This is a great property, I would highly recommend. We stayed on a family trip, 9 adults and two children. The property is comfortable and spacious with plenty of kitchen essentials. The location is great, just a short into the town. Thanks for a great stay!

A really gorgeous, well maintained property in a great location. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy. All the attractions were within easy walking distance. The hottub was a highlight. Hosts communication was friendly and consistent throughout. The downsides were only one parking space provided for a house that fits 12 guests. Also there was no flexibility on check in/check out times without paying extra. For the amount we paid I feel they could have been more accommodating in this regard. But overall a good stay.

Had a brilliant stay in Whitby, the house was perfect for a group trip away. The house was clean and accurate to the description. The location was brilliant as everything was in walking distance. Would definitely recommend

This was a great house for a stay for a large group of people. Generally clean and well equipped. Parking is limited in the street and the parking permit provided is only for one vehicle for the duration of your stay. With accommodation for such a large group this does not cater for all parties and therefore alternative parking is required at extra cost.

A great stay. The house is large, spacious and well maintained. It suited our party of 12 well. The house was clean and modern. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, plates etc. All of the bedrooms had a lot of room and the beds were comfy. There are enough bathrooms for everyone. There is lots to do within walking distance, it's in a good location. The only downside for us was the parking. For 12 guests we were only given 1 parking pass and we had 3 cars between us. Would recommend this place and we would return here.

We loved our stay at this property, it is a lovely house and the hot tub was well maintained. They had a good stock of the "essentials" - toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, toiletries etc. which not all airbnbs provide - thank you so much for the stay!

Nice accommodation, easy to find. Little to no parking. When we turned up and exploring the house and garden I found 3 piles of dog mess from the previous guests. Also found some McDonald’s like chips in the bathroom just on the floor, also rubbish around the hot tub. Very poor cleaning for an expensive accommodation

We travelled from Devon to Whitby to meet family who all stayed here. It was great. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk to the harbour front and a car park not very far. The rooms are very spacious and the beds really comfortable. Loved the little touches like clean towels for everyone and complimentary shower gels, shampoo and soaps.

Definitely not luxurious with wall paper missing and painted over and patched up with different wall paper also. Needs so TLC on paintwork and sofa in the back room had stains. The outside lighting was a joke about 20 solar lights and only one working and the actual light outside was a bright as a match. For what we paid there is definitely better out there . We booked for 6 days over Christmas and was given a two day parking permit which is only for one car so everyone else staying had to park elsewhere and to get the additional permits after a call to AirBNB and numerous messages finally arrived. The bed in front 1st floor slates on the bed were missing thankfully at the bottom of the bed. Also a stay for six night and given a “starter pack” of 2 bin bags 2 dishwasher tabs and 1 toilet roll per bathroom found for the money paid a poor service. We had to clean the washing machine as it was filthy in the draw. The property needs some renovation and better care on cleaning.

We had such a lovely time. It comfortably fits 12 people and I’d say it was even nicer than the photos. The hot tub was ready for us when we got there which topped off the whole stay.

A lovely house with plenty space and bathroom facilities for our family party of 9 people. Well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was very popular. Good location, within easy walking distance of the beach, park, museum and shops. A quiet street.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Had the full family there and there was more than enough room for us all. Well kitted out kitchen with enough cutlery, plates & glasses. Lots of board games. TV in the living room has no aerial but access to Netflix & YouTube. Hot tub was clean, warm & ready when we got there. Fairly steep walk back up from town but more than manageable. Can’t wait to come back 😁 Many Thanks Tom

We had a great stay at Allium house. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a social living room. We didn't take a car but there was space outside the house for one and a parking permit was left for us. A short walk down the street and there are plenty of shops and a good pub called the granby where we went for a good breakfast one morning. It's around a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We have already said we would love to book again!

The house was nice and well equipped. We had an issue with no parking permits being left. Upon arrival I spoke to someone and I have since spoken to the same person several times but still awaiting a response. No parking permits were provided as advised, I was then told they would refund the cost of parking, only to be told the next day this would not be the case. Parking in Whitby is a bit of a nightmare and expensive, so being told a parking permit would be provided was one of the reasons we picked the property. I am quite disappointed with the lack of response from my several emails.
