The space
On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen and dining room as well as a patio and a private balcony. Fully equipped with modern appliances, the stylish kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals with your loved ones. Double doors open out to an enclosed patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine.Head up to the first floor and you’ll find the living room. This is a bright and airy room featuring comfy sofas and a flat screen TV so it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
One Mulgrave Place has six bedrooms in total. Five of the bedrooms boast king size beds and the sixth bedroom is a twin, which can also be made up as one bed upon request if this is more suitable for your stay. Every bed is dressed with premium bedding and luxury linens, the perfect combination for a restful night sleep.
The first floor bedroom has an ensuite shower room and direct access to a private balcony. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor and both have ensuite shower rooms. The second bedroom also boasts direct access to a balcony and the third bedroom features a traditional bathtub in the room.
You’ll find the fourth and fifth bedrooms on the next floor up. The fourth bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The family bathroom is also located on this floor and includes a large walk-in shower, WC and basin.
The final twin bedroom is located on the top floor and has great views of the Whitby rooftops.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property.The keys to One Mulgrave Place are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
We provide a parking scratch card for your stay which gives you free parking in the W zones.

Great place, perfectly suited for a large group of people. All bedrooms are a great size and just to be able to sit as a family and have breakfast together round a large table was amazing. Every possible thing you would need is there - you don’t need to take anything with you.
Location was also excellent, just a short walk from the harbour and shops. It’s quite hilly and we had two 80+ year olds with us but they managed just fine.
Lovely coffee and breakfast sandwiches at Stokers directly beneath and great value hearty food and entertainment at The Granby just fifty yards away (but you need to book a table to avoid
disappointment).
To summarise, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

What a fabulous place to stay. We were a family group from all over the UK and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room very light and airy. Great position for getting around Whitby. Had delicious meals at the Fisherman’s Wife and A Passage to India. Would definitely recommend staying and will come back again.
