Clean,nice rooms only 5 min walk if that to centre.kitchen had everything you needed.

Only thing was only one set of keys between 6 of us.bit of a pain but not a massive problem.just had to go back with anyone who went back earlier just incase they fell asleep so we could bring the keys back with us after they got in.

A really nice place to stay, just a few minutes walk to Whitby Town centre. We liked the privacy and security of the apartment with a gated entrance and underground parking space included. Everything was clean and comfortable, a great place well worth the money. The host very responsive to queries and helpful. Would recommend this for a nice break in Whitby.

The location was amazing. It was nice and had plenty of room, and of course, the view was outstanding . also, it felt comfy and clean.

The stairs, I over packed lol, creaky floor boards (can't be helped), extractor for hob didn't work , might have not seen switch.

The property was very well setup for a family stay. All the little extras to make your stay convient are in place. Very clean.

Toilets are a bit snug lol - some facilities are a little aged but ok.

The location was quiet, away from most of the bustle of Whitby, yet an easy walk to get to attractions.
I didn’t appreciate their requirement of paying for a damage policy. I was given 2 policy options and either way, there was a nonrefundable portion. With this sort of policy, I would think the place would be pristine but there were obvious issues. We couldn’t get the TV to work- it kept glitching in and out. I reported this to the host and received a very delayed response. We never got the TV to work correctly. We went to make coffee in the metal moka coffee maker one morning and found the bottom portion was full of mold. I definitely wasn’t going to make coffee in it. When I contacted the host about it, I didn’t receive a response. I think the third time I sent a message about it, they said they would have to come and look at it before they would replace it. I then asked when that would happen. I didn’t get a response until the morning of our departure which was not helpful.

Views of Abbey, en-suite bedroom and secure off street parking. Quality built with all the equipment we have at home.

Coded automatic gate controller did not work.... Other tenant gave access.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und zweckmäßig. Super bequeme Betten und tolle Aussicht.

Die Wohnung war 13°C kalt. Es dauerte bis spät abends um auf 20°C zu kommen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser. Ab dem nächsten Tag und einigen Telefonaten war es OK.

Easy directions to find property and access underground car park and key box.
Property clean on arrival. Instructions on use of showers etc.

Weather was exceptionally hot on visit and property was uncomfortable. Host could invest in some fans which will make for a more pleasurable visit.

The location, plenty of spacious rooms and secure car parking.

Very minor things- the bedroom with the en-suite didn’t have a plug socket close enough to the mirror to use the hairdryer. The shower door didn’t close properly in the en-suite.

Had problems with the insurance company .Kept asking for money even after Host and Stay said the fee was waived after failing to pay on line due to a problem with their site

Amazing location, well equipped apartment, really comfortable beds, easy to check in, good value for money and stunning views.

The apartment needed a proper clean, everywhere was a little grimy and the dishwasher was incredibly smelly.

Great location, whole property very clean.

The entry system to the car park appeared faulty. We thought it was just us being useless but a couple immediately behind us had the same problem. We got in by using the main residential access then using a side gate to the car park.

Dedicated car space

Faulty smoke alarm with back up battery missing eventually resolved with maintenance man.
More care in cleaning in corners.
The card to leave stating if you didn't use the towel or bed.

Lovely accommodation! Great space for the six of us in a fantastic location. Everything is within walking distance and communication with the hosts was great! Everything we needed was provided. Only negative comment is the property wasn’t properly cleaned upon arrival, however, after speaking with the hosts a cleaner was sent over the next day and everything was sorted! I would recommend and stay again!

The property has underground parking which should be stated in the description, as those of us with tall vehicles and roofboxes can't use it. There is highly popular on street parking outside and we were lucky to get a space. Admittedly late in the day I messaged host and stay for information regarding parking however never received a reply. All other information was accurate and access codes etc were provided in a timely fashion.
The property is fantastically situated for accessing Whitby, as it is a few minutes walk from the centre. There are also great views from the master bedroom and lounge of the Abbey and river. The property is exceptionally well maintained and spacious, the lounge and furniture are both very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and was clean. The bedrooms and bedding were excellent as were all the shower rooms. This is an excellent property and we would happily stay there again.

The apartment was a really comfortable, clean and well equipped place to stay, the view from the living room and balcony was great. It was also very easy to get to and to pick up the keys for.

The balcony was smaller than expected and could have been a little cleaner but it wasn’t a problem, it still was a good feature to have.

Comfortable and stylish flat. Loved the settee! and the view of the abbey from our balcony was fantastic.

We hadn't been given the full details regarding the code to opening the gate for the underground car park so had to ring the office which was disappointing.
We noticed towards the end of our stay that one of the gates wouldn't open and close. It had been damaged?

The property is very spacious, it has three very good sized bedrooms and three toilets. The TV had Netflix already linked onto it so that was very useful for the children to use. Internet connection was good. It has underground parking reserved for one car and there are additional spaces to park in front of the property. Great location to walk into the centre of Whitby meaning you don’t have to move your car and find parking near the centre.
