Well appointed comfortable apartment. Bright and well heated- we had to turn the heating down. Easy walking into Scarborough and a Sainsbury's local was very useful just a short walk down Filey Road. Now we have found thus place we will definitely book again

Very lovely place. 5 min walk to the south cliff golf course. 30 min walk to central Scarborough ( but frequent bus service) I will definitely stay here again.

We have just got from apartment 4, absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. Bed comfy, en-suite amazing, the shower is incredible. We did not cook in the kitchen but there is everything you need to cook a decent meal. Parking spot is definitely a bonus. There is some road noise but did not disturb our stay. Host answered all our questions and was very responsive. 30 minutes walk to Scarborough town, quite busy for the time of year. The apartment was nice and cozy when we arrived. Underfloor heating in bathroom 😁. Will definitely book again,highly recommended. Perfect couple of days to recharge and get some sea air.

Great apartment, a lot bigger than we anticipated! It was great to host Christmas Day from. Really well equipped, dishwasher was a nice plus too!! We had a few issues with the apartment eg broken light fitting, broken bathroom door, but Host & Stay responded quickly and even sent out a maintenance technician on Christmas Eve!! Really impressed by the host. The road noise other guests complain about in reviews is barely noticeable.

Lovely apartment, considering its location on a busy road, we both slept extremely well. Only a short walk to the coastal path, beach and Spa theatre. A parking space was a real bonus.

Wanted a stay in Scarborough and somewhere close to the beach for walks . The apartment was top Class, had everything thing we needed . The check in was easy and hassle free . Batteries recharged and job well Done Will be back in 2026

We really enjoyed our stay here. We did have a couple of issues with the balcony door not locking and the handle to the apartment fell off. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to fix the issue that evening but someone did sort it the next day. Great location and spotless apartment. We felt really at home. Kitchen was fully equipped. However, the kitchen scales did not work. The road is very busy and quite noisy even through the night so bring ear plugs! Free parking was handy too! Overall, would recommend this place and would consider staying again if ever visiting Scarborough.

Charlie was very helpful and responsive, answering all our pre arrival questions promptly. The flat was lovely, private and as described, and located a reasonable walking distance from the town, although there were frequent bus services very close by. The only down side was, despite the temperature being late September mid-teen-ish, the flat was often far to warm, even though all the heating was off. This led to us having to leave the windows and balcony doors open for a while after getting back from our travels late afternoon and then, having to leave the windows on the catch overnight resulting in a lot of traffic noise from the road outside. Apart from this our stay was lovely and enjoyable and we would stay again.

Beautifully furnished, very spacious and warm in temperature and feel. Modern, great bed, green sofa could do with replacing as it has become soft, but the other sofa was perfect. We were at the front of the building, but it didn't feel too loud being near the main road and we slept really well. Beautiful dual-aspect with two balconies; it felt light, bright and luxurious. We would definitely stay here again.

Well-equipped, clean, and very good value for money. Would highly recommend. Walkable into Scarborough either into town by Filey Road or via the south bay from the south cliff paths. The online guide for the property was very helpful and a lovely touch.

We had a fantastic four nights at the apartment. One of the best places we have stopped at in over 50 years of going on holiday all over the world. It's certainly a place i will recommend to family and friends.

The place looked really nice and looked exactly as advertised, however, when we visited in June it was around 20 degrees outside and the apartment was almost unbearably hot as the apartment has a lot of glass doors and windows which made it a bit like a greenhouse unfortunately. I’m sure it’d be no problem for a winter stay though!

Lovely property, very well kept, plenty of space. Overall the stay, check in, Comms and handy app/guide for the property was fantastic. It was also very useful to have the availability of an EV charger as the charging network is a little sparse and quite busy. The only 2 slight downsides, firstly if you are a light sleeper, the room faces a fairly busy road and especially if you like to keep your window open, this isn't the best if you are sensitive to noise. Secondly, the blinds in the main bedroom let in alot of light in the morning, it would be great to have to options of some blackout curtains or blinds in addition as we found we were being awoken at 4am onwards most morning due to the bright light. Having said that, some people will have no problem with this, but part 2 should be a relatively easy win to solve. Would recommend everything else highly.

First time staying at the south end. It’s much quieter than the north, but we liked that. The place itself was lovely, exactly as the photos described, but even more space than we expected. The large balcony’s were perfect for a beer in the afternoon sun. The location is about 15 minute walk to the beach. There are not many pubs/places to eat directly next to the property, but it’s a 25 minute into town (turn right out the property and keep walking straight, you can’t miss it) We found a lovely beer place, called Craft, which is well worth a visit.

The apartment was in a great location, very clean and homely. Had everything you would need. Great to have good parking and even a bike store. Very safe and secure premises. All in walking distance to town and beach front. Bus stops just outside too. Nice to have balconys to sit on if weather good. Only slight downside is the main road is very busy so if you're not used to traffic noise can be a bit annoying, especially at night if you want a bedroom window open. But having said that we would be more than happy to stay again, just keep the window shut! 😄

I’ve just returned from a Valentine’s weekend away with my partner, and we were lucky enough to discover this incredible property. The apartment was everything we could have hoped for—private, modern, cosy, and beautifully designed with such a warm and homely atmosphere. Everything felt brand new, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The designated parking spot in the private rear car park was a bonus, and the building itself was so peaceful. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute drive to Scarborough Beach and Peasholm Park. We also took a 40-minute drive to Whitby, which was lovely. However, the highlight of our trip was always returning to the apartment in the evening, curling up, and watching movies. I was also offered an early check-in for a small additional fee, which I would recommend if you have the chance. It made me feel like I’d gained an extra day! I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Had 3 great nights staying at the apartment which was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, was a really great base for us, not too far out of the town so easily within walking distance for us. Dale provided all the information we would need in advance so we had no need to make further contact during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate on returning.

The stay at the apartment was amazing. It had all the necessities we needed, was incredibly clean and homely. Was easy to find and in a great location in Scarborough with lots to do around. The hosts were incredible, they gave clear instructions and had a whole dashboard with thorough information about the area and about the building. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance of the south bay but also has a bus stop outside the property for access to all of Scarborough. We used Boro Cabs also dog friendly and very informative and friendly. Would highly recommend this property and we will definitely use it again. Thank you for a lovely stay

Beautiful, spacious flat. Loved the decoration and furniture. Lovely bathroom and kitchen. Easy check-in. The 2 balconies are great. Be aware that it is next to a busy road, so having the windows open at night is an issue. We missed a washing machine. Given the size of the flat, I am sure it would be possible to install one.

We really enjoyed our stay at Scarborough View luxury apartment. It’s very spacious with two balconies and lovely interior decoration. It’s well kitted out with good quality fixtures and fittings. We slept really well in the comfortable bed. It was the perfect place for a retired couple like us spending a few days in the seaside town of Scarborough. The location is good and there is a bus stop just outside if you don’t feel like walking to the Foreshore, Town Centre or Railway Station.

We spent 3 nights in the apartment in May. As the apartment is not air conditioned all was well as long as the outside temperature was moderate. Opening a window was not an option due to the noise from the main street.
