Great location with easy access, we parked close by to off load (42 stairs to top floor but you got used to it) and there are plenty of car parks. Shower faulty but was rectified next day. Apartment is in the middle of Scarborough so lots to do and good views of the harbour. Some responses appeared ‘AI’ but that’s quite common if not a little impersonal.

The apartment itself was lovely and in a perfect locaton however we had issues with the shower (faulty thermostatic valve) which was stuck on 1 tempature and that was scolding hot and the maintenance guy who came evening time the following day was unable to fix the issue, so had to go without a shower for the 3 days we was staying. We also reported that in the 2nd bedroom there was no blinds or curtains fitted (blind fittings was present but no blinds i.e the blinds was removed for whatever reason and no replaced) so when the sunrise came up at 5am it woke the children straight away. This issue was raised twice but host and stay didnt resolve the issue just apologised and that was all. Overal would have been a great stay apart from the issues raised and wasnt sorted. I would have thought that these issues would have been picked up on or noticed when cleaning and preparing the apartment for our stay but clearly not.

This was a really lovely apartment in an excellent location just 1 minute walk from the beach. The apartment was very modern, clean and tidy on arrival. We were sent a really helpful guide on arrival. The layout is great and the shower is fantastic. I highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment, very homely but modern, in an excellent location. Host was very helpful and instructions were clear so apartment was easy to locate and access. Only negatives I have are the wi-fi was poor, so the tv’s and our devices would not connect properly. There was also no blind in one of the bedrooms, so it was bright early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep. Other than that we had a fantastic time, well worth the money and we would definitely stay again.

The location is great - literally right by the seafront. Unfortunately its proximity to the seafront meant it was incredibly loud pretty much constantly with traffic and people shouting on the street outside. Worst of all there are seagulls nesting on the windowsills opposite and they screeched constantly. It was impossible to sleep with the windows open (noise levels better with windows closed but not perfect) and as we stayed in summer it was boiling hot with windows shut. No fans were provided - would strongly recommend hosts consider this. Essentially, bring ear plugs! It was excellently maintained and very clean and generally well stocked however I’d say that it would be better more than one towel per person (ie a hair towel in addition to a bath towel), washing up liquid and more than one loo roll could be provided. The host did drop these off when asked! Note it’s up three flights of stairs (no lift) with stairs inside too, so not great for those with reduced mobility.

An exceptional stay from beginning to end. The property is ideally located, less than a minute’s walk from both the beach and a range of local shops and amenities. Parking is conveniently situated just across the street, and access via the keysafe was seamless and straightforward. The interior is tastefully designed, striking the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered — from the beautiful furnishings to the overall layout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was both luxurious and beautifully appointed. This was truly a standout accommodation. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-located, stylish, and restful retreat.

The accommodation was beautifully decorated and very close to the marina in Scarborough, but it was very noisey and therefore we had very disturbed sleep because of the amount of seagulls nesting at close proximity. Lovely apartment. Clear communication but was frustrated with having to pay an additional damage waiver prior to arrival.

Superb location for a traditional British seaside holiday with kids. The apartment is fitted out to a high standard, clean and well furnished. The roof terrace is great - albeit shared. Superb shower. Reality check - Six flights of stairs may prove too much for some. Nearby parking is very limited unless arriving early or late. Cutlery is in a drawer within a drawer and easily missed. Strangely for an apartment for four, there are only three dining chairs and a very small table. Avoid if seagulls annoy you - it is their domain and they are noisy. We enjoyed them. Summary Highly recommended

Beautiful accommodation, the apartment was well kept and very spacious. We stayed with 2 children and a baby. We took our own travel cot and had plenty of room. The views from our living room and bedroom were lovely looking onto the harbour and the view from the top floor was amazing. We felt very comfortable and at home for the 4 nights that we stayed. I would highly recommend staying here for a family fun filled seaside stay :) Will be coming back again next year and staying here if the dates are free.

What can I say…? It’s all been said by previous guests. Immaculate property, tastefully furnished, looked exactly like the pics and as described. Fantastic base for exploring the many beautiful nearby landmarks, Flamborough, Robin Hood’s Bay, The Cleveland Way and Whitby, etc. Unfortunately, one downside, again, as mentioned in previous reviews…, the nesting seagulls! During our midweek stay, 4th to 6th July, there were around 30 gulls (and their new born chicks) , perched on ledges feet from the apartments’ living room windows. They were incredibly vocal from 4 am until late evening. Sleep was pretty much impossible. It goes without saying, my partner and I expected seagulls and their normal chorus but this was another level. Sorry to put a damper on things but it needed to be said. Steve

The location is AMAZING!!! We have enjoy our time! It’s literally 30sec from the beach. The view of the terrace is breathtaking. You can walk for almost everywhere. The kitchen are nice glasses like for champagne really have enjoy that. But the rest if you wanna cook bring stuff from home. We have find the place lovely wanna come back for the view

Great location. Would recommend. No free onsite parking is abit of a downside but the car park across the road is close. Just have to make sure to be there early or not the weekend as can sometime struggle to get a space

This apartment is a little more expensive than the competition on Airbnb but the location is great and the place is very modern and spotless. I would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a high standard. The only issue was the level of seagull noise at 5am but had read this in a previous review so was expecting it. Car park opposite was handy but very tight for large cars. Pay on ring go app means any unused minutes from 6pm carry over into the morning after 9am when it’s back onto a chargeable time.

We really enjoyed this apartment. The location is perfect and everything is furnished (tea, coffee, etc.) maybe just some games for children could be added. And we confirmed, the shower is really top !

A wonderful apartment in the centre of Scarborough. Very clean, modern and spacious. It does have a bit of the wow factor with the views of the harbour. The only two downside to the property is the fact there is no o street parking as stated. It’s all double yellow lines so you do have to pay and display in the car park opposite and it can get extremely busy. Secondly the seagulls! I must admit I saw another review mentioning the seagulls and laughed it off but it’s no laughing matter. If you are staying in the double room at the front of the property take some ear plugs otherwise the seagulls will keep you awake until it’s dark and wake you up at dawn. I have never heard seagulls so loud. Apart from that our stay was wonderful and I would recommend to families or couples who are wanting a central place to stay for a few nights.

Stayed for four nights over the New Year period and had a wonderful time. The apartment is fantastic, a real home from home and such a brilliant location right on the seafront that meant we could watch the New Years Eve fireworks right for the roof terrace!

The apartment itself is great, newly renovated to a high standard, very comfortable beds and a social living space. The shower was particularly good! Also, a perfect location for all local attractions. One downside was the lack of sound proofing. The noise coming from the seagulls at night was very loud, particularly a problem if u have a baby. As most people have commented before, the parking situation isn’t ideal. £9 a day which isn’t too bad, however, it’s a very busy car park and if u have a big suv or an estate car, most of the spaces aren’t really big enough. A massive highlight for me was the roof terrace, fantastic space and as we were blessed with good weather, we ate and drank up there most of the time. Overall, we had a great stay!

The flat was immaculate, clearly very recently refurbished to a high standard. Comfortable beds, good shower and an easy to use coffee machine. It is located right next to the West Pier so a perfect location for those looking to stay in a busy, bustling area. The roof terrace is a lovely place for morning coffees or evening drinks with a fantastic view of the harbour and the castle.

This is clever modern development of three excellent flats with a great roof terrace, virtually on South Beach. We had the top floor flat which meant plenty of stairs to reach it but the best light and views once there. Also meant we were somewhat higher above the noisiness that is Scarborough on a bank holiday weekend. Parking is a challenge. Arriving by train would be sensible. There is no street parking beyond forty minutes (despite what the information says) and all the car parks are pricey.
