedrooms and the living room feels very homely, all whilst having an amazing view of fistral beach and a large balcony area, the best thing for us was the location, 10 minute walk to fistral beach bar and 10 minute walk to town with a great Thai takeaway literally next door, would definitely stay again we loved it

Lovely apartment. Couldn’t find which key safe related to which apartment as wasn’t labelled. Bed was a little uncomfortable and pillows not great. Towels a little threadbare. Everything else good. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment was perfect for us and our 1 year old baby and young cocker spaniel for a 1 week stay. lots of space, well kitted out kitchen, high chair, good washer dryer. the place is decorated in a tasteful coastal style and felt homely. the location is ideal for fistral beach and Newquay town. it's a private development with access to a path that goes directly down to beach via the golf course. last but not least I must mention the balcony and amazing view of sunset. great stay and we'd definitely return.

Family of four - have stayed in the building before but at a different apartment. Loved the space and set up of this apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable and looked lovely. Perfect location for us and what we like to do in Newquay. Very good amenities and equipment. We struggled with the WIFI, this could do with upgrading, but otherwise a fabulous stay. Would highly recommend!!

Proactive, clear communications. Easy to check in. Lovely location and apartment with excellent facilities and views overlooking Fistral and The Headland. Great value for money and can highly recommend for a relaxing break!
