Entrance/ Accessibility:
There is private access to the property from the main street. There is no dedicated parking but there is available street parking only available after 6pm and before 10am. There are near by car parks a short distance from where you will stay.
Kitchen Area -
The kitchen area comes well equipped. There is a fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a sleek dining area with chairs.
Living Area -
Relax in this comfortable and cosy living space. There are several seating areas to settle down on and a large dining table where family and friends can gather around.
There is also an additional double sofa bed included within the property.
Bedrooms -
There are 3 spacious rooms, all with modern styling. The rooms includes double beds ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay!
As previously mentioned there is an additional double sofa bed located in the living room.
There is a sofa bed suitable for a child located in the first bedroom and on the top floor of the apartment.
Bathrooms -
The property possesses 2 bathrooms, both of which have showers. There is also one bath.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Other things to note

A good property for a large number of people (9 staying, can host up to 10). Good size rooms and comfy beds. The lack of dishwasher is not ideal, especially when catering for up to 10! This was odd, as there were dishwasher tabs, but no dishwasher?! Only one tea-towel provided, again not ideal for 10. No hairdryer. We understand these may have been provided at one point, and possibly don't always survive! During our stay, we had a leak from the bathroom into the kitchen. The host was very responsive and came out quickly to resolve the issue ensuring we had full use of the bathroom as soon as possible. The explanation of parking available between 6pm and 10am is deceptive. The street is pedestrianised outside of these hours. It is possible to take a car and park outside between 6pm and 10am to unload / drop off etc but you can't really leave a car there at any point. A good property for our weekend stay.
