The property was fantastic, it had everything you need, spacious rooms, comfy beds, big soft towels and lovely powerful showers. The house is just a couple of minutes walk from the Railway Station and situated right on the coast which affords a fantastic view of the coastline, all in all we were very impressed

I had a lovely stay at Salty Seaview in Saltburn. The house is extremely comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable bed I've slept in away from home. The other guests were happy with their beds too.

Overall location and layout was perfect! Had to hoover/clean some areas when first arrived and main bathroom didn’t have a hand towel or one for coming out the bath. Outwith that, it was a lovely house and communication was great.

Really enjoyed our stay, very quiet location - would recommend parking at the front (roughly in line with the three flower tubs) to avoid having view blocked by large motorhomes/vans, which is not the fault of the owner of course, just a tip. House lovely and quiet - it is a terrace but the homes have been built in such a way that they hardly join, so no neighbour noise at all. House very comfortable, lovely shower and warm efficient heating. The decking outside can be slippery in colder weather, just something to be aware of. The sea is wonderful to sit and watch. Everything in walking distance. Would love to return here.

Saltburn is both charming and friendly. The property is less than a 20min stroll from cafes, restaurants, bars and independent shops. Sainsbury is a 5 min walk. We stayed 8 days. No 75 is part of a staggered 3 house terrace, turn into Ruby Street to find the small courtyard for parking at the rear of the properties. The property is well described although the kitchen is not stunning and the view is not breathtaking. Sadly opposite the property is a large parking bay which is frequently used by motorhome visitors worse at the weekend. Road parking is also right outside the front. From the lounge often all you can see are vehicles. Because the properties are staggered number 73 blocks any view to the right. We like to sleep with the bedroom window open but the noise and cooking smells from the motorhomes can be an issue. The shower in the ensuite is small and is a mixer tap not thermostatically controlled. Beware even with practice we still had a few scalding moments.

A perfect seaside getaway. This home is so warm, beautifully decorated and well located you would struggle to find anywhere better to stay to explore Saltburn-on-Sea. Easy access, a responsive host and a cracking seaview. Get booking!

Beautiful home and the most incredible sea view. Perfect location within walking distance to the beach, shops and local bars and restaurants. The accommodation had a cosy feel to it with added comfort and a dishwasher, just missed a washing machine. This was a great place to stay and we will definately book again.

Another wonderful stay! Perfect for a family with a 2 year old. We knew what to expect as we stayed here last year and just had to return. It’s in a great location with quick and easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. There’s also a children’s play park a two minute walk away. All in all it’s a great base for a few days to relax and explore Saltburn and the surrounding area. We will definitely return!

What a place and a view. Overlooking the cliffs and sea! The house is lovely and comfortable and easy parking (we went May half term with 2 cars, 1 car in the parking spot but the other had no probs on the surrounding roads). Hosts were really responsive. Saltburn itself is lovely. Just need to note that the cliff lift closes at 5pm and the only way back if not driving is a lot of steps or a very steep road. We’ve booked a house around the corner with the same hosts as we need more space next year for extra family that want to come with us!

Me and the family loved the stay. We stopped for three nights and had some good weather. The views from the house were stunning and there was lots to do in the local area. The train station is close and there’s lots of local shops and places to eat. The house was super clean and modern. The only downside was the odd camper van parking in the street blocking the view to the sea. Would totally recommend!!!

Good but lacking a few basic items We’ve stayed in many air bnb’s in Saltburn over the years and they are all really nice. This one was on the higher end of that scale in terms of size, location, quality and cost. It’s in a lovely location overlooking the beach and this aspect is why the decked area at the front is the best thing about the property. This is where you sit with your drink/food and absorb the views of the rollling waves and sunsets…this was a very thoughtful addition to the property. The rest of the house is lovely too-especially the giant master suite…beautiful views of the beach etc. The other rooms are fine too just basic rooms though-nothing special. The kitchen and lounge areas were perfect-nice and spacious and comfy. There is also a porch area that we used to store coats/shoes/surf gear-really handy space. The only thing that lets the property down is a lack of pots and pans(I advise bringing your own frying pan) no salt/pepper/cooking

This was our second stay at Salty Seaview and we are looking to book again soon. perfect location in Saltburn and exploring further a field. Spotless house, we'll equipped, gorgeous decor, comfy beds, beautiful see view. And 2 huge sofas. Can't wait to go back.

Was a lovely stay we had, the house was lovely and warm when we entered the property! Youngest was made up with the bunk bed and view from his room! The main bedroom had a lovely large bed, only downside was the pillows were a little flat and could’ve been of better quality, as kept falling between the mattress and headboard, but that is just personal preference. The view from the bedroom though was really lovely to wake up to. The garden area would be lovely to sit and enjoy your morning and evening cup of tea when the warmer weather comes, and again the view was really lovely. Walking distance to the steak house and pubs etc. we also went into Whitby which was roughly a half hour drive, lots of crabbing going on, restaurants, shopping and arcades with plenty of fish and chips or ice cream. We Would definitely recommend number 75 and hope to go back again in the future. The host was in contact throughout! Thanks Leanne & Warren :)

This is our second time staying here & it’s becoming a favourite. Fantastic, relatively quiet spot considering it’s proximity to the beach. The views are unbeatable & the house is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great secure garden & always plenty of parking options. An easy stroll to the beach & to the town.

We loved the view from Salty and thought that it was worth every penny. The house is very comfortable and we had a happy time there. Though only criticism was the lack of an oven glove and a corkscrew! Good restaurants in town, only 5 mins walk away, as was Sainsbury’s. I’d definitely recommend the house.

this was a great wee holiday home. lovely sea views from the bedroom with table and chairs to enjoy a morning brew. very comfy beds. nice modern open plan down stairs with sea view. practical little outside sitting area at the font. Perfect location for just jumping down the steps to the promenade and easy walking distance to shops cafe and super market in the main town. quality kitchen wear. Our only complaint was that here was no washing machine. We were there for 5 nights and and traveled fairly light so would have been handy to do one wash at least. But overall great but and would recommend.

My daughter and I wanted a few days peace and quiet, in a beautiful setting and thats exactly what we got. "Salty" is stunning inside, so comfy but stylish, uncluttered but everything you need. The enormous bed is divine. The living space is spot on with 2 huge sofas position for a view of the sea and sunset. And outdoor space to get even better view. Short 2 min stroll down to the beach. We're immediately looking to rebook!

The house was situated overlooking the spectacular beach & sea. The front garden has been turned into a fantastic deck/ seating area to enjoy the views. Good private parking in the rear yard. The house itself is immaculately appointed and tastefully furnished.

Location was great , as was the property. There is a compulsory additional charge for damage insureance which you pay directly with the company which they insisted on even though we already have insureance . It seems just a way to get more money . Other than that the place was great.

Beautiful house, everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for everyone and wonderful views to the sea. Lots of steps down to the beach directly outside which is brill but something to consider if you had mobility issues. Highly recommend a walk along the pier and a stop for fish and chips! (Just take some cloths, tea towels etc for clean ups/ dishes. Though there is a Sainsbury's a very short walk away too for anything you might need)

Lovely accommodation with excellent off road parking. Fantastic sea views. Short walk to bars, restaurants and sea front. Favourite bar was Guns and best restaurant was Coco & Rum. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Saltburn.

Spotless, spacious and well-equipped home with lovely decor, easy parking and a great view. Would have preferred greater upfront clarity about the security deposit and deposit transaction fee, the former of which I’m told takes a while to return. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Very pleasant stay. The sea view is lovely and the house is very comfortable - a great place to relax. The property is also near the village shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The beds are comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Easy parking at the back. Would recommend.

The place was lovely and it was a real pleasure to stay there. The location is fantastic and the twin great. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the checkout time of 10am where I would say that 11am is the norm.

Great communication from the host and the online guide about the property is useful. The house was clean, well equipped, and in an excellent location. We loved the outside seating area and the seaview, it was a shame when it was time to leave!

Great location, beautiful house, straightforward check in. Modern furnishings, comfortable and clean. Of note, the property does not have a washing machine although this is on the listing so something to be aware of. Wifi internet connection is also poor.

We absolutely loved the property and location was amazing ! check in and out was simple, directions and Lilli was easy to communicate with. The only thing was when we were messaging to request a later check out the responses seemed automated and just said we had to go through Airbnb (which I couldn't do unfortuntely). Otherwise everything was amazing and we'd love to come again! :-)
