We loved our stay & extended it by one night. The apartment is central, 5 minutes walk to shops & restaurants etc. it’s also very, very quiet. Maximum 10 minute walk to the sea. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was faultless. Bus stops & train station 5 minutes walk away. We parked the car outside the door & didn’t use it again until our journey home. Fabulous independent shops, restaurants & bars in the town. We were given a warm welcome everywhere. Can’t wait to visit again.

Lovely, spotlessly clean, well appointed flat as described. Parked by the front door, easy access via a key safe and excellent communication from the host. The flat was within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and will visit again.

clear instructions made finding the property and gaining access easy. Excellent location, plenty of bars/restaurants close by. Train station a couple of minutes away and the beach under 5 minutes away.

lovely flat, beautifully decorated with everything one could need-like home from home. super comfy bed and sofa. squeaky clean-absolutely spotless. is located on the first floor up some stairs so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues but was perfect for us. located opposite the train station, and within walking distance of pier, seafront, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and boutiques. peaceful surroundings in a sleepy village. excellent chinese 3 doors down too! we loved the personal touch with the black book in the living room with emergency numbers locally like dentist etc, and hosts were really responsive if we needed them. Great price for location and comfort.parking for free outside on the street. we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to saltburn, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Firstly the positives - Saltburn is a lovely place and the flat is conveniently located for the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops. The location is reasonably quiet and although it is near the station you could barely hear the trains. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is good. The bedroom is a good size with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Now the negatives - the flat had no washing machine although this has since been removed from the listing. The sofa is not fit for purpose, the seat cushions have no stuffing. The flat shares the entrance hall and stairs with other residents so it is quite scruffy. There was also a strong smell of "alternative" cigarette smoke especially at night.

We had a lovely relaxing stay over the bank holiday. The flat was in a perfect spot in easy walking distance of the beach and some lovely local bars and restaurants. It had everything we needed. Really straightforward check in and out and good communication before and during our visit.

In general my stay was good, the place was very quiet and warm, very close to the beach and Sainsbury's. Communication with the host was really quick, and were very keen in sorting out promptly any issues I came across.
