Lovely property, very bright, clean and tidy on arrival. All facilities excellent. Comfy beds, bed linen nice and fresh. Kitchen had everything you needed. Little treats left for us which we appreciated after long journey. Also cleaning products in property was great, didn't have to go out and buy any. Excellent stay, and will be booking again. One thing which could make it better is a TV upstairs in bedroom.

Sunbeam house is so lovely, decorated beautifully, pristinely clean. Everything is such good quality. It’s a perfect position for walking into the small town for early evening drinks and a bite to eat. 10 minutes or so to the sea front. Easy parking. Nothing to dislike. I’ll be back. Love Saltburn and this house is a gem.

Ideally placed to explore the coast. Very close to bars and restaurants. Excellent facilities with nice touches: tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and buns. Highly recommended.

Sunbeam House is stylish, comfortable, quiet and well located only a short walk from the town centre and sea front. It was spotless and we appreciated the welcome gifts after our journey. We would definitely stay again amd would recommend to friends and family looking for a stay in Saltburn.

Wonderful stay at Sunbeam House. Really convenient for the prom and beach but very quiet location in residential area. Immaculate interior and comfortable beds. Loved being in Saltburn; such a calm, relaxing place to be and then lovely accommodation to return to after a good walk! Perfect!

Very well appointed house. The space has been very well executed with everything you need. The stay was short for us. Just 2 nights but the Beds are very clean and comfortable and the shower off the kitchen was great with beautiful white towels supplied. Sofas comfy but on the small side.

Great location, within 10 minutes walk of the beach etc. Easy parking straight outside the property. Accommodation has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. Cosy and warm with the heating on, would definitely recommend and we will be rebooking in the near future

We had a great time staying in Saltburn. The property was lovely, very clean, nicely decorated and with a nice welcome pack and basic supplies provided. Host & Stay communicated clearly with all the information we needed. Saltburn is an interesting seaside town with easy access to the north Yorkshire coast, well definitely be back.

Sunbeam House was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and felt right at home instantly. The bed's were so comfortable we had the best night's sleep. Very peaceful location. The house was very well equipped. It was cosy and warm. The pretty little private and secure courtyard was great for our little dog and us to sit and have evening drinks and breakfast. The front garden is full of wild flowers where we sat and watched the bird's and butterflys from the front room. Great location for walking out and about or driving. Plenty of space for parking. We will definitely be booking another holiday at Sunbeam House.

The house was very well laid out and everything was spotlessly clean (although at £60 cleaning fee, I suppose it should be!). Shower (wetroom), was really nice to use with plenty of space. Kitchen had everything you could need and all the appliances were modern and of good quality. Very quiet location, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Easy walk to the town centre and the beach makes this place very convenient for all Saltburn has to offer. The surrounding areas of the North York Moors and other costal highlights are only a short drive away.

Extremely pleased with the place. Very good location handy for the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Excellent park nearby to walk dogs in morning. Need to be aware that it is a steep hill to beach so need to be ok with a climb back up but you could always drive down and park. But you’d have to pay for parking. Lots of lovely places to visit within an easy drive. We traveled in an EV and found it easy to find charging locations in most places.

A true home from home, Saltburn is my happy place and this property will now be my go-to when I return. It was simple perfect. Walked to all my favourite haunts, met up with fellow dog slaves and totally relaxed. Even my 19 year old, who has mobility issues, managed as this house is within easy access to amenities and travel links. Will definately be a repeat booker for this beautiful home.

We had an excellent week long stay and found the home to be very warm and welcoming. We had a new born baby with us so was an ideal location for meeting up with family who wanted to see the baby. House was spotless and felt like a home away from home with everything we needed. Iron, dishwasher, washing machine everything needed for a new born baby :) we also had a whippet with us who loved a good run on the beach. would love to stay again in the future. Saltburn is a wonderful town that brought back many happy childhood memories for us. Great places to eat and a lot of dog friendly m, accommodating shops and restaurants. Thanks!

What a lovely house, beautifully presented and tastefully decorated. There were very comprehensive instructions on how stuff worked. It's not far from the sea and parking was a doddle. Being a little away from the pubs and cafe's our house was quiet. I would absolutely recommend this property....it's awful to go away and be disappointed....we weren't. Thankyou for letting us stay with our dog.

We would thoroughly recommend Sunbeam House. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable. Also well equipped. Everything you could possibly need. Easy walking to the Saltburn coastline and town. Saltburn isn’t somewhere we had previously visited but will certainly come again. Close to Whitby and Redcar too.

Lovely place to spend our weekend and everything was within walking distance. Only thing to note was the WiFi password didn’t work, not sure if it had changed recently and the ‘note’ hadn’t been updated. All 4 of my party tried the Wi-Fi password separately several times to no joy. Only a little comment for future bookings. But other than that the house was lovely. Thank you.

The property is ideal, very clean and has everything you need for self catering, nice touch was hot cross buns, biscuits and milk as well as tea and coffee and basics. Beds are very comfortable. Location is good - ten minute walk to the seafront. There are lots of bars and restaurants- coco and rum is a Thai restaurant which was really nice. We would highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay again if we are visiting the area.

The property is tastefully decorated and immaculate. Everything was so clean and tidy. The hosts supplied all the essentials plus little extras such as some tea cakes and biscuits which was a lovely touch. The house is located within walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants and is situated on a quiet street. The street can get a little busy for parking but we always managed to get parked outside except from a few occasions we were a few doors down. We very much enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it. Thanks for having us!!

Had a wonderful stay here with my mum and our two dogs. The property was very clean and tidy, everything was very fresh and organised. It had everything we needed with high quality appliances and kitchenware which is not always the case with airbnbs generally. The location was brilliant for access to the beach and local amenities, lots of which are dog friendly! On street parking - never had a problem finding a space close to the property. The only thing to mention for dog owners is the courtyard has no grass area, so taking regular walks round the corner for the dogs to do their business is the only way!! Had a lovely time and hope to return soon!

If you’re looking for a very clean and well presented holiday home, look no further. Everything you could need. Appliances new and good quality. Beds comfy. The outdoor space is small and paved and the washing machine is in the coal shed-we didn’t need to use it. Would definitely recommend this place-it’s very close to both the town and the sea.

The property was exactly like the photos. The decor and interior design is just beautiful. I love that so much effort has been put into a dog friendly property. I’d love to say home from home, but this was so much nicer than my own! Really well equipped with everything you’d need. The guide provided was also super helpful!

Lovely wee house which was very clean and had everything you needed- close to the town which has some lovely bars and restaurants (Cocoa & Rum and 123 Pizza were fabulous) The booking process was easy and communication was efficient if not a little excessive! Unfortunately there was an administrative error regarding my booking which was seemingly mixed up with another booking, resulting in me being asked to pay the damage waiver which had been paid! I had to screenshot my bank account to prove payment on the morning of leaving for our break! This needs tightened up as I had pointed out errors on 2 prior communications, however all good thereafter and Saltburn is lovely 😊

This property is fantastic - and I would happily return. I highly recommend. The home is warm, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Comfortable beds, great towels and linen. excellent kitchen and diner. Lounge lovely and bright. sofas looked more comfy than they were but not a problem. easy walking into the town / seafront. just be aware of the deposit/ charge made by host and stay which is effectively a £10 premium on the advertised price and feels a bit cheeky. but definitely recommend the property

We had a lovely 2 night stay. House is lovely, very clean and has everything you need. Quiet location. Worried we might struggle to park the car, but wasnt an issue. 10 minute walk to town and a further 10 minutes to the beach. Would stay again and recommend to friend.

This property has been renovated to a very high standard The decor is very tasteful and the house has a welcoming feel and is very comfortable. It is in a good location and only a short walk into the town and beach. Saltburn has far more to offer than we thought and is within easy reach of other coastal places of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Our stay at Sunbeam House was perfect. We chose the house because of its location and the fact that is looked beautifully furnished and decorated. The reality was just as we had hoped - stylish furniture and decoration very much to our taste. The location was residential and very quiet within easy walking distance into the centre of Saltburn for cafes, restaurants, shops and the lovely farmers market on Saturday morning. We would be very happy to return for another stay.

Upon arrival and entering Sunbeam House we were thrilled with the interior decor and the home from home atmosphere. We soon got settled in and all felt very comfortable. The house was exactly as advertised and there were some lovely extra touches e.g bubble bath, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and shower room along with many others. For people with mobility issues the wet room downstairs makes showering easy. The beds were comfortable and the bedding of the highest quality. The house is situated within walking distance of the beach, shops and train station. People in the area were all very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and stress free

Sunbeam House has a lovey new modern interior in a traditional property . Everything is new and tasteful even though it is dog friendly. This house is literally a 5 minute short walk to the beach front . Saltburn has plenty of dog friendly stretches of sand towards the next beach at Marske and plenty of pubs and cafes where dogs are no problem and made very welcome . It is always a bonus when the owners are nice and friendly and I think it makes all the difference . A lovely house near the beach and accessible to other resorts like Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. I highly recommend it!🤗
