Nestled on the North Yorkshire coast in the Victorian seaside town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Anchors Away is a wonderful holiday apartment with a very modern feel. Renovated to the highest standard, Anchors Away is a homely and welcoming two bedroom apartment. Perfect for a small family getaway, this second floor apartment is ideally situated for quick access to Saltburn’s long-stretching beach and within close proximity to the many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.
The space
With crisp white walls and premium furnishings, Anchors Away has beautiful and sophisticated interiors throughout. The apartment benefits from a light and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area where you can relax with your loved ones.

The living space includes a large flat screen TV and a oak coloured chaise lounge style sofa making it perfect to unwind after a busy day exploring the coast.

Ultra modern, the space blue kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, microwave and toaster so you can make the most of your self-catering break. There is a breakfast style bar with black bar stools as well as a round glass dining table with four chairs so you’ll have ample space to enjoy meals during your stay.

Head to the master bedroom and you’ll find a tranquil space with a king size bed, a wardrobe and luxury soft furnishings. Every care has been taken to ensure you have the best sleep possible with plush bedding and premium bed linens.

The second bedroom boasts a double bed with premium bed linens. It’s an all-round comfy and homely space.

The bathroom features a walk in shower, WC and basin. The space has white accessories and grey tiles.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is free on-street parking outside the property and throughout Saltburn.

The location of the apartment was fantastic for the view as it was opposite the Sea and beach, being on the third floor we had a Birds Eye view. There was some issue with noise due the the proximity of the Marine pub, which I appreciate wasn’t the owners fault. The lounge looked beautiful when we walked in, nicely decorated with a Christmas tree and decorations. The place was roomy and bright and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Just one small detail was the cleaning not up to scratch in a few places. That said, I would stay in the accommodation again, it was a lovely place.

Beach front! Very nice apartment right on the beach front was so nice to watch the waves out the living room and bedroom windows. Very spacious with everything you needed for your stay. Lucky enough to stay for Whitby goth weekend and it was amazing!

Fantastic weekend in fab location, apartment was perfectly situated and the views, WOW. only slight niggle and it is being fussy but it's the first time we've stayed in a holiday apartment and there were minimal essentials (toilet roll, kitchen foil, hand soap, rubbish bags etc) and no welcome pack (milk, biscuits, wine etc) That said we'd definitely stay again
