Well situated close to the town centre, Alnwick Castle and Gardens. Also ideal area to explore Northumberland. Flat was clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The only criticisms are that the fridge didn’t close or stay shut properly unless it was forced, and the mattress was very soft and not the most comfortable.

Lovely apartment and we would stay again if it were not for the tv which did not work at all when we arrived, and still did not work properly during our three day stay and we are still waiting for compensation. We were also totally ripped off paying £40 to check in 2.5hrs early (at 1.30pm). I would not recommend using Host and Stay! Had we realised there was a third party involved re this apartment we may have thought again. It was a lovely apartment but the failure to provide any tv instructions and the failure of the owner to provide any was absolutely shocking. There was also a very misleading WIFI code, and the £40 fee was the last straw!

the flat is nice and well equipped. The fridge, however, is rather small and not well sealed so froze most of the food. the shower head is fixed so cannot be adjusted. being on the second floor would mean you are best being a light packer as it was quite difficult to carry suitcases through so many flights of stairs. overall, an enjoyable stay and great location to town and public transport.

- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
