This was our second visit and we weren’t disappointed! Beautifully appointed apartment with everything we need provided. Comfortable and spacious. The highlight of our 6 day stay was spotting dolphins playing some 100m out to sea. We got to see them close up with the, thoughtfully provided, binoculars.

An apartment to a good standard with modern and well presented facilities with a great outlook and free street parking on the road outside. Location ideal for the coast and North Yorkshire Moors with plenty of transport options and nice walks along the beach. Lots of choice on local restaurants within easy walking distance and friendly and helpful. Host was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. An enjoyable stay and highly recommended if staying in Saltburn.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the flat. The fridge was very dirty. The lounge when we arrived had a funny dirty smell and was full of blow flies. We killed over 15!!! There were more when we got up the next day! The sheets on the bed were full of hair. The bathroom floor was dirty and dusty with dead flies and wood lice. The whole place had a general unclean feeling. I reported the issues & was promised a cleaner would come the next day but no one turned up or contacted us. I do not recommend this flat to anyone!! It spoilt our weekend.

We have an absolutely gorgeous stay in Saltburn. Right on the front, across the beach, could not ask for a more perfect location. Apartment is stunning and has everything you could need. Would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our short break in Salty Bay the apartment was perfectly placed for the sea views and easy walk into town centre. Very quiet spot on an evening so peaceful for sleeping. The apartment is spacious and well furnished with a large comfy bed and great shower. Everything you could need and we would recommend. There were very few negatives, there was no real welcome pack just a few milk sachets not really a problem as I do take things with us but other places we have stayed have supplied milk, biscuits and even wine! All things considered we would happily stay here again.

This was our 5th Airbnb in Saltburn and I have to say it was our favourite so far. Loved the location and the flat suited all our needs. Great courtyard too for dogs.

Apartment as described and in pictures, lots of space comfortable seating, nice welcome pack, clean and tidy. Literally across the road from the beach (down lots of steps) with sea views from the dining table, plenty of parking. 5 minutes walk to all amenities recommend the Butchers.

Me & my partner had a lovely stay here and would definitely come back! A 5 minute walk down the steps to the beautiful beach with great restaurants and pubs surrounding. The free parking was a bonus! The apartment itself was spotless and very cosy and peaceful :) A nice, relaxing couples getaway in a great location, 10/10.

This is a great place to stay, the beach is right across the road, there is plenty of free parking outside and is only a two minute walk to lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and had everything you need. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Saltburn by the sea.

Firstly the actual apartment was stunning with a perfect location but that's where the good review ends. The apartment was unclean with thick layers of dust throughout, it clearly only gets a a surface clean likely taking a matter of minutes between guests. The bathroom mirror was dirty along with the tap. On the throw in the bedroom was a suspicious looking stain, this clearly doesn't get washed between guests( or checked). On the first night I showered and later on during our first evening we then had a maintenance man call twice unexpected at 2030-2045 to notify that the shower was leaking and that we could not use the shower again. My partner had not showered at this point. We were informed we could not shower in the morning and would need to be about in the morning for the shower to be fixed. Disturbed on the first night and unable to shower and again the following morning. I have tried to raise this and communicate this with host and stay and 16 days later have had no contact

The apartment is well appointed and is handy for the beach down the tramway which goes up and down the steep incline which saves time walking down the many steps. The fare is only £2 per trip. The apartment is spacious and the lounge is large with high ceilings and good views out to sea.

Lovely place and stay in Saltburn, so can recommend it - looks better in person than the photos, so overall, a positive experience for the week. Sadly, the management company was disappointing. On the day of check-in, we phoned and politely asked whether there's any possibility of an earlier check-in (2pm rather than 4pm) if the place was ready, or just to drop bags off; something most AirBnB owners are happy to do if it doesn't cause problems with cleaning schedules. In this instance we were greeted with a robust 'you have to pay £30 for anything more than 1hr earlier as you'll have use of the facilities for longer and that's our policy' . Not a great first impression - it's not like you're benefitting from a hotel's spa access! It was mainly clean, but there was considerable dust in some of the clothes drawers which needed wiping out before use and some surfaces had been missed, which is not untypical of AirBNBs, but it could use a deep clean. Coffee machine issue not addressed.

Great location, great views. The apartment was nice, modern and clean. The front door Yale lock was awkward to open. The kitchen tap was broken but still working (so no problem). No dishwasher tablets left. Overall really good though and I’d definitely stay there again.

We came for a 4-day get away an wanted to be near the seaside. Charlie's apartment right above the beach was absolutely perfect. The living space (one room kitchen, living and ding) was perfect size for the two of us and our 2 dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts in the morning and there were enough amazing restaurants and pubs nearby for a noon time pint and/or an evening meal. The Ship Inn was a perfect stop for a pint and the Seaview restaurant has amazing local seafood that did not disappoint. The apartment bedroom had plenty of storage and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom/shower was also very nice but the absolute best part of staying here was the view and closeness to the beach. We spent a large amount of our 4 days on the beach with the dogs. We walked along the beach as far as Marske and while the tide was out, over to Hunt Cliff exploring rock pools and searching for fossils. A 10 out of 10 for the location, the apartment and the host!

This was a stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment in a fantastic location right on the seafront. Parking available within a short distance and sometimes right outside, depending on time of day. Well equipped kitchen.

Great apartment, great location, great views! The main door Yale lock requires attention as it’s not easy to open (you have to really pull the door and turn the key to the right). The apartment door also takes some closing and may need adjusting. I read a few reviews before booking about banging and heard this fairly loudly at 2.30am (no idea what it was but didn’t sound like central heating for example). The apartment was nice and clean, shower was great and we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful couple of days. The only slight issue was being woken at 5am by loud banging which sounded like it was the door, then there was shouting. It was only after we went out that morning we realised that there was a care home next door and one of the residents must have been having an episode. The second night was completely peaceful. Once we realised what the noise was it wasn’t an issue and the location and the flat were just perfect we would book again.

Absolutely stunning seafront apartment - recently renovated with high quality furnishings. We have stayed in many Airbnb's all over the country & this is by far the nicest! And it was dog friendly too! Easy access to the beach (via loads of steps or the funicular) and plenty of bars & places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice flat, high quality and super clean. Lovely location with amazing views. Managed to spot dolphins from the dining table! Great idea having the online guidebook too. Only small negative was the lack of noiseproofing between floors.

Amazing location, right on the see front with amazing views of the sea that the pictures don’t do justice! If you can get up and watch a sunrise; you won’t regret it. Modern, spacious and clean throughout with lovely detail and decor without being cluttered at all. Nice to have a coffee machine. Extra bits like salt and pepper, tea and coffee etc (basic pantry style stuff that you don’t think to pack/buy when staying away) would have been fab. Perhaps they usually do but we had one sachet of coffee and one tea bag! Free parking right outside the as great, we parked up and then didn’t need the car again until check out. Lush that dogs are allowed in such a modern, lovely space. Contact from the host felt quite incessant but perhaps that’s as I’m a low key guest who can manage from one email with all info in and not daily reminders for everything. Would 100% stay here again and/or book with host and stay. Thank you!

Amazing location, right on the seafront. Parking very easy right outside the property. Only a few minutes walk to pubs, restaurants, supermarket, train station and beach. Lovely high ceilings in the property and very spacious.

The apartment is fantastic! Unfortunately there were a few issues in the apartment, damaged fridge door, broken shower tap, no internet, and bin store mess. Maintenance repaired the shower tap but was unable to connect the internet. Fortunately we had great weather so didn’t spend much time in there, it would have been very different if the weather had been bad only having the basic channels on tv. There was no follow up regarding this. In my opinion the three housekeeping issues should have been resolved prior to our arrival, unfortunately the internet is obviously a different issue.

Gorgeous flat furnished to a high quality. Great to have the dogs with us and be trusted with such a high quality place. Booking easy and instructions nice and simple. Only thing I’d pick up on is the insurance costs being mandatory after the booking has been confirmed and should be more explicit as part of the initial booking fee. There is no option to take out/ use own insurance and this should be explicit earlier. If it was, I didn’t see it!

Great location, beautiful property. We were attending a wedding, and everything was within 5 mins of the property. For the size of the bedroom, we would have appreciated a larger bed, but that's personal preference. Beautiful views and well equipped kitchen.

Absolutely beautiful apartment which was extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed during our stay and we enjoyed the lovely views out to the coast. Location was perfect for us, just a 5-10 minute walk to all the main shops, cafes and pubs. 5 minute stroll down to the beach. We enjoyed some longer walks straight from the front door. Parking was free and we had no issues finding a space. The host was great at communicating, responsive to messages and sent over some very helpful information about the area prior to our stay. We will be back!

Fabulous apartment in what must be the best location in Saltburn. The rooms really are as big as they look in the photos. The bay window with its seats overlooking the sea is a stunning feature. We would love to stay here again.

What a great apartment. Warm and cosy with everything you need for your stay. Situated right on the front overlooking the pier. Lounge has a large bay window where you could sit and watch the world go by and stare at the sea to your heart's content. Comfy bed and good shower is always a plus. Parking outside was no problem in November, loads of space. We had a couple of little snags but maintenance turned up within the hour and happily sorted. Would definitely stay here again.
