The space
High Street, Norton has been recently refurbished and decorated to the highest standard. You can expect immaculate styling with a cosy cottage feel throughout. Sleeping up to four guests, the property boasts a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and an enclosed yard.Upon entering the property, you’ll be welcomed into the living and dining area. Whilst transformed into a modern and sophisticated space, you’ll still find traditional features such as the sash window. A great spot to unwind, you can relax on the comfy sofa and turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows. Also sharing this space is the dining area which includes a round dining table and four chairs.
The kitchen in High Street, Norton is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Amenities include an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer so you can prepare home cooked meals during your stay. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience.
The family bathroom is located just off the kitchen. Ultra modern and clean, this space features a walk in shower, WC and basin.
Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and styled. You’ll find premium bedding and plush soft furnishings to ensure you have the best sleep possible. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed with en suite shower room and the second bedroom is a king.

For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.There is free on-street parking to the front of the property and on the surrounding streets. All spaces are on a first come first serve basis.
Please note that the fireplace is ornamental and not for guest use.

Cottage is in a great location with pubs and restaurants really close by. On street parking can be little challenging at times but quite a down on an evening. Cottage dimensions are fairly small for four adults with the primary shower being downstairs off the back of the kitchen. The kitchen is clean and modern but lacked sufficient cutlery and glasses for the number of guests. The cottage could be improved with curtains in the bedrooms rather than just blinds and softer lighting options. Overall, the cottage is small and struggles to accommodate four guests, location is great but it lacks the homely feel you would expect.

The old cottage was clean, and well kept. Newly fitted en suite. Quirky sloping upper floor! I have to flag up the very wobbly kitchen tap and the fact that I had someone knocking on the front door at 7.30 am on the Sunday which unnerved me a little as I am an elderly person, there on my own visiting an unwell relative. Enjoyed Cafe Maison for Breakfast.
