The space
No.12 is a first-floor apartment with an open-plan living room, dining, and kitchen layout. The living room boasts two comfy sofas and a modern wall-mounted Smart TV to stream your favourite apps and watch TV shows.

The dining area features a traditional wooden table and chairs.

The kitchen complements the space well with white cupboards, accented by black and white appliances such as the toaster, kettle and microwave. The apartment comes complete with all crockery, pots, and pans for cooking at home, along with a fridge, oven, and hob.

The master bedroom features a double bed with blue soft furnishings. The second bedroom offers a twin bed, ideal for children and solo members of your party. This has been a brilliant stay. It had everything that we needed. The treats are a lovely addition. It’s rare to get somewhere with parking and so close to everything. Definitely will book again to visit Northumberland. It’s a good price too. Great that it’s a 3 minute walk to Barter Books, only another couple of minutes to Alnwick gardens, Lidl or the centre. It’s also a great base to explore further out. We enjoy visiting Seahouses and Bamburgh.

A very comfortable modern 2 bedroomed apartment with combined living/dining/kitchen. includes parking. One flight of well lit stairs to first floor apartment. very peaceful but only 5 to 10 minute walk into centre of Alnwick. Well equipped kitchen. Alnwick is a good location to explore Northumberland from, but is also a lovely market town with a great choice of bars, restaurants, independent shops and a theatre.
