On arriving at the property I messaged the host for the code for the lockbox. 4 hours later I decided to call only to be told it was inside a link I could access on the messages. On opening the link it told me to check my emails for the code, I did not receive said link. Aside from the nightmare checking in, the property was clean and clutter free with close proximity to the train station and town centre.
