Orchard Barn was exactly as shown in the photos, with everything you need for a few days away. Lovely location with good access to either the coast or local amenities and road network. Faultless stay and we will definitely return sometime in the future to explore the area further.

The property and location were exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, the host is not UK-based and immediately asks guests to complete an external check-in form requesting personal details, along with separate terms and conditions outside Airbnb. These include threats of extra charges for damage and promote an additional paid “damage waiver”. No pre-existing damage record is provided, and guests must report everything on arrival or risk being billed. The evening before checkout, a strict reminder is sent warning that even a minute’s delay may incur a charge. After contacting Airbnb, I was told these external terms and requests aren’t enforceable under Airbnb policy. The property is lovely, but the host’s extra requirements make the stay feel like a total scam!

Host & Stay went the extra mile following an issue we had with another Airbnb advertised property not hosted by them. With help from Airbnb we chose a Host & Stay managed property near to our orignal Airbnb. Airbnb and Host & Stay were falseless in helping us move to the new property. I would not hesitate to recommend to others a property managed by Host & Stay. The quality of the property and its location was excellent

The place was great! Beautifully quiet location on the edge of an apple meadow. From here you can do good activities, sightseeing or go to the sea. You are not completely alone on the property and feel well cared for and safe because of it. The amenities and furnishings of the accommodation are exactly as shown in the photos and very pleasant to use.

we had a very pleasant stay in the Orchard Barn. it was a nice two-room stay with a modern kitchen and bathroom, equipped with all comforts. it was wonderfully quiet. the residence was on the residential grounds of the owners, but you had plenty of privacy. if you want to do things in the area, a car is recommended. only disadvantage was that the sofa sagged a bit and the bed was very soft (but that is also a matter of taste) all in all, had a wonderful holiday!

My little family loved are short stay here! Very homely, cosy and beautifully presented. It can be difficult travelling with a little one, arriving to a lovely warm and clean property really helped! She also highly recommends the shower.

Very nice place to stay. Away from everything. Only difficulty was driving up and down the road trying to call as there was no service other than that it was a great peaceful stay. Will be coming back again in the future!

We loved the stay in the Orchard Barn. This was a beautiful place, plenty of room to move. For us the location was perfect, 7 nights in the county side, so relaxing. The accommodation was as per the pictures, very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful little barn in a quite location, everything you need for a perfect get away. Hosts communication was great and made to feel very welcome :) Would definitely recommend !
