The space
Jubilee Close is a lovingly converted barn, featuring traditional wooden beams and homely interiors.Upon entering Jubilee Close, you will find a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals at home. The dining area features a wooden dining table and chairs, seating four. Cook up a storm in the kitchen and enjoy around the table with your loved ones, or order in and dine casually with your favourite show on the tv.
The living area features two leather sofas and a flat-screen TV with traditional beams overhead, the ideal spot for relaxing after a day of exploring.
You can access the private patio area to the front of the property, through the double doors from the living room. On those sunny summer days, let the fresh air flood in whilst making the most of your home from home.
Sharing the ground floor is the first Double bedroom and the family bathroom. The bedroom features ceiling-height windows, looking out onto the private patio. The bed is dressed in high-quality bedding and fresh white linens.
The bathroom is a modern, white space featuring a bath with an overhead shower, a basin and WC.
If you are looking for a peaceful break, with a short journey to the coast; we highly recommend Jubilee Close.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe box and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.

This is a lovely property that has been renovated to a very high standard. Just over the road from a small supermarket. 10 minutes drive from a beach.
The lack of crockery. No small plates or bowls. Only 4 cups. No plastic containers to use in the microwave. It’s frustrating to have to eat a sandwich off a baking tray.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
