Good location for supermarket and shops. Enough space.

Terrible ventilation, range hood did literally nothing. Set the 2 smoke alarms that were right next to each other off at least once a day while trying to cook and one night someone in the next apartment set the entire buildings smoke alarms off. Impossible to contact the property management to get them off. When finally contacted I was asked to reset them, I had left the property at that point, considering it wasn’t my fault, should have been handled better. Cooking utensils were lacking. Floors were uneven. Bedding could have been cleaner. Overall just not great

Walking distance to shops and beach

Dust and spider webs everywhere. No lightbulb in one of the bedrooms. Loud heavy door between hall and kitchen that would slam behind. Weird creepy stair case that didn’t have a lock on the door

I absolutely love this apartment it is so comfortable very clean like the fact living room is in with kitchen all in one and very ideal for town centre shops transport beach arcades my only wish is that it's a shame I couldn't rent it monthly as a permanent home for myself and family that's how much we love this aartment

Back entrance has no lock on it so anyone could just come upstairs to your living quarters felt very unsafe

Was very central and really near the beach.
The house is great with noise concealed doors so the kids could have time to play in the spacious living room, and the adults peace and quite in the room.

Place was lovely and clean ,well stocked with dishes cutlery etc nice and warm spacious and bright

. Very noisy at night with shouting from the street also busses early morning would have liked to have been left a note saying chair was wobbly and fridge had small dents as I kept wondering if yous knew also vinyl had been cut at bottom of fridge it would have made me feel happier to enjoy all the good things in your place .

Great location. Clean and tidy. Home from home.

They take they payment straight from your account when you book. You are also requested to put a large deposit down or pay a £25 up front cost for damages. Which I don’t think is fair. As there is nothing on the site which tells you this before booking

Communication with Host and stay from booking was great.
Easy instructions for lock box at main door and then apartment door.
Great location, very clean & spacious apartment.
Have previously stayed here and would definitely book again.

Just one thing sadly, inside one of the wardrobes there was a spare duvet & sheet, but this appeared dirty & didn't smell very nice.
Immediately contacted Host and stay to inform them of this to make them aware. I put it in the washing machine out of our way, as no need for the washing machine during our stay.
I tried to call host and stay to let them know and left a message, they did call me back, but I missed it due to meeting my family. I called back but it was a Friday late afternoon & the office was then closed. Wouldn't put us off booking again.

Apartament very clean, well equipped kitchen with a spacious living room.
Bedroms with very large comfortable beds.
We recommend it for families with children as well for everyone.
Close to the beach and plenty of shops around.

First off, when I put the given address into maps it brought me to the wrong location and so i had to find the accommodation by asking locals then when I arrived at the accommodation the code I had for the key lockbox was incorrect so I had to call the Host to get the correct code only to find there was no key in the box. the host said they would find a spare and come to let us in. after 2 HOURS! a cleaner turned up with the key, once the apartment was opened we found that someone's clothes' were thrown everywhere and the place was obviously occupied. the cleaner was nice and helped us as much as she could but we were forced to find accommodation elsewhere. I'm just glad we went during off season and turned up in the middle of the day otherwise we would have been left in a dangerous position by this host with no accommodation for the night! Now two weeks have passed since I logged my grievances and I haven't received a full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Be aware no parking without having to pay. Bus stop right outside which was quite noisy.

The place is big and clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..Location is in the center of the town which is very convenient. Parking can be found across the street, Queens Street, but only free 1 hour during the day but after 6pm till 8 am is totally free and have to be lucky. Nearby, Station street gives 2 hours of free parking each day from 8am to 6pm, after which is free too. Address listed on the Airbnb app is not accurate and need check with host a couple of times before finding it. They were friendly and help me to locate the unit. It is an old building but refurbished, there is a foul smell from the kitchen sink each time you use it. The rest of the house is very clean and tidy, newly renovated and pretty comfortable. A thing to note, the back door doesn’t have a lock and it leads down to the backyard which I am not sure where that leads to and because of that, we felt a little unsafe but nothing happened during our 2 nights stay. Overall, it is a pretty good stay.

Flat was clean and large in size although there was no view other than a fire escape, we were unable to open the lounge windows ,the key had to be left in the box for someone to come and check the apartment which I found unnecessary,I thought they were checking to see if we needed clean towels ect but it was just a check

The apartment was really lovely - nice and clean and in a perfect location. There was a public car park very nearby, which was handy for loading and unloading, but we also managed to find a spot to park for free a few minutes walk away.
Easy system for letting ourselves in, which worked perfectly. No issues with anything at all.
We all had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely use this apartment in the future.

There weren't really enough utensils in the kitchen. No sharp knife, which made cooking a little tricky, and the handles kept falling off the saucepans!
The duvets were really thin, so it was pretty cold at night.
It would have been nice to have been able to have the windows open.

Redcar is a bit faded and worn, the beach is ok but Saltburn is better. Did find a few good restaurants and the day trip to Whitby was great. The place was quiet as it was on the inside of the building except for the seagulls.

The flat was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. Very well equipped, the only thing missing was a decent sharp knife for meal prep.

Very central location, but we had no noise issues at all, and we stayed over a busy Saturday when the town bars were packed.

Some disappointing elements to this property.
Kitchen poorly equipped, no kitchen knives for food preperation. No dinner size plates. Not great pots/ pans. Oven and fridge both need maintenance attention. We were forced to eat out every night.Beds only 1 pillow per person and poor quality. Leaking shower not repaired after bringing to owners' attention. Not easy to find on arrival from info received. Very restricted re parking.

The apartment is very nice , big, a bit scary(for me ) if you are just 2 people .
The area is very nice , right next to high street .2 mins away from the beach. Quiet place . For a family trip is awesome.

Just 3 small problems
The kitchen sink has a weird smell when you use it . In the small bathroom , the shower cabin is not working properly. And the door who send you behind the building is also a BIG PROBLEM! You can’t lock it. We put a chair in the door .

And a Big Plus of the location is that you can find a street away Free parking.

The location was central and easy to get to.

There was no parking close by and it’s difficult to even pull over and unload your stuff. The apartment itself was not great and there was very limited utensils in the kitchen area. My apartment (number 2) was on a busy main high street with a bus stop outside meaning it was very loud on the evenings and throughout the day. They left me a pint of milk in the fridge that was out of date and when I emailed to asked for local parking they were abrupt in their response.

Location is very central. Large apartment with 3 double bedrooms.

Overall the apartment is clean but there were hairballs all over the carpet of the living room and hall.
The apartment has no mirrors in the bedrooms and very few coat hangers so needed to bring our own/purchase. The kitchen is very small for the size and lacks many utensils so cooking is difficult and we had to purchase our own, as well basic things like washing up liquid and toilet paper. Also it can be very noisy at night as it is central.
