Sunbeam House is situated on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from Saltburn's town centre, transport links, beach and Valley Gardens. This end terrace Edwardian property enjoys natural light all day long, and has a spacious and airy feel. Sunbeam House also boasts a beautiful natural garden with many varieties of flowers that are for guests, as well as bumblebees and butterflies to enjoy.
The space
Sunbeam House is a beautifully designed home with a bold colour palette and stylish interiors.

After entering via the front door, to the right you’ll be welcomed into a spacious living room. Perfect for socialising and relaxing with your loved ones, this space is both comfortable and sophisticated.

Shaker in style, the ivory white kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware so you can really make the most of your self-catering stay. Sharing the space is the dining area which includes a large wooden table and four dining chairs.

A wet room can be found just off from the kitchen. Here you’ll find a shower, wash basin and WC for your convenience.

Both bedrooms at Sunbeam House can be found on the first floor. Both featuring double beds, each bedroom boasts premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you have the best night’s sleep.

Modern and clean, the upstairs family bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, handheld shower, WC and basin.

Outside you'll find a front garden and a spacious back yard which is accessible from the kitchen/diner. Garden furniture is provided so you can really make the most of the outdoor space on offer at Sunbeam House.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Sunbeam House are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Sunbeam House per reservation.

The house was very well laid out and everything was spotlessly clean (although at £60 cleaning fee, I suppose it should be!). Shower (wetroom), was really nice to use with plenty of space. Kitchen had everything you could need and all the appliances were modern and of good quality. Very quiet location, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Easy walk to the town centre and the beach makes this place very convenient for all Saltburn has to offer. The surrounding areas of the North York Moors and other costal highlights are only a short drive away.

Extremely pleased with the place. Very good location handy for the beach, shops, restaurants etc.
Excellent park nearby to walk dogs in morning. Need to be aware that it is a steep hill to beach so need to be ok with a climb back up but you could always drive down and park. But you’d have to pay for parking.
Lots of lovely places to visit within an easy drive.
We traveled in an EV and found it easy to find charging locations in most places.

Such a lovely house, beautifully decorated, and so well equipped. The hosts had really thought of everything. Lots of coat hangers, towels, toilet rolls, hand-wash and other toiletries was such a nice touch.
Coffee, tea, sugar, milk and a couple of other treats meant you could sit straight down and have a cuppa without having to find a shop.
The bath was very deep, and looked fabulous. It was a bit tricky for the older guests, but there is a separate shower, which was excellent with great water pressure, and lovely and hot.
Two double beds had comfortable mattresses and pillows. Lots of drawer storage and hanging space, a hair dryer in each room and plenty of mirrors and sockets.
The outside space was a perfect little suntrap to sit and enjoy.
On street parking was convenient, and we always got parked right outside the property. Lovely quiet street.
There was a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a fish and chip shop around the corner. A short walk into town means you can leave the car behind.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like.
