Everything was fantastic - clear instructions, everything we could need, very clean, all recently decorated, amazing views from the windows, lovely cafe downstairs for breakfast. Thank you for the careful thought you have clearly put into these lets!

I’m really struggling to find anything. A very minor point but it would have been great to have a kingsize bed in the main bedroom rather than a double, but it wasn’t an issue.

Location is fantastic, walking distance of everything and the bistro/cafe downstairs is incredible. A 30 second walk.

Parking can be a challenge if you intend to stay after checkout, nothing to do with the property or management, but we managed to pick up a fine parking directly outside for load up.

It was so clean and tastefully furnished. Everything you could think of was provided. Central location and wonderful sea views. Comfortable beds and all furniture was in fantastic condition. The property is extremely well cared for. Excellent place to stay. Also a parking permit provided.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bellevue Apartment, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the layout was absolutely lovely, making it feel like a home away from home.

Property is fantastic, well appointed, very stylishly decorated. A home from home. It has everything you need. Lori is great and was very helpful.

Nothing really, the only area of improvement would be having a king or super king in the master as there’s room for it. I’m just used to that at home.

We booked this apartment based on the photos we viewed on the site .
The amazement on our faces when the sat nav said we arrived was priceless.
To put it bluntly the area is very deprived and the surroundings tired and dirty .
Who ever took the photos have very cleverly taken the sea view shots and faded out the wind turbines in the sea so you dont see them straight away .
The one picture of the street view is taken at a certain angle as well .
Before you consider booking this property please do not make our mistake and view google street view etc

The views from the apartment were great from every room I found myself watching sunrises and sunsets. It is very well equipped, probably the best we've stayed in and was nice and clean. Also comfortable and spacious. We were also lucky enough to get parked up daily right outside the apartment after being out for the day. The kids thought it was great having a telly in the bedroom they could watch what they wanted, not bored, and sat with the adults. It's close to restaurants, bars and shops etc. We had very good weather too, which was a bonus. We live in a quiet area, so I always take earplugs with us wherever we go for any street noise etc

The stairs I knew there were some but didn't realise how many, got use to them though lol.

There are so many points to mention. From arrival to departure, all was perfect. Attention to detail, cleanliness, decor, location and luxury. Cannot fault it at all.

Goodness if I have to be picky perhaps a throw blanket to cuddle up on the couch!? And I'm grasping here to think of something...

The location is perfect everything is within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need and is eco-friendly which is terrific. Wonderful views from the living room and main bedroom. Felt super secure. Loved all the wonderful little touches that made it feel homely.

The stairs to get to apartment 2!. Quite steep for anyone with mobility issues. Would be helpful for this to be stated in the information on booking as this has been raised directly with the management.

The flat is excellent, the facilities are excellent and there’s everything you need to feel home away from home. The location is also great.

It was not very clean. At first sight, it looks clean but when you look better, you see the furniture surfaces haven’t been dusted, the floor was not properly hoovered and mopped. The chairs and sofa were not cleaned, there were still crumbs all over, as well as on the tables. Inside the bathroom cabinet hasn’t been cleaned either. The cutlery was clean but the tray they were in was not. Also, all cooking trays and tins looked greasy and not washed.

The guest book is a brilliant idea and a nice read!

A rug would be nice in a lounge as the floor gets quite cold. Especially when you travel with kids and you want to play on the floor with them.

The seal on the bottom of the shower door bends outwards of the door which causes water to leak onto the bathroom floor quite a lot.

We had a lovely stay at Bellevue Apartment 1. The apartment was beautifully furnished (the Christmas tree was a nice touch), well equipped, spotlessly clean and in an ideal location for visiting nearby family and friends. The hosts (Lynzi and Charlie) were very responsive to any questions and made our first AirBnB experience a breeze. We'll definitely stay again when we're next in the area.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. We had great views of the sea with our morning coffee in bed, it was so therapeutic watching the waves break.
Spotlessly clean everywhere, everything looked brand new. The bed was so comfortable, I had to check out what make the mattress was so I could get one for home, even the pillows too 😁
Great base for visiting the race course, only 20 mins walk, lots of pubs and restaurants close by. Lovely sandy beach, great for long walks. Saltburn-by-the- sea and Staithes also worth a visit.
One up cafe was next door, so we didn't need to cook breakfast, highly recommended.
Parking was included in our stay and managed to park right outside which was a bonus.

The sea view and location is great.

The location was outstanding, and I loved being able to watch the tide going in and out from the window. It was close to and convenient for all the shops, restaurants, and pubs too.

The main thing was having to climb up the four flights of steps with our large suitcases. We are staying in England for a whole month, and so have a fair amount of luggage. We probably wouldn’t have booked here if we had realized there were so many steps, and would definitely advise against doing so to anyone with mobility issues.

The other thing worth noting is that whilst the coffee produced by the Nespresso Vertuo machine is absolutely delicious, it is not possible to purchase the pods in any stores (they have to be ordered directly online), and the supply of just six pods for a family of four, for a four night stay was disappointing. Had we known beforehand, we would have ordered and brought some more.

Finding the apartment was a little confusing because the entrance was round the corner from where no one should be and not visible. Also name not on the door.
Double bed in master bedroom bit small
Constantly being emailed by the team the booking team. I must have received at least 10 emails. Had to book damage insurance for an extra £25 which wasn't great.

The apartment is superb!
Amazing sea views from every window in the main living and bedroom areas. The lounge is open plan, twinned with a fully stocked kitchen, with all the equipment you need.
The beds are extremely comfortable and there are fans in each room.

The stairs. it wasn’t clear that this was a top floor apartment, which was a struggle as I have spinal injuries and struggle with my mobility - however, the views were worth it and I would definitely book again!

The apartment is beautiful, everything you need and more to make your stay perfect.
Added extras , such as Alexa , wifi and parking permit … made for a really enjoyable stay. All fixtures and fittings were high end and tasteful , the apartment felt very luxurious. They even had a Christmas Tree up which was beautifully decorated and sparkly upon entry. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning. I can’t rate this apartment highly enough. Book it! You won’t regret it.

My only gripes (and they’d be small) would be with letting agents security deposit/waiver. You get two choices £250 refundable deposit , which you’d lose £10 of anyway (admin charge) or you have an option to pay £25 waiver which covers some accidental damage etc. The deposit shouldn’t include an admin charge and should be clear at point of booking not after. However we did have a minor issue on first night and the booking agent was reached with ease, and the owner was straight out to help. Fantastic service so can sort of forgive the admin charge.

10am check out felt a touch early and rushed, we didn’t get out till 10:15 … oops! 11am would have been a lot better.

It's definitely got the wow factor as soon as you walk in. The views from the windows (not so much the kitchen one though) are amazing! Overlooking the beach and sea. The place was spotless, very clean and tidy. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. We had to put pressure back in the boiler but there are simple instructions on the boiler itself. The shower took some figuring out.
Very close to all the shops and amusements... little 2-5 minutes walk for whatever you need. The perfect location. Good base for exploring the coast. Thank you for a superb stay!

Location was excellent as were the views! Clean and tidy plus had everything we would require. Even a bedroom fan!
The parking permit was so handy.
Details of WiFi and places to go helped but we only read those on the last day.

We ran out of toilet roll and would just expect more than 2 small rolls for 2 couples over 2 days.
The check out time could have been a little later. Maybe 11am in line with industry standards.
I couldn't get the television to work in the main bedroom.

The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach and great views of the sea and wind turbines! The flat was a good size, minimalist and good quality appliances and utensils in the kitchen. Communication about access was very clear and easy to follow. Parking permit was ideal for car parking which would have been difficult on such a busy beach.

Just the noise from the street but to be expected so close to the beach, windows did a good job blocking it out.

Nice to have a permit for parking available on the street, and also the restaurant downstairs is perfect for a good breakfast and nice ambience. This apartment felt like home!

The view from the huge front window right across Redcar bay is amazing - sitting drinking coffee and gazing out at the sea each morning was a real pleasure.
The beds were comfortable, the shower was good and there were plenty of towels supplied. I would definitely recommend this property.

just a couple of wee niggles - there was some street noise on Friday and Saturday night from nearby restaurants and clubs. Take earplugs just in case …
And the beds are doubles not king sized - they are very comfortable but something to be aware of if you are used to sleeping in a larger bed.

The views were exceptional and the sunsets and sunrises were magical. The location was excellent, bus and train stations literally around the corner. Shops on the doorstep, we had a brilliant week travelling down the coast, different locations each day on the bus.

I can honestly say that this place is by far the best AirBnB we've ever stayed at and we've stayed at quite a few. Location was perfect, decor unreal, cleanliness 1st class, very spacious and the view is unreal. We WILL be going back here for sure. We had a slight problem with the key fob on arrival (probably us being techno phobes) but within maximum 5 minutes Lori was here and sorted it out within seconds. Spot on service and many thanks to Lori 👌😊 thanks for an amazing Bank Holiday weekend away with the kids 💯 happy travellers, even our 16yr said he had an amazing time and that's rare 🤣🤣

Fantastic location looking out at the ocean with amazing views of the sunrise across the sea.

The apartment is located overlooking the sea at Redcar. It is close to the Redcar Beacon. Checking in is easy, and there were many car parking spaces. The apartment is clean and spacious, and the owners have supplied some nice extras such as tea, coffee and biscuits. The beds are comfortable. I would totally recommend this place.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment … obviously been recently renovated… great having a car parking permit which meant could park with no worries. …. Only slight drawback is it is on a busy road …. But the view makes it worth it. Apartment has all the luxury items … smart tv, nespesso coffee maker (and pods) dishwasher (and tablets) …. Very comfy beds … we had a lovely stay and a great time exploring whitby, saltburn and Scarborough. Would definitely recommend.
