The space
Head upstairs to the top floor and you’ll find a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living space. With sloped ceilings and exposed beams, there is plenty of character and charm. Light floods in from the huge skylight windows creating a light and airy feel.On one side of the staircase is the living area. The perfect place to relax, you can kick back on the royal blue, velvet sofa watching TV or cosy up on the baby pink chair with a good book. The space is beautifully decorated with luxury furnishings and modern spotlights.
At the other end of the room past the glass stair rails is the gorgeous kitchen and dining area. With high shine white cabinets and chrome accessories, the space feels very contemporary and clean. If you’re looking to make full use of the self-catering facilities, the kitchen boasts an oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is even the added luxury of a coffee machine!
Downstairs you’ll find two cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom is a relaxing space with crisp white walls and a bunk bed (double on bottom bunk, and single on top bunk). You’ll enjoy your sleep as the comfy mattress is complete with premium linens and bedding. The second bedroom is ideal for children and teenagers. The twin beds feature quirky copper metal frames and there is a wooden rack for clothing.
The family bathroom is ultra sleek and modern with a large walk in shower, WC and basin.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Free on street parking is available along the whole of the street and no permit is required.
The property is located on the first floor and accessed via a communal staircase. Please note there is no lift in the building so guests will need to climb several sets of stairs to reach the apartment.

Excellent apartment in a peaceful area. Despite being a few floors above a pub, could hear no noise at all. Clean, easy to find and has all the equipment you need. Parking was a big issue as it is a public street and always packed with cars and even nearby streets. Note that this is two sets of stairs high, so travel light or prepare for multiple trips up and down the stairs. Wi-Fi was reliable. Couch and bed were comfy. Kitchen facilities basic but servicable.

the big bed is beyond comfortable, same with the couch. annoyingly so because I kept falling asleep when I had things to do 😂, tv is huge, sound is lovely same with the details, plenty of space all together. kitchen is spacious and the hobs are neat, same with the extractor fan. the only negative things I found was that no matter what I used the wifi wouldn't show up, not that I couldnt connect but that it wouldn't show up in the wifi section, and if the owners of Appartment C can see this PLEASE GET A NEW KEYSAFE. its a good little box and works EVENTUALLY but me and my partner spent 45 minutes in the snow pressing the "CLEAR" spring for it to refuse to work, the keys refuse to press and sometimes get stuck sticking out and sticking in, the communication was amazing and I understand its not the providers fault, but please for the love of God get a new keysafe, pressing rock solid keys in -1°c temp is beyond awful, i would love to come back some day but hopefully that's fixed.

We had a lovely 2 night winter break as a family of 4. The flat is lovely, cosy and warm - which was nice to come back to after snowy beach walks. Really glad they provided little extras such as tea/coffee/milk as I was fretting on the way that I’d forgotten to pack some. The location is great - close walk to the beach, which is what we wanted. Saltburn is a great seaside town with lots to do. There was some music playing in the pub next door but it was a Saturday night and it was all done before 11pm so no grumbles. Would highly recommend and visit again. I feel so relaxed before we go back to the school run and work this week, which is exactly what we needed. Thank you Host & Stay!

The appartment was very nice and comfortable, just like the photos, it was also lovely and warm really nice to come back to after a walk by the sea. Charlie was very responsive, replying very promptly to questions. We had an issue with the WiFi, Charlie wasn't able to solve it but 10 out of 10 for effort and it didn't adversely impact on our stay.
