We arrived and had difficulty locating the lockbox, which wasn’t a great start. Once inside, things didn’t improve. The décor was very poor, wallpaper was literally held up with Sellotape, the place was extremely dusty, and there was a strong smell of mould and damp throughout. The upstairs bathroom curtain was in a vile state, and the mattresses had multiple unpleasant stains on them, making it hard to feel comfortable.
One of the things we were really looking forward to was sitting outside in the sunshine, but that was completely out of the question. The outdoor area was disgusting, the table was filthy, the chairs were dirty and broken, and the floor was covered in thick green moss. It felt completely neglected and unsafe to even use.
To make matters worse, we were kept awake until well after 3am by loud, thumping music coming from next door, which really ruined any chance of getting a good night's sl

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
