lovely place. Very well located for easy access to Harrogate town centre. parking nearby. One slight disappointment, I wasn't expecting an additional unavoidable charge for insurance to cover my stay this should really form part of the overall price advertised on Abnb. Please check the T's&C's before booking (I did not).

A beautiful place in a highly convenient location. Had an issue with the parking. Listing stated off street parking and / or street parking available with permit, however the permit was out of date. Was told to use a public car park. However if this was the case I would not have booked for the price stated. I did report this issue and was apologised to.

Really conveniently placed for Harrogate. Walkable to town, train station, supermarket. Excellently appointed with top quality furnishings and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Parking disc helpful for loading/unloading too.

We stayed at two properties managed by Host & Stay. The apartment in Harrogate was excellent. The apartment in Whitby was inferior to Harrogate. We suffered with central heating problems at the apartment in Whitby, but to be fair we received quick responses from Host & Stay. It was fixed the following day.

Perfect little apartment in Harrogate! Ideal location: with near by parking, loads of cafes, restaurants, bars & and Asda 2 mins round the corner! Home from home :) we felt very comfortable and relaxed! Everything we needed with little quirks! We would 100% return & recommend!:)

Great apartment. Very neat, clean and Dog friendly. Home away from home. Very peaceful bedroom, although I think the boiler could be located elsewhere in the flat. Bathroom was immaculate with a good modern powerful shower (over a bath) The lounge kitchen diner is large and was very comfortable and well furnished. It is on a reasonably busy road but we did not find this an issue at all. Only 3 hour parking but some good local car parks. Close to all Harrogate has to offer. We would book again.

Second time staying here. Felt like I was at home, beautiful place, very clean and fresh, bed is so comfy. TVs are brand new and it has a lovely vibe to it as well as being in a great location.

The property was in a good location for walking to Harrogate town. It was clean and presentable but in need of attention in some areas. The blinds in the bedroom could not be pulled up as the pull cords were broken. The toilet cystern was not efficient and did not flush well. The toilet also had to be left a while between uses or would not flush. There were no oven gloves to remove hot items from the oven. Also no recycling facility. The property was advertised as having a parking permit for parking for up to 3 hours outside the property. There was no disc permit in the property, just a Harrogate Borough Council piece of paper which expired 15 months previously. We discussed this with Host and Stay who were helpful but could not provide a parking disc. We had to source this ourselves from town. There is also a car park approx 10 minutes walk away. It is harder to discuss issues with a company looking after a property than an owner and I will bear this in mind for future bookings.

A beautiful stylishly decorated flat less than 5 minutes walk to the shops / centre. Location was ideal and the bedroom was at the back so it was very quiet and dark. Parking outside the flat was easy later on. Initially we parked in a carpark a few minutes walk away which was cheap for a few hours and no issue. Communication was excellent. I have given this place an overall rating of 4 stars given the price and expectation based on that. We found the pillows to be hard and the bed did have a mattress topper but wasn't super comfy. This could be just our view as bed comfiness is personal. The place is service managed to a v. high standard but missed a few things I would call the personal touch - no shower gel despite saying "bathroom essentials" included. No air fresher or diffusers for additional pleasant smell especially in the bathroom with no window and no champagne flutes. Little things that if it was being personally managed would have been picked up on that would make this 5*

AirBnB’s communications carried an incorrect address which was only corrected after contacting Host &Stay after we arrived in the vicinity. This seems to be a long standing problem as we saw a note about this displayed on the door of the listed address who were obviously being continually pestered by previous guests. Although the outer door key safe code had been provided, there was an internal key code lock for which the code had not been provided so this required a second call to Host & Stay. On booking there was no mention of the deposit scheme. Once booked we were required to either spend an additional £15 on a damage insurance policy or provide a £250 deposit with a non-refundable £10 admin fee. This needs to be made clear before booking. The deposit was not repaid until 11 days after we left the property! I would be reluctant to stay at a property managed by Host & Stay again.

Great location near Harrogate town centre, very walkable with lots of restaurants, coffee shops etc nearby, as well as Harrogate bus & train station. We stayed 2 weeks and although the flat was stocked with supplies including washing machine/dishwasher tablets, soap, toilet roll, tea bags and coffee etc there was not enough for the entire time that we were there and we needed to buy more from Asda (which was very close by). The flat was clean and tidy when we arrived, except for a used bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door (which was probably an oversight). The only issue we had was that the fuse for plugs in the back of the flat kept tripping periodically, and we fixed this by flipping the switch back on in the fuse box. This happened a few times and was a bit annoying. Host and Stay was very responsive, proactive with helpful information and also arranged for someone to drop off basics that we ran out of while we were staying (e.g. bin liners).

Beautiful apartment, just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to the top end of Harrogate shops. Great being dog friendly and lovely walks and parks nearby. Had a few issues but response was quick from Host & Stay and easily resolved. The only major issue was parking - can only park outside with a permit for 3 hours a day. The nearby car park is 70p an hour if you can get a space, and more for the other car parks further away. Not so bad for a few days but a considerable extra cost and inconvenience for a week or more.

A beautiful apartment just a stone's throw from Harrogate City Centre. It's extremelywell decorated and comfortable with the best stocked kitchen of any airbnb I've stayed in. Would highly recommend as a base from which to explore.

Such a comfortable flat in a great location - easy walking distance of town, the train station etc. There's no noise at all from neighbours, so we slept very well in the very comfortable bed. The sofa in the living room is also really comfy, and we spent a good amount of time in front of the massive TV (much bigger than our own). The kitchen was modern and well equipped, bathroom also decent. We took our little dog and she loved the place, which is surely the highest recommendation of all. Would definitely stay there again, and I hope we get the chance to.

A lovely apartment right next to the centre of Harrogate, clean and spacious with lovely interior/decor. Our only issue is we would have liked later check out as 10am was a bit of a struggle with a baby but would stay again still!

We had a lovely time staying at Green View Harrogate. The accommodation was just as described and seemed even better on arrival. The bed was nice and comfortable as was the settee and the apartment was warm throughout. When we return to Harrogate we will stay here again….. definitely !!!

Lovely apartment, idyllic location. The whole place was spotless, cosy and stylish. Felt right at home as soon as arrived, pint of milk ready in the fridge was a lovely touch! Right in the centre of Harrogate so can walk to anywhere with no issue, very close to train station too (walking distance) - would love to stay again and maybe travel via train (parking outside 3 hours then need to source carpark for the foreseeable - but lots of these around!) 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you :)

Excellent property in a great location to explore Harrogate. The fact that it is dog friendly is an extra bonus. There is plenty of space in the apartment to relax and unwind. A good find which we would certainly recommend.

The most beautiful apartment in such a perfect spot! Check-in was extremely easy and throughout the stay, the hosts were exceptional communicators; answering our messages within minutes and always being on standby for any queries. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous - we never wanted to leave! The bed is honestly the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in and the whole place was utter comfort and style. Such a convenient location - only a 2 minute walk into the centre and we also managed to park outside the property for the duration. As a whole, the stay was perfect and faultless. We will definitely be back :) Recommend takeouts: Haks - best Chinese in Harrogate Cardamom Black - most delicious Indian. (Must order the chicken waziri tacos!) Zizi’s - scrumptious Italian

Lovely furnished flat in a great location to explore the town, you can comfortably getting about walking to all the shops and eating places. ASDA is on hand to get any items you need. Parking is not a problems in the local streets using the pass supplied.

A very clean , warm & comfortable apartment which is ideal for getting into the centre of Harrogate. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the centre. There is also a Asda supermarket nearby Only downside was that you can’t park your car outside the property for more than 3 hours during the day till 6pm. Also you need to get a disc to be able to park in the zone outside the flat. There is a car park 5 mins away from the flat & it’s only 70p an hour which was good.

The apartment is really well presented and very comfortable. The communication was great, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in easy walking distance of Harrogate centre and 10 mins drive from Knaresborough. Make sure you bring shampoo and note that the street parking is a disc zone with limited hours, we had to park in a car park 2 mins walk away which was only £7 for 24 hours
