At the time, the front door was very difficult to open, and the 24 hour emergency number wasn't answered. It was only because someone came out that I was able to get in. The door has now been mended (found out on my last day)

El apartamento N. 3 está situado en la planta calle del edificio pero realmente está en el sótano (al abrir la puerta apenas hay descansillo y las escaleras son empinadas con peldaños muy pequeños y sin pasamanos, es muy fácil caerse; además, no tiene luz al acceder al apartamento).
El apartamento estaba limpio, pero la zona exterior donde están las llaves estaba llena de basura y olía mal, además de la entrada (el suelo lleno de papeles).
La puerta de entrada al edificio no cerraba bien, y el apartamento N. 3 tiene una salida a un patio, cuya cerradura tampoco funcionaba (daba la sensación de dormir con la puerta abierta).
Tuve un problema con la caja de seguridad de las llaves y la empresa que gestiona el apartamento me dio pocas soluciones: muchos correos y mucho seguimiento, pero desde una oficina, sin solución local.
