The space
No.12 is a first-floor apartment with an open-plan living room, dining, and kitchen layout. The living room boasts two comfy sofas and a modern wall-mounted Smart TV to stream your favourite apps and watch TV shows.

The dining area features a traditional wooden table and chairs.

The kitchen complements the space well with white cupboards, accented by black and white appliances such as the toaster, kettle and microwave. The apartment comes complete with all crockery, pots, and pans for cooking at home, along with a fridge, oven, and hob.

The master bedroom features a double bed with blue soft furnishings. The second bedroom offers a twin bed, ideal for children and solo members of your party. Beautiful space with all the amenities you'd need. Me and my mum loved it as a base to explore from. Perfectly located for driving to many of the tourist spots within 30 mins and Alnwick center was only a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend 😊

A cosy flat excellently positioned in Alnwick. Parking spot a bonus and welcome pack appreciated. Everything as described in listing. My only critisism, (and this is a personal preference) is that the single beds were VERY hard and consequently uncomfortable for those that had to sleep in them. On the up side the double was perfect!!

We had a great time, the apartment was well equipped and very short distance to pubs/bars and restaurants. So much to see and do in this area we will return.

This apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Alnwick on foot and for exploring the area with your car. The private parking provided makes a big difference. Although very central, the apartment is in a very quiet building and peaceful and safe area and very quiet during the night so one can get a restful sleep.l No. 12 is tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. it has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of snacks and drinks, The beds and bedding are comfortable and clean and has a great shower.. There are towels and amenities in the bathroom. The hosts are kind, corteous, proactive and quick to respond to any querry. Great communication and recommendations. Apartment no 12 is walking distance to Alnwick Castle, Barter Books, the museum, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shopping. We highly recommend this apartment if you are planning to spend a few days or a few weeks in Northumberland.
