Had a lovely stay at Belle Vue, location was perfect short walk to beach front and cafes/restraunts nearby. The house was well presented, equipped with everything needed and was clean. We found the beds very comfy. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a great size and in a great location. Check out communication was disappointing which impacted our stay. Being offered late check out and then having a chat bot tell us we would be advised of options 24 hours before departure, to then have to chase as we heard nothing and then be told late check out was not available. Overall we had a great stay but the comms around check out could have been much better.

This place is the best AirBnb we have stopped in, so clean and peaceful. The host was really quick to reply about getting in and leaving. Will definitely be returning. Such a beautiful place.

The place itself is stunning- very clean, clutter free and spacious!! Would definitely book again. The decor has this effortless charm - a dash of vintage grandeur, a sprinkle of modern luxury. The views utterly breathtaking . If you want an unforgettable stay by the coast, can’t get anything better than this. Everything is in close proximity. No issues :)

We had a fab stay at Belle Vue. It was beautifully done out and very spacious for me, my friend and our two babies. It had everything we needed for our two night stay. We enjoyed that it was walkable to the beach and near plenty of cafes and shops. The host was very communicative and helpful before, during and after our stay. We would definitely stay again!

The accomodation was beautiful very spacious and modern, the location was perfect for the beach, bars, resteraunts and shops. What a peaceful and quaint little town Saltburn is with trendy bars and resteraunts and traditioinal pubs, something for everyone. The average age of people we met suited us as there were no children or youths but this may change in the summer months. We have found a hidden gem of an accomodation in a hidden gem of a seaside town. We will book again when we have holidays available and cannot wait to return.

Lovely stay on Saltburn. Location couldn’t be better, right next to lots of lovely cafes and pubs, 2 mins from walk to the big Sainsbury’s and less than 10 mins to the beach. Beds super comfy, living room was lovely and lots of space. Would definitely stay again.

Was a great place we were born in saltburn so lots of memories Couldn’t get tele to play 1-2-3 host said there was another remote but he couldn’t find apart from that is was a good few days ,

The house is great - in a Grade 2 listed block of houses in the centre of Saltburn with loads of character, it's roomy with a good layout. However, this means it isn't cheap to rent. Also to remember that being in the centre means that parking gets very crowded on beach days! That said, from this house you can easily walk to the beach yourself, but if you go out in the car you might not be able to park closer than half a mile away.

Excellent house very well furnished and maintained, loved the comfort with the throws . And the bathroom was amazing large shower bath . Good having two toilets . Only thing I would say would be put a few bins in the bedrooms.

The house was well located and had a well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy and nice bathroom, although shower does leak onto the floor. We enjoyed a lovely long weekend there with family. Suited our needs very well.

We know area as my husband came from area but this was lovely to have our own space, in such a lovely clean, well furnished house. Never moved car as walked everywhere, walked to Staithes and got bus back. Just lovely!!! Had family back after dinner for coffee. Great weekend we will be back.

What a fantastic house! We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was very spacious and well equiped (we were travelling as 4 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog). Communication from the host was great and check in/ check out was really easy. The house was well located, we didn't have to use our car at all. So beautifully decorated, we wished it was our home!

Fantastic stay here. We took friends with us & 2 well behaved dogs. We were all comfortable, slept amazingly well. Beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless & very well equipped with everything you need. Will definitely return here as we love Saltburn.

The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like it did in the photos. It was a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants (uphill in the way back) and there was plenty to do locally during the day and evenings. I would definitely recommend for couples or families.

What an amazing house this is!!!! Beautifully decorated and furnished, everything you need for your stay. Immaculately clean and easy to use QR online info for TV, check out and area guide etc. Very close to the beach and the town centre. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

Dale presents a beautifully decorated, fully equipped home that was comfortable and conveniently located adjacent to Saltburn's central shopping area. We were visiting from Australia to see family and friends when the UK had one of it's (rare?) cold snaps - however, once inside we were quickly warm and cosy. Dale was great with communication too. He provided responses to any queries we had prior to the visit and gave clear instructions on the days leading up to our stay regarding parking and access to the home. We'll have many more visits to the area in the years ahead, and will, without any hesitation, be looking to secure Dale's place to base ourselves and enjoy the comforts of this fantastic home in a picturesque part of the North East.

The house was lovely and felt very comfortable. It looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. It is in a great location which is close to restaurants, shops and the train station. Host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely book to stay again.

Gorgeous stay at Belle Vue for a family weekend away - a great space for family and friends with all amenities for cooking, playing games, and relaxing. All our party found the beds and rooms to be comfortable. A great stay within walking distance to the beach, some lovely restaurants/bars and the station/supermarket.

Bellevue was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Great location for walks, beach and amenities. Saltburn is a lovely little town. Great walks, train station and some fabulous little bars and restaurants. We had one issue with the drains backing up into the backyard but after ringing Host and Stay this was dealt with swiftly. The bins haven’t been emptied in a long time and the key to the back gate was broken in the lock so this could be why as no other means to get the bins out. However this did not spoil our weekend. The house has everything you need, comfy beds and was in a great central location. Would definitely come back

Check-in was easy and there were good parking conditions on the street. We were a little surprised that there were no basic things in the house, like toilet paper, extra dish towels and dish cloths, dish soap, dish brush, etc. Things that we expected were in the house upon arrival. Prior to arrival we were asked to pay for an additional insurance which is not possible to opt out. One can choose to pay 25GBP or pay a 250GBP deposit and get back 240GBP after the end of the relationship. We didn't realize that before we booked. We chose to pay it 250GBP deposit and got £240 back but only after 10-14 days. So it's not money they reserve on your card, but money they withdraw on the card and then reverse. The house is fine, cozy, and with great amenities. A day after arrival, we found that there was water on the terrace / in the backyard after the shower. On the last day, we found that it was sewage from the toilet, which resulted in feces on the terrace in front of the kitchen.

Belle Vue in Saltburn was a perfect place for a short break with family. Very comfy beds, well equipped, good quality furnishings and spacious. Location was ideal for walking around the area.

Just home from a 4 night stay at Belle vue house saltburn by- the sea and can honestly say it was amazing! What a phenomenal place to stay the pictures do not do the place justice it is amazingly spacious and immaculate condition with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Belle Vue is very close to local amenities and surrounding bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach and local walking places. Highly recommend Tomahawk steakhouse 5 minute walk away down the bank for a tasty steak and great cocktails. Also highly recommend Coco&Rum for a great Thai and again great cocktails. 5 star stay from a local guy who came back to town to visit family for Christmas. I will be using this for all future visits back home. Thanks again much appreciated! Ben , Kendal and Merlot.
