We wanted somewhere that was within walking distance of Oliver’s mount for the racing and this was it. A 10min walk got us to the bottom of the mount and a little bit longer to get to our viewing spot perfect! It was within easy walking distance to many of the restaurants etc and the seafront. Plenty of shops within easy distance for obtaining supplies The accommodation was clean and just as described with a lovely little courtyard. A nice little touch was the milk, croissants and biscuits and the welcome card on our arrival. Would definitely stay here again if coming back down to the motorcycle racing

Good location, walkable to the front and town. Good road networks to other places of intetest. Accommodation was clean, airy and well equipped. Some bathroom Samples in a basket would have been welcomed. However, there was milk and supplies left on arrival, which was nice The parking space was a godsend as its all pay and display down the road A quiet, private and homely place to stay

Nice peaceful stay and property exactly as described and everything spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Good location if have a car. Good sized private car parking and easy access to road network. Easy 15 minutes walk into town centre. For eating out, would highly recommend Askins (1st class Turkish / mez) and Giannis (Brilliant family run traditional Italian. Much more than pizza / pasta. My Sicilian sea bass was fantastic).

Everything inside was in excellent condition. The circular wrought iron staircase was a beautiful touch. Not something you see every day. It did take us a little effort to figure out the heating system, but once we did we could control it just fine. The fireplace in the bathroom was another unique touch. I have never seen that before.

We had the perfect stay in Scarborough! The courtyard was perfect, peaceful and just what we needed. We were in Scarborough for a wedding and wanted the extra space to get ready and have our own space. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Spotlessly clean, quirky with the spiral staircase and had absolutely everything and anything we could have needed. The owner even brought bread, milk, biscuits and a personalised card which was unexpected but so kind and thoughtful. We would not hesitate to recommend the courtyard and will stay here again. A home away from home!

Lovely spacious accommodation for 2 of us plus our fur baby. Short walk into the town which has some great places to eat. Would recommend Cayton Beach as a great place to take dogs. Overall a great short break.

Beautiful Airbnb, it was immaculately clean and some really lovely personal touches were left. Bed was super comfy, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Scarborough. Met the host on arrival, who was really kind.

Great apartment, spacious and homely,parking on the front drive, 10 minute walk from the seafront has everything you need, lovely stay, the host even let us check in early and left a little welcome pack and card which was a nice touch. Thank you, we will certainly be returning again !

A great base in easy walking distance of town centre and beach. Very clean house and arrival and departure made very easy. Really well equipped and comfortable. Safe enclosed area for our dog and even a few extra toys for his use in the shed. Only tiny point for improvement would be to oil the hinges on the bathroom door as very squeaky and noisy in the middle of the night, but that can be easily rectified. Overall a lovely stay.

Great place and a short walk to Seafront etc. Everything was as described and the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. Great living room / kitchen with very comfy coach and plenty of seating. Only comment would be for those taking dogs. The courtyard is very secure and private but it is all stone flags so if you have dogs that prefer to do their business on grass etc then you will have to go walkies but there are some good grassed areas within a 5 minute walk. Overall perfect for our short break with our dogs in Scarborough.

A beautiful, spacious, well decorated and furnished house in short walking distance to Scarborough beach front and the main strip of cafes, restaurants, fish & chip take away’s and the arcades. Parking on the beach front is doable although traffic is slow, so it’s definitely quicker to walk down from the house. Cayton Bay is a short drive which is perfect for dogs - they’re allowed full access to the beach off-lead all year round. There’s also free on-street parking and a pay & display car park at this beach. The info pack in the house has parking discs - although we weren’t sure where these were eligible for but it’s very handy to have them :-). The house was clean, quiet, quirky. Very well equipped and we enjoyed the games selection on a rainy afternoon. Parking up is easy and the private, secure garden was perfect for our dog to enjoy. There’s a smart TV with a Netflix account for the guests to use which is a brilliant touch. You feel safe and cosy in this property.

Lovely apartment. Blinds are thin so very bright in the bedroom in the morning. Also couldn’t open the windows due to noisy seagulls, but that’s what you expect at the seaside ! But a fan would be helpful in the room. Also would have found an iron and ironing board a welcome addition. I had messaged prior to arrival but didn’t receive a response, so took my own iron . The constant reminders leading up to checkout weren’t necessary and I felt pressured to “get out” and 10am with the expectation of leaving the apartment as you found it felt a little early , just took the edge of a really lovely stay .

I enjoyed a brilliant weekend (with my dog!) at The Courtyard. Lovely set up with lots of space and a sun-soaked courtyard for morning coffee and an evening beer. Also very useful for drying out swimming kit after being in the sea. Easily walkable to south bay and the old town. The welcome pack of food was amazing, so I didn’t have to immediately head to the shops, could relax and have a cuppa. Thanks so much.
