Kitchen and bathroom are compact but very nice, lounge is roomy, bedroom is enormous. Very comfortable bed. TV in both lounge and bedroom. Very clean on arrival. We managed to park right outside.

Hall and stairs need some TLC, but once in the apartment, it is lovely.

Great location, lovely apartment. Wasn’t expecting the milk in the fridge when we got there so that was a lovely touch. Loved the fact we could see the sea definitely be bedroom and the lounge.
Hosts replied quickly which was great.

The bed was a little too hard for us, but that’s the only thing.

Property near railway station and near late-opening shop for groceries. Arrived to find a pint of full fat milk in the fridge, and ice cubes in the freezer box, thankyou.

Very comfortable, warm and homely.
Plenty of space. Good location.
Was lovely for a longer stay.

Towel hooks in the bathroom, more towels and kitchen towels for long stays and bin liners would have been useful.
Also a more easy way to dispose of rubbish.

Great location, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.

I had to wash the cups in the cupboard which had coffee marks, as not washed properly.
The bin area had a grease line which I just left, so that the cleaning lady would notice it.

Excellent location, minutes away from bars, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. There was plenty of free parking on the road.
Apartment was very clean and well equipped.

Only thing we would suggest is a hook for towels in the bathroom, maybe on the back of the door or wall next to the shower. Not a problem for us but would make taking a shower a bit easier.

There wasn’t a breakfast apartment was self catering.

The check in time on the Sunday was no good we arrived at one o’clock with the checkin was four o’clock which meant we waited 3 hours to get in when it was a key code????? Also you took £20 for damage insurance when we left the apartment was left as we found it really you should refund my card not a very good practice by yourselves a money making scheme very poor indeed.

Firstly the positives - Saltburn is a lovely place and the flat is conveniently located for the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops. The location is reasonably quiet and although it is near the station you could barely hear the trains. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is good. The bedroom is a good size with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage.
Now the negatives - the flat had no washing machine although this has since been removed from the listing.
The sofa is not fit for purpose, the seat cushions have no stuffing. The flat shares the entrance hall and stairs with other residents so it is quite scruffy. There was also a strong smell of "alternative" cigarette smoke especially at night.

More toilet rolls for the price we paid would have been appreciated.

Very good location. Nice to have good quality tv’s in lounge and bedroom.

Not enough cutlery, maybe the entrance, past the front door could be a bit more appealing. Pans, cupboards could be of a better quality. Need to have direct access to the recycling and bin area.

We had a lovely relaxing stay over the bank holiday. The flat was in a perfect spot in easy walking distance of the beach and some lovely local bars and restaurants. It had everything we needed. Really straightforward check in and out and good communication before and during our visit.

In general my stay was good, the place was very quiet and warm, very close to the beach and Sainsbury's. Communication with the host was really quick, and were very keen in sorting out promptly any issues I came across.
