At the time, the front door was very difficult to open, and the 24 hour emergency number wasn't answered. It was only because someone came out that I was able to get in. The door has now been mended (found out on my last day)

El apartamento N. 3 está situado en la planta calle del edificio pero realmente está en el sótano (al abrir la puerta apenas hay descansillo y las escaleras son empinadas con peldaños muy pequeños y sin pasamanos, es muy fácil caerse; además, no tiene luz al acceder al apartamento).
El apartamento estaba limpio, pero la zona exterior donde están las llaves estaba llena de basura y olía mal, además de la entrada (el suelo lleno de papeles).
La puerta de entrada al edificio no cerraba bien, y el apartamento N. 3 tiene una salida a un patio, cuya cerradura tampoco funcionaba (daba la sensación de dormir con la puerta abierta).
Tuve un problema con la caja de seguridad de las llaves y la empresa que gestiona el apartamento me dio pocas soluciones: muchos correos y mucho seguimiento, pero desde una oficina, sin solución local.

Clean and good value for money

Stairs were treacherous and felt unsafe. Only one mirror which was in the bathroom. No blind on the door so very bright early in the morning. No flexibility we were only there for 1 night so from check in at 4pm to check out at 10am, I requested an early check in as we were at an event that started at 1.30 but were told no. I asked if it was possible just to leave our luggage (one nights stay so minimal) and was told no. At that point if we had been entitled to a refund we would have cancelled

Liked the close proximity to train station, shops and town centre. The room was nice and clean. When we had a problem with the plumbing it was dealt with promptly. Liked the ease of check in but would have appreciated a place to put our luggage as we had to wait from the time of arriving by train to actual check in which was 4pm so we could do some exploring around the town.

It would have been nice to have a toaster to have toast with a cup of tea in the mornings. It would have been nice to have a little table and 2 chairs to sit at to eat meals. The option of another pillow would have also been great. I didn't like that the rubbish bin outside the front door was overflowing and by the time we left bags were on the ground.

Modern and location is good.

Bed had been slept in and not made! Towels on the bathroom floor and rubbish still left on the floor. Housekeeping had clearly not been in! Blinds do not cover the windows so bright sunlight and not dark at night.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good.

I was given the address and a key safe code, but there were 5 unmarked key safes. I tried all of them but some would not open. I telephoned but the first 2 options went to answerphone in the middle of the afternoon. I tried option 4 and spoke to someone who just told me what I already knew. I eventually got the top key safe open and got the key.
The front door would not lock.
My room was on the ground floor very close to the pavement and road. The room was very warm 25C with no way to cool it down. Opening the windows was difficult because of the blinds and this let more noise in from cars parking outside and traffic going past. The wash basin was loose, as was the shower head holder. There were no obvious tea spoons but on the last day I found some small ones inside some plastic beakers.
I was woken up early every morning as people in the other 4 rooms left the property as my room was nearest the front door.

A limpeza, a cama é muito confortável, o espelho do banheiro, o chuveiro muito bom.

Sugestão: Falta persianas na lateral da janela, isso é ruim quando amanhece dá muita claridade no quarto. O aquecedor do quarto não suporta quando está muito frio, o quarto fica gelado.

Central location near rail station, street parking or rail station carpark across the road.

Noisy occupants of the unit across hallway kept us awake till 3am each night.

No wonder this place doesn’t have that much of the reviews as they are slow to respond and also you have to pay extra £25 on top of your initial payment. Not recommended for those on tight budget.
